Abstract

An angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel is disclosed, in which the tongue of a positioning tongue cover is movably set in the annular track of a guiding rail in operation with a sliding roller on one side of a cap to change the angles of pulling a line. While users draw out the transmission lines, the users can adjust the length of transmission lines reeled in or out and vary the angle of transmission lines being turned, thereby preventing the transmission lines from snap, deformation and friction caused by improperly pulling and dragging, so as to store the transmission lines with ease.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention generally relates to an improved angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel, in which a tongue of a positioning tongue cover is movably set in the annular track of a guiding rail in operation with a sliding roller on one side of a cap to change the angles of pulling a line.
  • DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
  • As science and technology are progressed ceaselessly, various kinds of electronic products are arisen. It is very common to share the data among these electronic products through conventional connected transmission lines in our daily lives. However, there are some inconveniences in use. For example, while the transmission lines are stored, they are twisted and deformed often. So it is not convenient for users to carry or use such lines.
  • The disadvantage of conventional transmission lines lies in the difficulty in collecting transmission lines well and compactly. The transmission line coupled to a connecting port is drawn merely in a uni-direction. Inadequate forces usually cause the transmission line to be bent or even snapped. Consequently, the transmission lines are stored in disorder, and are likely to be bent or broken, leading to intermittent signals.
  • To achieve above object, the present invention provides an improved angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel, the assembly comprising: a cap including a fillister and a plurality of tenons surrounding an inner edge of the cap, an extending hole disposed on one side of the cap, and a sliding roller disposed on one side of the extending hole; a positioning tongue cover covering the inner edge of the cap and including a positioning tongue disposed on an inner edge of the positioning tongue cover and a pair of parallel pillars disposed on the inner edge corresponding to the extending hole of the cap, wherein each pillar includes a sliding roller; a guiding rail in a form of a lid including an annular track, a fastening slot and a positioning trench disposed thereon; a rotating pedestal in a form of a disk including an axial aperture in a center of the disk, wherein a bulged ring and a plurality of tenons are disposed on a surface of the disk to constitute a vortex spring trench for containing a spiral spring, and another bulged ring is disposed on another surface of the disk to form a transmission line fixed trench; a bearing plate placed on an inner edge of a socket and including a hollow shaft disposed on a surface of the bearing plate, wherein the hollow shaft is cut to form a groove therein, and the hollow shaft passes through the axial aperture of the rotating pedestal; and the socket including a collar disposed around the inner edge of the socket corresponding to the cap, a plurality of screw holes and a plurality of fastening slots.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel, in which the tongue of a positioning tongue cover is movably set in the annular track of a guiding rail in operation with a sliding roller on one side of the cap to change the angles of pulling a line. While users draw out the transmission lines, the users can adjust the length of transmission lines reeled in or out and vary the angle of transmission lines being turned, thereby preventing the transmission lines from snap, deformation and friction caused by improperly pulling and dragging, so as to store the transmission lines with ease.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The foregoing aspects, as well as many of the attendant advantages and features of this invention will become more apparent by reference to the following detailed description, when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
  • Referring FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an improved angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel is provided, the assembly comprising:
  • a cap 10 including a fillister 101 and a plurality of tenons 100 surrounding the inner edge of the cap 10, and an extending hole 11 disposed on one side of the cap 10, wherein at least one sliding roller 110 is disposed on one side of the extending hole 11, and the sliding rollers 110 are stacked vertically one another, such that a transmission line 47 is pulled with ease as the transmission line 47 is placed among the sliding rollers 110;
  • a positioning tongue cover 20 covering the inner edge of the cap 10 and including a positioning tongue 21 disposed on the inner edge of the positioning tongue cover 20 and a pair of parallel pillars 210 disposed on the inner edge corresponding to the extending hole 11 of the cap 10, wherein each pillar 210 includes a sliding roller 211, one end of the positioning tongue 21 is defined as an axis 212, the other end of the positioning tongue 21 has a bulged point 213, and the end of the positioning tongue 21 with the bulged point 213 swings freely by the axis 212 within the inner edge;
  • a guiding rail 30 in the form of a lid including an annular track 310, a fastening slot 312 and a positioning trench 311 thereon;
  • a rotating pedestal 40 in the form of a disk including an axial aperture 400 in the center of the disk, wherein a bulged ring 41 and a plurality of tenons 42 are disposed on one surface of the disk, the bulged ring 41 is cut into several sections to form a vortex spring trench 43 for containing a spiral spring 44, and a bulged ring 45 cut into several sections is disposed on another surface of the disk, constituting a transmission line fixed trench 46 for containing a curly transmission line 47;
  • a bearing plate 50 placed on the inner edge of a socket 60 including a hollow shaft 500 on one surface of the bearing plate 50, wherein the hollow shaft 500 is split up into several grooves 5000, and the hollow shaft 500 is adapted to pass through the axial aperture 400 of the rotating pedestal 40; and
  • the socket 60 including a collar 601 disposed around the inner edge of the socket 60 corresponding to the cap 10, a plurality of screw holes 602 and a plurality of fastening slots 600.
