Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • This invention relates to a one-piece elastic clamp device with innovatory convenience feature, and more particularly to a one-piece elastic clamp device which is capable of clamping and easily manufactured.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Various kinds of clamps are widely used in our daily life. Basically, they are pressed to achieve the purpose of clamping articles by means of springs. But, it is not convenient and uneasy to assemble the clamps provided with springs, and it costs much to be additionally provided with springs.
  • Therefore, a related one-piece clamp device 5 was manufactured to overcome the drawbacks of the clamps provided with springs, referring to FIG. 1. The related one-piece clamp device 5 is provided with two opposite hook portions 51, 51′ at the front, and the hook portions 51, 51′ are respectively provided with gritting members 52, 52′ at the front. While being assembled, the hook portions 51, 51′ are forced to cross each other, and the gritting members 52, 52′ are against each other, as shown in FIG. 2.
  • While being used, the pressing portions 53, 53′ of the clamp device 5 are pressed to make the gritting members 52, 52′ release each other and open, as shown in FIG. 3, articles, such as gloves or towels, are placed between the gritting members 52, 52′, and then the pressing portions 53, 53′ are released to let the articles be clamped by the gritting members 52, 52′, referring to FIG. 4.
  • However, it is labored and troublesome for the hook portions 51, 51′ of the above-mentioned one-piece clamp device 5 to be forced to cross each other while being assembled.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Therefore, the present invention is to provide a one-piece elastic clamp device that substantially obviates the drawbacks of the above-mentioned related art.
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a one-piece elastic clamp device which is capable of firmly clamping articles.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a one-piece elastic clamp device which is easily manufactured.
  • A further objective of the present invention is to provide a one-piece elastic clamp device which is provided with a movable axle and an elastic member in the main body to be easily operated to clamp or release articles.
  • Accordingly, a one-piece elastic clamp device in the present invention is provided with a pair of gritting members at one end of the main body. of the clamp device. A movable axle is provided at the middle of the main body of the clamp device, and a concave portion is provided beneath the movable axle. Two opposite pressing members are respectively formed at the other end of the clamp device, one of the pressing members is provided with an opening in the tail, an elastic sliding piece is provided between the opposite pressing members, one end of the elastic sliding piece is connected with the bottom surface of one of the pressing members, and the other end of the elastic sliding piece is against the inner surface of the other one of the pressing members.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent in the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a related prior one-piece clamp device;
  • FIG. 2 is a top sectional view of the related prior one-piece clamp device showing the hook portions crossing each other and the gritting members being against each other;
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic top sectional view of the related prior one-piece clamp device in an assembled configuration while being pressed to make the gritting members release each other and open;
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the related prior one-piece clamp device showing the hook portions crossing each other and the gritting members being against each other;
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the one-piece elastic clamp device in accordance with the present invention;
  • FIG. 6 is a side sectional view of an embodiment of the one-piece elastic clamp device in accordance with the present invention while being pressed to make the gritting members release each other and open; and, FIG. 7 is a side sectional view of an embodiment of the one-piece elastic clamp device in accordance with the present invention showing the pressing members being released to let the gritting members clench each other.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIG. 5, an embodiment of the one-piece elastic clamp device in the present invention is provided with a pair of gritting members 11, 11′ at one end of the main body of the clamp device 1. A movable axle 12 is provided at the middle of the main body of the clamp device 1, and a concave portion 13 is provided beneath the movable axle 12. Two opposite pressing members 14, 14′ are respectively formed at the other end of the clamp device 1, the pressing member 14 is provided with an opening 15 in the tail, an elastic sliding piece 16 is provided between the opposite pressing members 14, 14′, one end of the elastic sliding piece 16 is connected with the bottom surface of the pressing member 14, and the other end of the elastic sliding piece 16 is against the inner surface of the pressing member 14′.
  • While being used, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the pressing members 14, 14′ are pressed to touch other other's tail, the elastic sliding piece 16 is forced to bend inward, and the movable axle 12 slides on the concave portion 13 at the same time, so as for the gritting members 11, 11′ to separate from each other and open because of leverage. After articles, such as gloves or towels, are placed between the gritting members 11, 11′, the pressing members 14, 14′ are released to let the articles be clamped by the gritting members 11, 11′, the elastic sliding piece 16 will slide and sustain outward because of elasticity, and the movable axle 12 will return to its original position on the concave portion 13.
  • While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
