Abstract

This present invention relates to having professional briefcases that will store papers, laptops, folders, but it will also fold out into a table. The legs will be hidden inside the briefcase and will snap out and the legs will extend. We also will create an art portfolio that will hold the artist's work and paintings and it will zip down to create a display stand for the artist's work. Also we will create a backpack that will store school books and will also fold out into a chair for the child. We will also have a backpack that will have the same function but will fold out into a table but will also store backpacks. Some of the book bags will have wheels on them and a extendable and retractable handle to pull the book bag like a suitcase.

Description

BACKGROUND—FIELD OF INVENTION

This present invention relates to having a backpack that turns into a table, an art portfolio that turns into a display board, a backpack that turns into a chair, and a briefcase that turns into a table. No one has ever made anything like it, children can have a backpack that has storage for books and also turns into a chair or a table for them. There is a need that we will fill with our design by providing professional men with briefcases that turns into a table use for a laptop desk and the briefcase also has storage for papers and books.

OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES

Several of the advantages of my invention include:
1. Our design will enhance the design and style of all book bags, portfolios, and briefcases.
2. Our design will be useful for picnics and carrying food and a table in a bag.
3. It will be great for professionals to bring a briefcase out of town to a hotel and turn into a table for using their laptop and also can store their laptop in it.
4. Artist will not have to carry a display stand to show their work. The portfolio will be there work and also their display stand to show their work.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

Our design includes professional briefcases that will store papers, laptops, folders, but it will also fold out into a table. The legs will be hidden inside the briefcase and will snap out and the legs will extend. We also will create an art portfolio that will hold the artist's work and paintings and it will zip down to create a display stand for the artist's work. Also we will create a backpack that will store school books and will also fold out into a chair for the child. We will also have a backpack that will have the same function but will fold out into a table but will also store backpacks.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 displays the briefcase before it is turned into a table.
FIG. 2 displays the briefcase that has been transferred into the table. FIG. 2A displays the lock that locks the briefcase in place for the table.

FIG. 4 shows an art or presentation portfolio. FIG. 4 A shows the strip that hides the legs that are folded on the bottom of the portfolio.

FIG. 8 displays the backside of the backpack. The table is folded and hidden. FIG. 8A is an example of the rolling wheels in case you do not want to carry your bag. FIG. 8B is a display of the handle that is used to pull the bag, it retracts into the bag and extends out of the bag to pull the bag.
FIG. 9 shows the side view of the backpack. FIG. 9A shows the legs to the chair once they are folded in.
FIG. 10 is the inner backpack where students' books will fit.
FIG. 11 shows how the legs are extended from the backpack into the chair.
FIG. 12 shows a kid with his backpack on his back, carried as a regular backpack.

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF DRAWINGS

This present invention relates to having a backpack that turns into a table, an art portfolio that turns into a display board, a backpack that turns into a chair, and a briefcase that turns into a table. No one has ever made anything like it; children can have a backpack that has storage for books and also turns into a chair or a table for them. There is a need that we will fill with our design by providing professional men with briefcases that turns into a table use for a laptop desk and the briefcase also has storage for papers and books. The briefcase will fold out into a table and would be lightweight. It would have locks to keep it straight and in position. The portfolio will hold artist's pictures and will fold out into display stand and the pictures will be ready to show. On the back will be support for the pictures. The backpack will have an inner backpack that will hold the books and papers for students. The backpack will fold out into a chair and well as have storage space for books. If a child or anyone is carrying reading material and wants to go the park; they could take the book and the backpack and make a chair and sit in the chair in the park and read. Some of the book bags will have wheels on them and a extendable and retractable handle to pull the book bag like a suitcase.

Claims

1. A design for all book bags and backpacks where the backpack can fold or zip out into a chair, also having room for books storage.

2. A design for all briefcases where the briefcase folds out into a table for you laptop or work area, and you can store papers and folders in your briefcase.

3. A design for art portfolios where the legs of the display stand are hidden in the portfolio and when zipped down the portfolio turns into a display stand for showing off the artist's work.

4. A design for all picnic baskets that has storage for food and beverage that folds out into a table.

5. The design from claim 1, where the legs from the chair are folded inward and the back of the chair is folded down for easy storage of the chair.

6. The design from claim 1 where there is a zipper to connect the back of the chair and the seat to make the backpack.

7. The design from claim 2 where there is a lock on both sides of the table, and under the table, to keep it straight after the briefcase is folded out.

8. The design from claims 1, 2, 3, and 4 will have extended legs to make the table, chair, display stand and/or desk higher.

9. The design from claim 3 where the legs will be hidden on the portfolio, with a strip.

10. The design from claim 3 where an artist's artwork can be displayed easily by zipping down the portfolio and unfolding the legs for the display stand to the ground.

11. A design for a backpack from claim 1, that does not turn into a desk, but folds or zips out into a life vest.

12. The design from claim 1 in which there is an inner lining where the books will be stored, which can be zipped out when setting up the chair.

13. The design from claim 2 in which there is an inner lining where the books, papers, and laptop will be stored, which can be zipped out when setting up the desk.

14. A design for all book bags and backpacks where the backpack can fold or zip out into a table, also having room for books storage.

15. The design from claim 3 in which there is an inner lining where the artwork will be stored, which can be zipped out when setting up the desk.

16. The design from claim 4 in which there is an inner lining where the food and drinks will be stored, which can be zipped out when setting up the table.
