Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • Presented invention relates generally to toy bubble blowing machine.
  • 2. Prior Art Statement
  • Bubble blowing toys are well known and have been designed in various shapes and sizes. The simplest design is bubble ring, which is dipped into bubble making liquid. A person blowing onto such ring so that bubbles are caused to form on the opposite side produces bubbles.
  • Another way to make bubbles is using power source to create airflow. Examples of devices are found in U.S. Pat. Nos. 4,044,496; 3,228,136 and 3,100,947, all describe various types of bubble generating mechanism which are operated directly through a power source or other motive power source.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 4,044,496 to Hans Jernstorm, a hand-cracking device is designed to rotate fan and wheel having a bubble rings simultaneously.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 3,228,136 to Calvin Rouse, device is designed to get rotational energy from battery.
  • Hand cracking device can be found desirable by parents but creating enough rotation by a hand crack is not desirable by children. The electrically actuated toys present both electrical and mechanical hazard.
  • Another disadvantage of said designs is having an easy spill bubble making liquid container.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention involves a bubble blowing mechanism, which readily operated without battery.
  • The present invention, spill free bubble maker, has spool mounted within the housing. The spool is connected to axle in rotatable manner. Said drive shaft transfers spin to rolled metal strip by pulling rope, which coiled up around said spool. Said shaft connected to propeller and bubble maker ring by four gears. Said bubble maker ring rotates in spill free liquid container.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide bubble-producing device that is easy and safe to operate. Another object of present invention is to keep bubble making liquid in spill free container.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will be better understood from following description, and also taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing in which,
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention
  • FIG. 2 is a side view of the present invention
  • FIG. 3 is a blow up perspective view of the present invention

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • As mentioned in Summary, the present invention involves a bubble blowing mechanism, which readily operated without battery. Present invention is to provide bubble-producing device that is easy and safe to operate. Present invention is to keep bubble making liquid in spill free container.
  • Referring FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 there is illustrated a spill free bubble maker assembly, consisting of a spill free bubble maker container 1 that has lips 1A that holds bubble making liquid inside of container 1. Even if the device is set up side down, liquid will never spill around if liquid level is below lips 1A. Bubble maker ring 2 rotates inside of container 1. Ring 2 gets rotation from gear 6, which connected to gear 21. Propeller 3 gets rotation from gear 7 that connected to main gear 8. Housing 4 for gears 6, 7, 8, 21 has a lid 11. Rolled metal strip 9 is connected rigidly to main axle 12. Metal strip 9 pivoted 9A to gears housing box lid 11. Main axle 12 passes through center of spool 13. Rope 14 is coiled up around spool 13. Housing 16 for spool 13 connected to lid 11. Rope 14 comes out from housing 16. Little sphere 15 connected to the end of rope 14 to keep rope end outside of the housing 16. Handle 24 is attached to housing 4.
  • Referring FIG. 11 there is rolled metal 9, which has tendency to return to original position when rope 14 is been released.
  • When rope 14 is been pulled and been released, bubbles will be produced by present invention.
