Abstract

The invention relates to an umbrella with a connected receiver, which includes a cover connecting with an upper joint of the umbrella centrally. A soft receiver, which can be a tubular elastic body, is connected on the upper joint for receiving the closed umbrella. Hence, the umbrella has a clean and clear outlook when it is closed and not in use.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an umbrella with a connected receiver, which is a soft piece connected with upper joint of the umbrella. The receiver can perfectly receive the umbrella, when it is closed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A normal umbrella always has its cover overlapped disorderly when it is closed. People must spend much time to take care of the cover for obtaining the umbrella with a small volume. It is known that an independent plastic receiver is usually given with the umbrella in sale. When the umbrella is not used, it can be put inside the receiver. Hence, people can carry the umbrella with a clean outlook. But it cannot last long usually. Since the prior receiver is an independent object, it will be lost after people use the umbrella for a period of time. In conclusion, the conventional umbrellas are always without a receiver because the receiver is easily lost anyway.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to provide an umbrella with a connected receiver, which is connected with upper joint of an umbrella whenever the umbrella is in use or not. The receiver can also receive the whole umbrella, when the umbrella is closed. Now, accompanying with the following drawings, the character of the present invention will be described here and after.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3; the present invention relates to an umbrella, which includes a cover (1) connecting with upper joint (11) centrally. A characteristic of the present invention is to provide a soft receiver (3) on the upper joint (11). The receiver (3).in this embodiment is a tubular elastic body. When the umbrella is in use, as shown in FIG. 1, the receiver (3) falls on the cover (1) that would not disturb the user since it is light and can easily be ignored.
When the umbrella is closed, the receiver (3) shows up in sight obviously, as in FIG. 2. At this moment, user can lead the receiver (3) to cover the umbrella as shown in FIG. 3. Accordingly, the umbrella with clean and clear outlook can be carried conveniently.
It can be understood that a main purpose of the present invention is to utilize a connected soft receiver for receiving the umbrella, when it is not in use. Other modified embodiments are easily completed under the same spirit of this invention. The above-mentioned structure is only an exemplary and is not to limit the scope of the application. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the present includes a soft plate (4) having an ear portion (41) for engaging with the upper joint (11) (FIG. 4). The plate (4) has both ends with a couple of magic clips (42), which can be connected together easily to cover the umbrella as in FIG. 6. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, two sides of the plate (4) can be provided with one half of a zipper (43) respectively to form a completed receiver when two sides of the plate (4) are matched.
Accordingly, the present invention provides enough utility and improvement on an umbrella and should be allowed for patent. In above description, they are -only embodiments to illustrate our embodiment and are not to limit the scope of this application. Any modified embodiments with similar merits are also claimed according to the present invention.

Claims

1. An umbrella with a connected receiver including a cover connecting with an upper joint of the umbrella centrally and a soft receiver, which is a tubular elastic body, connected on the upper joint for receiving the closed umbrella having a clean and clear outlook.

2. The umbrella with a connected receiver as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soft receiver is a soft plate having both sides with a magic clip and the plate can be rolled to cover the closed umbrella as two magic clips are engaged together.

3. An umbrella with a connected receiver as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soft plate has both sides with one half of a zipper respectively.
