Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to bullets, and in particular to a liquid filling bullet for physical protection, wherein the technical improvement is focused on an outer periphery or an inner wall of the bullet, which is installed to a protection casing made of stainless steel or iron so that the protection casing of the bullet has preferred structural strength to improve the weakness of the incapable withdrawing the bullet from the gun due to the deformation of the bullet.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A prior art of physical protecting device has the same manufacturing principle as a spray insecticide device (referring to FIG. 1). In operation, a nozzle of the insecticide device is pressed and then the filled liquid is sprayed out so as to achieve a goal of physical protection. However, during the process, because the liquid flowing through the nozzle is spayed out by mist, a short gunshot range of the device is not available to protect a remote user by spraying liquid, and thus the prior art is only suitable for protecting a close user. Therefore, the effectiveness of the device is limited. Besides, the spraying direction of the liquid is unable to be controlled precisely by a user because of wind blowing or intensely attacking process. Furthermore, the liquid may be sprayed out to the user and causes dangerous situations. Referring to FIGS. 2 and 2 a, a physical protecting device is illustrated. The gun body 5 of the physical protecting device is installed in several bullets 50. A punching element (not shown on the Figures.) is installed in a top casing 50. In operation, the top casing 50 is locked to the gun body 5 and then the bullet 50 is prepared to be shoot by pressing the handle 51. A shooting button 53 and security button 54 are pressed to the punching element to strike the gun body 50 for shooting. After shooting, the bullet 50 is withdrawn by reversely pushing back the handle 55. The liquid explodes by punching element striking the gunpowder chamber at the rear end of the bullet. The high pressure from the expansion of high temperature compresses the propulsive valve to spray out the liquid from the front end of the bullet. This is a main defect in the prior art. The periphery of the bullet is out of shape, resulting from a high pressure from the bullet extrudes the propulsive valve. The bullet is jammed easily in the gun body and is incapable of withdrawing back smoothly. Thus, after each shooting, the bullet is needed to withdraw by pushing the handle hardly, not only requiring strenuous labor but also inconvenience. During the emergent and dangerous situations, the user is unable to change a bullet quickly for next shooting, the protecting effectiveness of the device is reduced. Therefore, the weakness of the prior art is needed to modify.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a liquid filling bullet. The improvement is focused to select an outer periphery or an inner wall of the bullet, which is installed to a protection casing so that the protection casing of the bullet has excellent structural strength to assure the bullet of constant shape or limiting the shape change slightly. A user is able to withdraw the bullet easily to refill a new one quickly for next shooting and achieve goals of the best resistance and protection.
  • To achieve above object, the present invention provides a liquid filled bullet. The bullet being a hollow body and comprises a gunpowder chamber at an inner rear end; a propulsive valve at a front end of the gunpowder chamber; a free section formed between the gunpowder chamber and the propulsive valve; a receiving chamber at a front end of the bullet before the propulsive valve; liquid being filled within the receiving chamber; and a protection casing having an open end corresponding to a front end of the bullet. Moreover, a position of the protection casing is selected from one of a first position enclosing an outer periphery of the bullet and a second position at an inner periphery of the bullet. The protection casing is installed in the inner wall or outer wall of the bullet by rolling so as to have preferable structural strength. As the bullet is triggered by the punching element, the air in the free section will be compressed to generate high pressure to push the propulsive valve to extrude the liquid. Thus, the liquid is ejected out from the bullet.
