Description
- 1) Field of the Invention
- A kind of normal-opened-model vacuum eliminator, in which some interlinked vents are designed on the larger ring-shaped side of the pressure controller, and a leakage-proof pad is designed on the ladder-shaped side for the pressure-resisting ring. In that way, the pressure-resisting ring is pushed towards the pressure controller and the leakage-proof pad exactly would be absorbed by vacuum at the edge of central hole of the pressure controller in the case of water's access to the non-returning pipe. And the pressure-resisting ring can eliminate the vacuum absorption with its gravity and air suction and block backward the water inlet edge of the non-returning pipe to prevent the water flow's reflux from access to the interior of the non-returning pipe. Thereby, it not only would not easily be involved in denaturation and failure, but also has simple structure and exact operation besides its easy assembly.
- 2) Description of the Prior Art
- Generally, the conventional vacuum eliminator of water faucet, referring to
FIG. 1 is composed of aseat hole 5 transversely on a valve base, whose internal end is interlinked with a pipe when its outer end forms a mouth, astopper 6 fixed on the base hole and interlinked with the base hole, asliding block 7, which can be installed in the base hole and its interior hasmany guide chutes 71, moreover a set of leakage-proof pads 8 opposite the perforation. For the forgoing units, the vacuum can be eliminated in the pipe. - Nevertheless, we find out that the forgoing prior art is not so fine as we expected. Because all its parts are made of plastic materials, they not only would be easily involved in denaturation and failure, but also the outside force is required to block backward the water inlet edge for its small weight while operating themselves. More seriously, its action would be incorrect.
- The normal-opened-model vacuum eliminator the prevent invention provides, whose larger ring-shaped side exactly reaches the water inlet edge of the non-returning pipe, in which some interlinked vents are designed on the larger ring-shaped side of the pressure controller, and a leakage-proof pad is designed for on the ladder-shaped side for the pressure-resisting ring. In that way, the pressure-resisting ring is pushed towards the pressure controller and the leakage-proof pad exactly would be absorbed by the vacuum at the edge of central hole of the pressure controller in the case of water's access to the non-returning pipe. And the pressure-resisting ring can eliminate the vacuum absorption with its gravity and air suction to form an unobstructed water flow and block backward the water inlet edge of the non-returning pipe to prevent the water flow's reflux from access to the interior of the non-returning pipe to expand the service life of water transport pipeline and balance the returning water operation safety. Thereby, it not only would not easily be involved in denaturation and failure, but also has simple structure and exact operation besides its easy assembly.

FIG. 1B is the plane cutaway view of the prior art. -
FIG. 2 is the three-dimensional exploded view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is the three-dimensional combination view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4A is the plane sketch map of water launching state in accordance with the present invention. -
FIG. 4B is the plane sketch map of water stopping state in accordance with the present invention. - Referring to the
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the present invention is to put thescrew locking end 31 on the both sides of the water faucet 3 through the shutter S of the granite counter to connect thelocking unit 4 and position the water faucet 3 on the shutter S. in which, thelocking unit 4 is composed of a locking screw cap 41 for thescrew locking end 31, and a packing piece 42 locked in the locking screw cap 41 and a non-returning pad 43, and a water supply pipe 45 whose end and packing piece 41 are fixed and extruded outwards from the lockhole 44. It can prevent the water from seeping by means of tightly jointing with the non-returning pad 43 in the locking screw cap 41 after the locking screw cap is screwed on thescrew locking end 31 of the water faucet. - In addtion, referring to the
FIG. 4 , the water flow is vertically guided by the water supply pipe to the locking screw cap 41 and lockhole 44, and then to the interior of water faucet 3 through thescrew locking end 31 to keep the water flow in thewater faucet 3 for supply waiting in the water control circuit. Thereby, based on the arrangement of the structure, because thewater faucet 3 is designed directly with alocking unit 4 on thescrew locking end 31 to make the water flow can access direcly through the locking screw cap 41 and lockhole 44 of thelocking unit 4 and position thewater faucet 3 on the shutter S. The distance L between shutter S and wall W can be shortened properly to save space and consumptive materials. - As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 : the present invention comprises: anon-returning pipe 1, apressure controller 2 and a pressure-resistingring 3, in which - The
non-returning pipe 1 is a three-way pipe includingwater inlet 11,water outlet 12 andair inlet 13; - The
pressure controller 2 is T-shaped, and its larger ring-shaped side 21 exactly resists thewater inlet edge 13 of thenon-returning pipe 1, in which someinterlinked vents 211 are designed on the larger ring-shaped side of the pressure controller. When the air enters into from theinterlinked vents 211, the vacuum absorption state of thepressure controller 3 and the pressure-resistingring 3 can be eliminated to make the pressure-resistingring 3 block backward thewater inlet edge 11 of thenon-returning pipe 1 for avoiding the water flow's reflux; and aperforation 23 is designed on the larger ring-shaped side 21 for thepressure controller 2, which is fixed with acover 4 by a bolt T to form a closed state; - The
front end 3 of the pressure-resisting ring extrudes a little into theguide head 31 in the central hole of the pressure controller, and a leakage-proof pad P is designed on the ladder-shaped side 32 for the pressure-resistingring 3. In that way, the pressure-resisting ring is pushed towards thepressure controller 2 and the leakage-proof pad P exactly would be absorbed by the vacuum at the edge 22 of central hole of thepressure controller 2 in the case of water's access to the non-returning pipe to form an unobstructed water flow; - As shown in
FIG. 4 : it is an embodiment of water flow in accordance with the present invention. When thenon-returning pipe 1 is under the state of water supply, the pressure-resistingring 3 exactly can be pushed by the water to make the leakage-proof pad P on the ladder-shaped side 32 can be absorbed on the edge 22 of central hole of the pressure controller by the vacuum. At this time, the air at the outside ofblowhole 21 of thepressure controller 2 is resisted by the pressure-resistingring 3 and fails to access to, so that the water flow can enter into thewater inlet 11 of the non-returning pipe smoothly and outflow the water outlet 12 (as shown inFIG. 4 -A); - And because the pressure-resisting
ring 3 hasn't the water flow pressure to resist under the water stopping state, the air at the outside ofpressure controller 2 can enter into thenon-returning pipe 1 through theblowhole 21 to eliminate the vacuum absorption of thepressure controller 2 and pressure-resistingring 3 and form an inlet valve room R. And the pressure-resistingring 3 blocks backward thewater inlet edge 11 of thenon-returning pipe 1 with its gravity and air suction to make the water flow from thewater inlet 11 and would not return to the non-returning pipe with some foreign substance for good water resources and longer service life of the water transport pipeline, balancing the returning water operation safety (as shown inFIG. 4 -B); - Because the
pressure controller 2 and the pressure-resistingring 3 are made of metal materials, the pressure-resistingring 3 can eliminate the vacuum absorption with its gravity. And it not only would not easily be involved in denaturation and failure, but also has simple structure and exact operation besides its easy assembly.
