Abstract
A hideable toolbox handle comprising: a toolbox body; the toolbox body being formed by an upper casing pivotally installed to a lower casing; an inner side of the lower casing; the lower casing being formed with a receiving notch; each of two lateral sides of the receiving notch having a respective slide track; and a handle having two limiting blocks which are installed in the two slide tracks, respectively; and thus the handle being slidable along the receiving notch. The handle being bendable so as to reduce the transversal width thereof. A top of the handle slightly protrudes from a top surface of the lower casing. The upper casing has a window. The handle is formed with a slot. Each of two sides of the top surface of the lower casing is formed with a buckle portion as buckles in the combination of the upper casing and lower casing.
Description
- The present invention relates to toolboxes, and particularly to a hideable toolbox handle, wherein the handle is telescopic and can be reduced into a receiving notch in the casing.
- In one toolbox for receiving tools, a foaming casing is installed in the casing. The foaming casing has a plurality of slots for receiving various tools.
- Furthermore, the casing of the toolbox is installed with a handle for being held. The handle has a slot so that user's hand can hold the handle by inserting the hand into the slot. However in the prior art, the handle and the casing are integrally formed so that the handle protrudes from the casing, which make an unbeautiful outlook. Moreover, the protruding handle will hook the clothes or trousers so as to make trouble in working and carrying, even the handle occupies a great space in storage.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a hideable toolbox handle, wherein the handle is telescopic and can be reduced into a receiving notch in the casing.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a hideable toolbox handle comprising: a toolbox body; the toolbox body being formed by an upper casing pivotally installed to a lower casing; an inner side of the lower casing; the lower casing being formed with a receiving notch; each of two lateral sides of the receiving notch having a respective slide track; and a handle having two limiting blocks which are installed in the two slide tracks, respectively; and thus the handle being slidable along the receiving notch.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is an explosive schematic view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the present invention, wherein the handle is in a receiving state. -
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the present invention, where the handle is pushed out. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , the present invention has the following elements. - A
toolbox body 1 is an oblong hollow box. Thetoolbox body 1 is formed by anupper casing 11 pivotally installed to alower casing 12. Thetoolbox body 1 can receive various tools. An inner side of thelower casing 12 is installed with an inner casing which is formed with a plurality of recesses corresponding to various shapes of tools. Generally, the inner casing is made of foaming material. - The
upper casing 11 has awindow 111 which has a trapezoidal shape. The color of thewindow 111 may be different from other portion of theupper casing 11. - Each of two sides of the top surface of the
lower casing 12 is formed with abuckle portion 121 as buckles for the combination of theupper casing 11 andlower casing 12. This is known in the prior art and thus the detail will not be described herein. Thelower casing 12 is formed with areceiving notch 14 between the twobuckle portions 121. Each of two lateral sides of thereceiving notch 14 has arespective slide track 141. - A
handle 20 has two limitingblocks 22 which are installed in the twoslide tracks 141, respectively. Thus thehandle 20 is slidable along thereceiving notch 14. - The
handle 20 can be formed with aslot 21. The user can hold thehandle 20 by passing the fingers into theslot 21. - The handle is made of plastics or rubber. The
handle 20 is bendable so as to reduce the transversal width thereof. Thus in assembly, thehandle 20 is installed to thereceiving notch 14 easily. A top of thehandle 20 slightly protrudes from a top surface of thelower casing 12. - In use, the user's hand can pass through the
slot 21 and holds thehandle 20 upwards. Thus thehandle 20 will slide along theslide tracks 141. The guide blocks 22 at two sides of thehandle 20 and theslide tracks 141 cause thehandle 20 to protrude out so as to present a beautiful outlook. The prior art defect in the handle is improved. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
