Abstract
The present invention discloses a display structure, comprising two vertical bars, two cross bars, a plurality of partition bars, and a plurality of partition parts to form a unit body. The short sides of the assembly panels on both ends of the partition bar are positioned into the gaps between the two wing panels in the vertical bar and then the partition bar is rotated to engage with the two clip grooves and the two wing panels, and a clip tenon is sandwiched by the two wing panels so as to form a plate-shape unit body. Further, the top of the partition part is snapped into the slide groove with the bottom of the partition bar protruding a partition panel such that the space between the partition parts is partitioned into accommodating spaces.
Description
- The present invention relates to a display structure and, in particular to a display structure which can adjust partition widths according to the sizes of displayed objects and firmly secure objects of different thicknesses, achieving the aim of flexible display.
- It has been a popular practice to use cabinet or rack to display or receive objects for many years. To receive displayed objects of different sizes or thicknesses, traditional cabinet or rack has gradually evolved from fixed structure to flexible assembly, rendering greater convenience to consumers.
- Existing assembled storage racks for receiving or storing flat objects, CD or DVD cases for example, as shown in
FIG. 1 , mainly comprises a plurality of long vertical panels B, between which are disposed with a plurality of bars C to partition a plurality of storage areas D. The bars C are secured by fastening device E, screws for example. It may then be used for receiving or storing plat objects in the storage areas D, CD or DVD cases for example. - The aforementioned storage rack A may be used for receiving or storing plat objects in the storage areas D, CD or DVD cases for example. However, when the objects, CD cases for example, stored or displayed, they are disposed with their sides facing users or consumers, causing inconvenient for viewing or appreciating to consumers. Also, after the storage rack A is assembled, the sizes and the spacings of storage areas D are fixed, and thus unable to adjust. Bigger CD cases, for example, are unable to be fitted in. Furthermore, there is no fastening structure for securing the flat objects stored, CD cases for example, once they are put in place. Consequently, the aforementioned storage rack A above is suitable to receive objects, but fails to meet the demands of displaying. It is necessary to provide a new storage structure to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.
- To meet such a demand, the applicant having a long time experience in designing, production, and marketing of display rack, display cabinet, and so on proposes the present invention, display structure, as a result of numerous trials and experiments.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, comprising two long vertical bars of identical cross section which are oppositely disposed and whose inner end edges oppositely extend to form a wing panel, respectively, to define a guide rail; two cross bars each of which comprises a rectangular cross beam of identical cross section and an end plug disposed on their respective ends, to be snapped into the two wing panels and guide rails, and which are transversally disposed on the upper and under surfaces of the two vertical bars; and a plurality of partition bars each of which is transversally and movably disposed between the two vertical bars and comprises a long support beam whose both ends are provided with an end connection part, respectively, wherein the front and rear sides of the inner portion of the support beam oppositely extend to form a frame wing, respectively, so as to form a slide rail on its top, and an accommodating space on its bottom, and a stopper is protrudingly disposed on the front and rear of the top of the support beam, respectively, and the edge connection panel is an assembly panel cut to form a clip groove provided with a clip tenon therein and extending transversally to form an insert tenon to be inserted into the slide rail; and a plurality of partition parts whose tops are snapped into the slide grooves with the bottom of the partition bars protruding a partition panel. The short sides of the assembly panels are positioned into the gaps between the two wing panels and then the partition bar is rotated ed to engage with the two clip grooves and the two wing panels, and a clip tenon is sandwiched by the two wing panels so as to form a plate-shape unit body.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein the exterior of the vertical bar is provided with an arc face, the middle of the vertical panel on the opposite side of the guide rail is disposed with a protruding rib, and the frame panel of the end plug is disposed with a panel hole, such that a connecting device may be put through and butt against the protruding rib to form a locking engagement thereon.
- A yet another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein the face panel of the end plug transversally extends to form a plug tenon to be inserted into the embedded groove extending horizontally from the cross beam; a connection tenon is provided on the inner wall of top of the embedded groove of the cross beam of the lower cross bar and a tenon recess is correspondingly disposed to the tenon plug such that they are engaged together; a connecting device is put through the panel hole provided on the frame panel and the tenon and then connected with the connection tenon; furthermore, the front and rear of the top of the lower cross beam is protrudingly provided with a stop rim, respectively.
- A still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein the lower part of the embedded groove of the cross beam of the upper cross bar oppositely and horizontally to define a neck panel, and the front and rear stop rims are arranged to form an accommodating space therein; the middle of the inner wall of the top of the upper cross beam is protrudingly provided with a plurality of rib tenons and the plug tenon is longitudinally cut to form a tenon hole, such that a connecting device may be put through the tenon hole to butt against the rib tenon to form a locking engagement thereon.
