Abstract

A vase consists of a surrounding wall portion, which includes an inner vase body, and an outer vase body; a holding room exists between the inner and the outer vase bodies of the surrounding wall portion of the vase, and acrylate resin copolymers in moistened form are contained in the holding room to serve as cold keeping media; flowers with cut stems will be kept in a low-temperature state if they are put in the cold keeping vase after the cold keeping vase has already been positioned in a low-temperature environment for the cold keeping media to become cold, and water poured into the cold keeping vase; the flowers won't wilt or change shape rapidly; therefore, the cold keeping vase can help flowers imported from cold regions to last much longer after the flowers are taken out of a refrigerator.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the invention
  • The present invention relates to a cold keeping vase, which has cold keeping media contained in a holding room between inner and outer vase bodies thereof; the cold keeping vase can help to keep flowers with cut stems in a low-temperature state when the floweres are put in the cold keeping vase after the cold keeping vase has already been positioned in a low-temperature environment for the cold keeping media to become cold, and water poured into the cold keeping vase; the flowers won't wilt or change shape rapidly; therefore, the cold keeping vase can help flowers imported from cold regions to last much longer after the flowers are taken out of a refrigerator.
  • 2. Brief Description of the Prior Art
  • Flowers have to be placed in water as soon as possible after their stems have been cut, otherwise the petals will wilt, and the leaves change color very rapidly. Flowers grow in cold regions usually are more precious and pleasant-looking. Therefore, many flowers are imported from countries in cold regions into countries in warm or hot regions. Such flowers are relatively susceptible to infestation by harmful insects, and they should be placed in water, and kept in refrigerators to last longer when they are placed in florist's shops after they are imported into warm and hot regions. And, the consumers usually place the flowers in vases with the flowers' stems being immersed in water contained in the vases after they buy the flowers.
  • However, even if flowers imported from cold regions are placed in water, they still will wilt rapidly because the room temperature is relatively high, and the temperature of water in the vases will rise to the room temperature after a certain length of time.
  • Therefore, it is a main object of the present invention to provide an improvement on a vase to overcome the above problem.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • A cold keeping vase according to an embodiment of the present invention vase consists of an inner vase body, and an outer vase body, which together form a surrounding wall portion of the vase. A holding room exists between the inner and the outer vase bodies of the surrounding wall portion of the vase. Acrylate resin copolymers in moistened form are contained in the holding room to serve as cold keeping media. Flowers with cut stems will be kept in a low-temperature state if they are put in the cold keeping vase after the cold keeping vase has already been positioned in a low-temperature environment for the cold keeping media to become cold, and water poured into the cold keeping vase; the flowers won't wilt or change shape rapidly. Therefore, the cold keeping vase can help flowers imported from cold regions to last much longer after the flowers are taken out of a refrigerator.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention,
  • FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the present invention, and
  • FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention in use.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment 1 of a cold keeping vase of the present invention consists of an inner vase body 11, and an outer vase body 12, which comprise a surrounding wall of the cold keeping vase.
  • The cold keeping vase 1 has a hollow holding room 13 between the inner and the outer vase bodies 11 and 12, and cold keeping media 14 contained in the holding room 13. The cold keeping media 14 can be acrylate resin copolymers in moistened form.
  • The cold keeping vase 1 should be first positioned in a low-temperature environment for a length of time before use; thus, after water is poured into the cold keeping vase 1, it will be kept in a low temperature state by means of the cold keeping media 14, acrylate resin copolymers in moistened form. Consequently, flowers will remain fresh and pleasant-looking for a long time, being not prone to wilt or change shape rapidly, after they are cut at the stems, and put in the vase 1.
  • From the above description, it can be seen that the cold keeping vase of the present invention has an advantage over the prior art:
  • The cold keeping vase has cold keeping media contained in the holding room between the inner vase body and the outer vase body thereof. Therefore, flowers with cut stems will be kept in a low-temperature state to last longer if they are put in the cold keeping vase after the cold keeping vase has already been positioned in a low-temperature environment for the cold keeping media to become cold, and water poured into the cold keeping vase; the flowers will remain fresh and pleasant-looking for a long time, being not prone to wilt or change shape rapidly. Therefore, the cold keeping vase can help flowers imported from cold regions to last much longer after the flowers are taken out of a refrigerator.
