Description

    BACKGROUND
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention generally relates to an improvement in structure of an un-stripping waffle slab mold, and more particularly relates to a loose-proof and height-altering permanent waffle slab mold.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • As times change, high quality products should be made in a clear environment in many high-technology factories for its precision processing demand. In clean room, steel frame and raised flooring installations are usually utilized to enhance the structural strength.
  • According to the traditional method, waffle slab can be made by the following step: first, molding RC (Reinforced Concrete) into shape of wood plate; second, stripping the wood plate after grouting; then, daubing the mold with epoxy resin. But it spends time too much and may vary to each other. Another method is to provide an un-stripping waffle slab mold, one of features is to utilize SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) method to form a mold. The surface of the mold is rough but interior thereof is smooth. The mold has not to be stripped, but may be out of shape or out of mold under the pressure of solidified RC. An improvement invention is shown in FIG. 1. The disclosed invention is to provide a waffle slab mold 100 of a cone-shaped and the tubular pillar 102 thereof was tapcred. The waffle slab mold 100 has a protruded edge 110 and a plurality of through hole 104 thereof. Wherein, the through hole 104 may be used to link up with each mold. However, several molds among waffle slab molds 100 with smooth surface may be loosed when subjected to pressure.