- A still another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein the upper inner wall of the support beam is protrudingly provided with a plurality of frame ribs, such that a connecting device may be put through the tenon hole longitudinally cut to form on the edge connecting part to butt against the rib tenon to form locking engagement thereon.
- A still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein a though hole is cut to form on the assembly panel, such that a connecting device may be put through the through hole to butt against the protruding rib to engage thereon.
- A yet another object of the present invention is to provide a display structure, wherein each end of the cross bars on the top and bottom of the vertical bar is longitudinally inserted with an axel connection plate, respectively, on which is disposed with an axle and a bearing so as to be pivotally connected with a pivotal plate.

FIGS. 2 to 5 , a display structure according to the present invention comprises twovertical bars 1, twocross bars 2, a plurality ofpartition bars 3, and a plurality ofpartition parts 4 to form a unit body. - The two
vertical bars 1 are long posts of equal cross section which are oppositely disposed and whose inner end edges oppositely extend to form awing panel 11, respectively, to define aguide rail 12; the center of the externalvertical panel 13 is disposed with aprotruding rib 131. To enhance the aesthetic touch of the present invention, the exterior of thevertical bar 1 is anarc face 14, which may also increase the strength of thevertical bar 1, rendering less susceptible to buckling or deforming. - Two
cross bars 2 each of which comprises arectangular cross beam 21 of equal cross section and anend plug 22 disposed on their respective ends. To enable thecross bars 2 quickly connecting with the tops and bottoms of the twovertical bars 1 on, a plate groove orplate rib 222 is cut to form on the front and rear ends of thevertical face panels 221 of theend plug 22, respectively, such that the plate groove orplate rib 222 can be inserted into or connect with the twowing panels 11. Further, theface panel 221 integrally and transversally extends to form aplug tenon 223 so as to be inserted into the horizontal embeddedgroove 211 on thecross beam 21. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , the thickness of thelower cross bar 2 is larger than that of theupper cross bar 2. Because the un-connected side is hung in the air when the present invention is being assembled into a unit body, thelower cross bar 2 is therefore designed with a larger thickness to bear the entire weight of the unit body. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , aconnection tenon 212 is oppositely provided in the inner wall of embeddedgroove 211 of thelower cross beam 21, and theconnection tenon 212 is preferably of a C cross section. Atenon recess 225 is provided at the location on theplug tenon 223 corresponding to theconnection tenon 212 so as to be inserted into the embeddedgroove 211 and, after a conventional connecting device, a screw for example, is being put through thepanel hole 224 and the tenon recess 225 cut to form on theface panel 221, it is then screwedly fastened with theconnection tenon 212. Further, astop rim 213 is provided on the front and rear sides of the top of thelower cross beam 21 to prevent the objects displayed from coming off. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , the lower part of the embeddedgroove 211 of theupper cross beam 21 oppositely and horizontally extends to form aneck panel 214, between which is a space, and the front and rear stop walls are arranged to form anaccommodating space 215 therein. Further, the inner wall of theupper cross beam 21 is protrudingly provided with a plurality ofrib tenons 216 and theplug tenon 223 is longitudinally cut to form atenon hole 226, such that a conventional connecting device, a screw for example, may be put through thetenon hole 226 to butt against therib tenon 216 to form a locking engagement thereon. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , thepartition bar 3 comprises along support beam 31 of identical cross section whose both ends are provided with anedge connecting part 32, respectively. The structure of thesupport beam 31 is the same with that of theupper cross beam 21; that is, a η-shape frame with its front and rear sides in the η-shape oppositely extending to form aframe wing 311, respectively, so as to define aslide rail 312 thereover, and anaccommodating space 313 thereunder. Further, the inner wall of the top of thesupport beam 31 is protrudingly provided with a plurality offrame tenons 314, such that a conventional connecting device, a screw for example, may be put through thetenon hole 323 longitudinally cut to form on theedge connecting part 32 to butt against therib tenon 314 to form a locking engagement thereon. - The
edge connecting part 32 is avertical assembly panel 321 extending transversally to form aninsert tenon 322, such that the edge connection may be inserted into theslide rail 312 and connected therein. Theassembly panel 321 is provided with aclip groove 324, in which a clip tenon is disposed. Further, the surface of theassembly panel 321 is cut to form a throughhole 326 for a conventional connecting device, a screw for example, to be inserted therethrough to butt against the protrudingrib 131 to form a locking engagement. Further, astopper 315 is provided on the front and rear sides of the top of thesupport beam 31 to prevent the objects displayed from coming off. To enable the partition bars quickly connected with the twovertical bars 1 therebetween, the thickness of theassembly panel 321 is smaller than the gap between the twowing panels 11, and the connecting procedure will be described later. - The