  • References are made to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are the perspective diagrams showing the reel assembly is assembled and disassembled, respectively. The reel assembly provided herein includes a cap 10, a positioning tongue cover 20, a guiding rail 30, a rotating pedestal 40, a bearing plate 50, and a socket 60. The positioning tongue cover 20, the guiding rail 30, the bearing plate 50, and the rotating pedestal 40 are disposed between the cap 10 and the socket 60. A vortex spring trench 43 is disposed on the rotating pedestal 40 for positioning a spiral spring 44. A transmission line fixed trench 46 is disposed beneath the rotating pedestal 40 for winding and settling a transmission line 47. The guiding rail 30 and the rotating pedestal 40 are fastened together. The positioning tongue 21 of the positioning tongue cover 20 is movably set in the annular track 310 of the guiding rail 30. The curly transmission line 47 is interposed between the transmission line fixed trench 46 and the bearing plate 50. Two ends of the transmission line 47 are drawn out as two joints. One end of the curly transmission line 47 about its center with a flat portion L1 is vertically inserted into the groove 5000 of the hollow shaft 500 on the bearing plate 50, and is extended through the through hole inside the hollow shaft 500. The other end of the transmission line 47 is exposed and fixed on the lower surface of the bearing plate 50 by the clip 51 at the bottom of the bearing plate 50.
  • Referring FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, after the rotating pedestal 40 and the bearing plate 50 are assembled, one end of the transmission line 47 is extended through a connecting hole (not shown) where the bearing plate 50 is connected with the transmission line fixed trench 46 of the rotating pedestal 40. Subsequently, the end is turned uprightly by track of the sliding roller 211 of the positioning tongue cover 20, and reaches to the sliding roller 110 on the side of the extending hole 11 of the cap 10, so as to form a series of bends with multi angles. After the components described above are assembled, the tenon 100 of the cap 10 is lodged in the fastening slot 600 of the socket 60, and the bearing plate 50 is coupled to the positioning tongue cover 20 and fastened by screws 501. The resultant therefrom is then combined with the assembled components.
  • FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are the cross sections showing that the positioning tongue 21 slides along the guiding rail 30 according to a reel assembly of the invention. As shown, the rotating pedestal 40 and the guiding rail 30 are turned with the reeling of the transmission line 47. The spiral spring 44 produces an elastic force due to rotation, by which the transmission line 47 is reeled in automatically. Also, the positioning tongue 21 slides along the annular track 310 owing to the rotation of the guiding rail 30. While the transmission line 47 of a predetermined length is reeled out and the positioning tongue 21 slips in a positioning trench 311 adjacent to the annular track 310, the transmission line 47 is kept at the predetermined length. As for collection, the positioning tongue 21 is moved off the positioning trench 311 by pulling one end of the transmission line 47; meanwhile, a restoring force from the spiral spring 44 forces the transmission line 47 to be drawn back to its home position.
