Abstract
A two-uses-shoe comprises an outsole, and a plurality of vamps comprising: a first vamp fixed on the upward surface of the outsole; and a second vamp connected separably to the outsole. The vamp and sole have various colors, texture, and design. So the present invention has the merit of changefulness, finery, utility and cosiness.
Description
- This invention relates to a kind of shoes, especially a kind of two-function shoes for exchange of the upper sole to form different shoes.
- While packing for traveling, because of different occasions, different shoes need to be packed, resulting in extra weight and increased storage requirements. To sum up, existing products are obviously inconvenient and flawed during use. There is therefore a need for improvement.
- The aim of this invention is to provide a kind of novel, rational and easy-to-use shoe. The shoe is a two-different-function shoe.
- Below is a technical proposal for this invention, which is designed to achieve the above purpose:
- A two-uses-shoe comprise an outsole, and a plurality of vamps comprising: a first vamp fixed on the surface of the outsole; and a second vamp connected separably to the outsole.
- The second vamp and outsole can use a waterproof zipper to connect together.
- The second vamp and outsole can use a Velcro to connect together.
- The zipper has a first zipper and a second zipper fixed on the bottom part of the second vamp, the first zipper fixed on the down part of side part of the outsole and matching the second zipper, when zipped together, the
second vamp 4 covering the first vamp. - The first vamp and the outsole are connected to a half-opening structure having an aperture, when foot going through the aperture, the foot baring the toe and the heel.
- The second vamp and the outsole form a close structure having an aperture, the foot enveloped fully in the close structure, inserting the foot into the aperture.
- The second vamp has a plurality of ventilated holes.
- The second vamp has a plurality of eyelets for shoelaces.
- The heel of the outsole has a back-tab, the end of the back-tab connected permanently to the heel of the outsole, the other end of the back-tab connected separably to either the heel of the first vamp or the heel of the second vamp.
- The back-tab is made of the Velcro having a side of sticky fur and a side of hook. The two-uses-shoe according further comprising an anti-slip surface ensuring safe fixed on the outsole.
- In addition, this invention has the merit of changefulness, finery, utility and cosiness.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the two-use-shoe of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the whole two-use-shoe of the present invention. - Below is further explanation on the present invention with reference to the attached drawing and embodiments:
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , a two-use-shoe is comprises an outsole 1 and a plurality ofvamps 2. - The vamp 1 is comprises a
first vamp 3 and a second vamp 4.Thefirst vamp 3 is fixed on the surface of the outsole 1. Thesecond vamp 4 is connected separably to the outsole 1. - The
first vamp 3 and the outsole 1 are connected to a half-opening structure having an aperture. The foot can go through the aperture. When the foot is inserted into the half-opening structure, the ankle and the toes are visible. Thefirst vamp 3 and the outsole 1 form a sandal shape. - The
second vamp 4 and the outsole 1 form a close structure having an aperture. The foot is enveloped fully in the close structure, inserting the foot into the aperture. In other words, thesecond vamp 4 and outsole 1 is combined to form a shoe in the style of a sneaker or leather shoe. Thesecond vamp 4 has a plurality of ventilatedholes 5 and a plurality ofeyelets 9 for shoelaces. Thesecond vamp 4 and outsole 1 can use a waterproof zipper, normal zipper etc to connect together. Thesecond vamp 4 and outsole 1 can use a zipper to connect together. The zipper has afirst zipper 21 and asecond zipper 22. Thesecond zipper 22 is fixed on the bottom part of thesecond vamp 4. Thefirst zipper 21 is fixed on the down part of side part of the outsole 1 and matches thesecond zipper 22. When zipped together, thesecond vamp 4 covers thefirst vamp 3. The moveable and fixed part of the zipper is installed on both thesecond vamp 4 and the outsole 1. - The heel of the outsole 1 has a back-
tab 6. One end of the back-tab is connected permanently to the heel of the outsole 1, the other end of the back-tab is connected separably to either the heel of thefirst vamp 3 or the heel of the second vamp 4.The back-tab 6 on the back of the heel of thefirst vamp 3 and the heel of thesecond vamp 4 are connected by Velcro having two sides, one side with sticky fur, the other side with hooks. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , the outsole 1 and thesecond vamp 4 is together to form a shoe. When zipped together, the head of the zipper will be covered by the back-tab 6, the upper and outsole tight fasten together. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , when wearer want to change different styles of the shoe, the zipper can be unzipped, thesecond vamp 4 will be totally separated from the outsole 1. And the back-tab 6 can stick onto Velcro 7, resulting in a sandal style. Therefore when we travel, we only need to bring a single pair of shoes, we can wear the two-function shoes as a shoe. When wearer out, he don't can change the shoes. And he can change to the sandals when he is back to the hotel. - The interchangeability of the two-use-shoe is not only restricted to the usage, especially the second vamp 4.The
second vamp 4 can come in different styles, color, interchange with different upper faces has different effects, outcome, style. - Bottom of the outsole 1 has an anti-slip surface ensuring safe performance. The present invention has beautiful vamp and comfortable sole. The vamp and sole have various colors, texture, and design. So the present invention has the merit of changefulness, finery, utility and cosiness.
- Based on the technical know-how in the art, the present invention can also be achieved through other methods that do not deviate from its tent or essential features. Therefore, the implementation plans described above are merely illustrative examples and are not in any limited sense. All alterations that fall within the scope of this invention of a scope equivalent to that of this invention are covered by this invention.