partition part 4 is a T shape frame provided with aslide plate 41 on its top to be snapped into the embeddedgroove 211 of theupper cross beam 21 and/or into theslide groove 312 of thesupport beam 31, and with avertical panel 42 extending downward, wherein the thickness of theslide plate 41 is equal to or less than that of the embeddedgroove 211 and theslide groove 312, such that theslide plate 41 may slide longitudinally therein to flexibly accommodate different widths of objects and to complete longitudinal partitions. Referring toFIG. 6 , the bottom of thepartition 42 extends to form anelastic portion 43, symmetrical or non-symmetrical, on both ends so as to clamp objects of different widths, single or double CD case for example. - The
objects 5, CD case, book, poster, for example, may be displayed or exhibited. Theobject 5 is inclined and its one end is put into the accommodating space 215 (or theaccommodating space 313 of one partition bar 3) of theupper cross beam 21. Then, the other end of theobject 5 is put into the top of anotherpartition bar 3, and theobject 5 is restrictively positioned between theupper cross bar 21 and thepartition bar 3 by the corresponding arrangement of the front and rear side walls of theaccommodating space stopper 315 of thepartition bar 3; alternatively, theobject 5 is restrictively positioned between twopartition bars 3, and thepartition panel 42 of thepartition part 4 partitions theaccommodating space elastic portion 43 exerts a butting push on theobject 5 such that different widths of objects may be firmly positioned therein. - Referring to
FIG. 7 , when a plurality ofpartition bars 3 is mounted between the twovertical bars 1, thefirst partition bar 3 is first inclined to be positioned between the twovertical bars 1, and the twoedge connecting parts 32 are vertically positioned in theguide rail 12 of the twovertical bars 1. Then, thefirst partition bar 3 is rotated so as to render the twoclip grooves 324 of theedge connecting part 32 gradually enclosing thewing panel 11. Thus the assembly of onepartition bar 3 onto the twovertical bars 1 is completed. A screw is put through the throughhole 326 to butt against the protrudingrib 131 to form locking engagement and to be positioned in place. Thesecond partition bar 3 is moved to an appropriate position according to the height of the object displayed and the aforementioned operation is followed to complete the assembly of a plurality of the partition bars 3 between the twovertical partition bars 1 in sequence. Further, the loweraccommodating space 313 of the partition bars 3 faces downward, and the space between theaccommodating space 313 and thestopper 315 of anotherpartition bar 3 beneath may be used for displaying objects. Further, two corners on one diagonal of theassembly panel 321 and theclip tenon 325 are chamfered and the other two corners are right angles, such that the distances from the respective corner to the center are different. Therefore, when thepartition bar 3 is rotated, the right angles butt against thewing panel 11 to be positioned in place and maintain a perpendicular relationship with thevertical bar 1. - With the aforementioned description and assembly, the configuration of the assembled unit body is shown in
FIG. 8 . To render the display structure equipped with the functions of continuation and connection, the cross bars 2 over and below thevertical bar 1 are longitudinally inserted with anaxle connection plate 6, respectively, on which is disposed with anaxle 61 to be connected with abearing 62, ball bearing for example, to expand the application of the present invention. -
FIGS. 9 and 10 show one end of the display structure according to the present invention using theaxle connection plate 6 to pivotally connect with the respectivepivotal plate 8 extending from each end of thedecorative panel 7. Also, thepivotal plate 8 can be further connected with another unit body of the display structure according to present invention, such that the three unit bodies may be placed in a fan shape to show different styles of the unit body. -
FIGS. 11 a and 11 b show that the present invention using different shapes and structures of thepivotal plates -
FIGS. 12 a and 12 b show the exploded perspective view and perspective assembly view of another embodiment of theedge connecting part 32 according to the present invention, respectively, wherein theassembly panel 321 and theinsert tenon 322 of theedge connecting part 32 are separately arranged. Theinsert tenon 322 is connected with a linkingplate 327 disposed on the edge of theedge connecting part 32; aclip tenon 325 is protrudingly provided on the front of the linkingplate 327 so as to connect with thetenon groove 328 provided on the rear of theassembly panel 321, and aclip groove 324 is formed therebetween. Upon assembling, the aforementioned procedure is followed to mount theedge connecting part 32 between the twovertical bars 1, and a conventional connecting device, a screw for example, is inserted into thetenon hole 329 of theclip tenon 325 and is then screwed into the throughhole 326 on theassembly panel 321, such that, during the process of tightening the screw, theassembly panel 321 moves toward theinsert tenon 322 and thus theclip groove 324 is narrowing until theassembly panel 321 is clampingly fastened with the two wing panels and butted against the protrudingrib 131 to form a locking engagement. - Consequently, by putting the prevention into practice, users may adjust the partition height of the partition bars according to the objects displayed by the two wing panels of the vertical bar. Also, different thicknesses of the objects displayed may be securingly positioned by the plurality of the partition parts disposed in the slide groove of the partition bar. Consequently, the present invention can achieve the aim of flexible display, making it the most promising one of its kind.