  • Referring FIG. 7, which illustrates an embodiment of the invention, two ends of the transmission line 47 may be connected to the same or different types of joints M/connections F, such as USB/MiniUSB, RJ45/11, 1394, and other equivalent joints M or connections F of electronic products. It is flexible for any connection and easy to store and carry. Furthermore, it is allowed to pull the transmission lines at multi angles, and hence the shelf life of transmission lines is prolonged. The assembly is adapted to complicated connections as well.
  • It is apparent that the invention is non-obviousness and utility as compared to the prior art.
  • The embodiments of the invention possess the following advantages.
  • 1. Storing the transmission lines is easy and does not take spaces.
  • 2. The transmission lines can be pulled at multi angles with respect to the orientation in which the main body for containing the lines is connected to the port.
  • 3. It is an economy effect since the aforesaid assembly mates with various transmission joints/connections.
  • 4. The transmission lines can be utilized for long periods due to well storage.
  • In summary, the invention is superior to the prior art and not ease to invent for those well-known. The assembly described herein is not known to the public, and has utility and novelty. It is appreciated if the application is examined and granted.
  • While the invention has been described in terms of what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention needs not be limited to the disclosed embodiment. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. An angle assembly of an outlet for reeling out a line of a unidirectional reel, the assembly comprising:
a cap including a fillister and a plurality of tenons surrounding an inner edge of the cap, an extending hole disposed on one side of the cap, and a sliding roller disposed on one side of the extending hole;
a positioning tongue cover covering the inner edge of the cap and including a positioning tongue disposed on an inner edge of the positioning tongue cover and a pair of parallel pillars disposed on the inner edge corresponding to the extending hole of the cap, wherein each pillar includes a sliding roller;
a guiding rail in a form of a lid including an annular track, a fastening slot and a positioning trench disposed thereon;
a rotating pedestal in a form of a disk including an axial aperture in a center of the disk, wherein a bulged ring and a plurality of tenons are disposed on a surface of the disk to constitute a vortex spring trench for containing a spiral spring, and another bulged ring is disposed on another surface of the disk to form a transmission line fixed trench;
a bearing plate placed on an inner edge of a socket and including a hollow shaft disposed on a surface of the bearing plate, wherein the hollow shaft is cut to form a groove therein, and the hollow shaft passes through the axial aperture of the rotating pedestal; and
the socket including a collar disposed around the inner edge of the socket corresponding to the cap, a plurality of screw holes and a plurality of fastening slots.
2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein at least one sliding roller is disposed on the side of the extending hole of the cap, and the sliding rollers are stacked vertically one another, such that a transmission line is pulled with ease as the transmission line is placed among the sliding rollers.
3. The assembly of claim 1, wherein one end of the positioning tongue of the positioning tongue cover has an axis, the other end of the positioning tongue has a bulged point, and the end of the positioning tongue with the bulged point swings freely about the axis within the inner edge.
4. The assembly of claim 1, wherein a curly transmission line is interposed between the transmission line fixed trench and the socket, and two ends of the transmission line are drawn out as two joints, wherein a joint from the end of the curly transmission line about its center with a flat portion is vertically inserted into the groove of the hollow shaft on the bearing plate and extended through a through hole of the hollow shaft, and another joint from the other end of the transmission line is exposed and fixed on a lower surface of the bearing plate by a clip at a bottom of the bearing plate.
5. The assembly of claim 4, wherein the hollow shaft is split up into several grooves.
6. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the bulged rings disposed on two surfaces of the rotating pedestal are cut into several sections.
7. The assembly of claim 4, wherein the two ends of the transmission line are connected to same or different types of joints/connections, such as USB/MiniUSB, RJ45/11, 1394, or other equivalent joints or connections of electronic products, and thereby it is flexible for any connection and easy to store and carry, permitting pulling the transmission line at multi angles to prolong shelf life of the transmission line, and the assembly is adapted to complicated connections as well.