  • To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a liquid filling bullet, wherein a front end of the bullet is formed as a tapered body; a periphery of the tapered body has a plurality of indentations and a shape of the propulsive valve is corresponding to that of the tapered body. In operation, a rear end of the bullet is impacted by a punching element so as to explode the gunpowder in the gunpowder chamber. The air within the free section will expand to generate high pressure to push the propulsive valve to compress liquid. The liquid is impacted to break out the indentations at the front end of the bullet so as to be ejected out. Since the strength of the bullet is preferred, after the bullet 1 is impacted, it can be updated quickly for being used again.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a liquid filling bullet of the present invention is illustrated, which is suitable for physical protection. The bullet 1 is a hollow tube made of aluminum. An inner rear end thereof has a gunpowder chamber 11. A front side of the gunpowder chamber 11 is a propulsive valve 12. A washer S is installed between the propulsive valve 12 and a wall of the gunpowder chamber 11. A free section 13 is formed between the gunpowder chamber 11 and the propulsive valve 12. A front chamber of the propulsive valve 12 is filled with dyes or stimulated liquid 2. A front end of the bullet 1 has formed with indentations 14. An outer periphery of the bullet 1 has a protection casing 3 made of stainless steel or iron or other metal. The protection casing 3 is a cylinder. A front end corresponding to a front edge of the bullet 1 is opened. The protection casing 3 tightly encloses the periphery of the bullet 1 by tools, such as a rolling machine. Thus, the protection casing 3 can be installed within the physical protecting device 4.
  • In operation, a rear end of the bullet 1 is impacted by a punching element 41 so as to explode the gunpowder 110 in the gunpowder chamber 11. The air within the free section 13 will expand to generate high pressure to push the propulsive valve to compress liquid 2, see FIG. 5. The liquid 2 is impacted to break out the indentations 14 at the front end of the bullet 1 so as to be ejected out. Since the strength of the bullet 1 is preferred, after the bullet 1 is impacted, it can be updated quickly for being used again.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Those identical to the above embodiment will not be further described herein. Only those different are described. In this embodiment, the protection casing 3 is selectably installed at an inner wall of the bullet 1. The installation will be described herein. A bullet 1 a is a hollow body made of aluminum. A protection casing 3 a is a metal cylinder. Preferably, the metal is stainless steel. The protection casing 3 a is tightly embedded into an inner wall of the bullet 1 a. The bullet 1 is filled with the dyes and the simulated liquid 2. A propulsive valve 12 a and a gunpowder chamber 11 a are installed at an inner rear side of the bullet 1 a. A free section 13 a is formed between the propulsive valve 12 a and the gunpowder chamber 11 a. The protection casing 3 a is installed in the inner wall of the bullet 1 a by rolling so as to have preferable structural strength. As the bullet 1 a is triggered by the punching element 41 a, the air in the free section 13 a will be compressed to generate high pressure to push the propulsive valve 12 a to extrude the liquid 2 (FIGS. 6A and 6B). Thus, the liquid 2 is ejected out from the bullet 1 a.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 to 8, a third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Those identical to the above embodiment will not be further described herein. Only those different are described. A front end of the bullet 1 b is formed as a tapered body corresponding to the physical protecting device 4 b. A peripheral surface of the tapered body has a plurality of indentations 14 b. The shape of the propulsive valve 12 b is corresponding to that of the tapered body. The liquid 2 is filled in the bullet 1 b. An inner rear end thereof is installed with a propulsive valve 12 b, the gunpowder chamber 11 b and the free section 13 b. The protection casing 3 b is installed at an outer periphery of the bullet 1 b so as to match various physical protecting devices 4 b.
  • In use, the bullet 1 b is impacted by the punching element 41 b to trigger so that the propulsive valve 12 b will enforce the liquid 2 to explode the indentations 14 so that the liquid sprays out from the front end of the bullet 1 b, as shown in FIG. 9. Thereby the liquid will not pollute the users or environment.
  • Referring to FIG. 10, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Those identical to the above embodiment will not be further described herein. Only those different are described. An opening of the bullet 1 c is a tapered body and has indentations 14 c. The configuration of the propulsive valve 12 c is corresponding to the tapered body. The bullet 1 c is filled with liquid 2. A propulsive valve 12 c, a gunpowder chamber 11 c and a free section 13 c are at an inner rear end of the bullet 1 c. The protection casing 3 c is installed at an inner wall of the bullet 1 c. The bullet 1 c is installed at the physical protecting device 4 c. When the punching element 41 c is triggered, air in the free section 13 c will generate high pressure to push the propulsive valve 12 c to extrude the liquid 2 (referring to FIGS. 10A and 10B). The liquid 2 will break the bullet 1 to eject out.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