- While the invention has been described with reference to the a preferred embodiment thereof, it is to be understood that modifications or variations may be easily made without departing from the spirit of this invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
Claims (11)
1. A display structure, comprising
two long vertical bars of identical cross section which are oppositely disposed and whose inner end edges oppositely extend to form a wing panel, respectively, to define a guide rail;
two cross bars each of which comprises a rectangular cross beam of identical cross section and an end plug disposed on their respective ends, to be snapped into the two wing panels and guide rails, and which are transversally disposed on the upper and under surfaces of the two vertical bars;
a plurality of partition bars each of which is transversally and movably disposed between the two vertical bars and comprises a long support beam whose both ends are provided with an end connection part, respectively, wherein the front and rear sides of the inner portion of the support beam oppositely extend to form a frame wing, respectively, so as to form a slide rail on its top, and an accommodating space on its bottom, and a stopper is protrudingly disposed on the front and rear of the top of the support beam, respectively, and the edge connection panel is an assembly panel cut to form a clip groove provided with a clip tenon therein and extending transversally to form an insert tenon to be inserted into the slide rail; and
a plurality of partition parts whose tops are snapped into the slide grooves with the bottom of the partition bars protruding a partition panel, such that the short sides of the assembly panels are positioned into the gaps between the two wing panels and then the partition bar is rotated ed to engage with the two clip grooves and the two wing panels, and a clip tenon is sandwiched by the two wing panels so as to form a plate-shape unit body.
2. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the face panel of the end plug transversally extends to form a plug tenon to be inserted into the embedded groove extending horizontally from the cross beam; a connection tenon is provided on the inner wall of top of the embedded groove of the cross beam of the lower cross bar and a tenon recess is correspondingly disposed to the tenon plug such that they are engaged together; a connecting device is put through the panel hole provided on the frame panel and the tenon and then connected with the connection tenon.
3. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the front and rear of the top of the lower cross beam is protrudingly provided with a stop rim, respectively.
4. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the lower part of the embedded groove of the cross beam of the upper cross bar oppositely and horizontally to define a neck panel, the front and rear stop rims are arranged to form an accommodating space therein, and the middle of the inner wall of the top of the upper cross beam is protrudingly provided with a plurality of rib tenons and the plug tenon is longitudinally cut to form a tenon hole, such that a connecting device may be put through the tenon hole to butt against the rib tenon to form a locking engagement thereon.
5. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the upper inner wall of the support beam is protrudingly provided with a plurality of frame ribs, such that a connecting device may be put through the tenon hole longitudinally cut to form on the edge connecting part to butt against the rib tenon to form locking engagement thereon.
6. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein a though hole is cut to form on the assembly panel, such that a connecting device may be put through the through hole to butt against the protruding rib to engage thereon.
7. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein each end of the cross bars on the top and bottom of the vertical bar is longitudinally inserted with an axel connection plate, respectively, on which is disposed with an axle and a bearing so as to be pivotally connected with a pivotal plate.
8. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the partition extends from both sides to form an elastic portion, respectively.
9. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein two corners on one diagonal of the assembly panel and the clip tenon are chamfered and the other two corners are right angles, such that the distances from the respective corner to the center are different.
10. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the exterior of the vertical bar is provided with an arc face, the middle of the vertical panel on the opposite side of the guide rail is disposed with a protruding rib, and the frame panel of the end plug is disposed with a panel hole, such that a connecting device may be put through and butt against the protruding rib to form a locking engagement thereon.
11. The display structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein the assembly panel and the insert tenon of the edge connecting part are separately arranged, the insert tenon is connected with a linking plate disposed on the edge of the edge connecting part, a clip tenon is protrudingly provided on the front of the linking plate so as to connect with the tenon groove provided on the rear of the assembly panel, and a clip groove is formed therebetween; a screw is inserted into the tenon hole of the clip tenon and is then screwed into the through hole on the assembly panel, such that, during the process of tightening the screw, the assembly panel moves toward the insert tenon and thus the clip groove is narrowing until the assembly panel is clampingly fastened with the two wing panels and butted against the protruding rib to form a locking engagement.
