Abstract
A wire-winding device with smooth outlets comprises an upper cover; a lower cover; a rotary unit; a wire winding around the rotary unit; two sliding units installed at two ends of the wire-winding device and at the inner sides of the upper cover and lower cover; each sliding unit having two retaining shafts and two hollow rollers; two retaining shafts of one sliding unit being installed at one end of the lower cover; each retaining shaft being installed with a hollow roller; the upper cover having two retaining holes corresponding to the two retaining shafts of the lower cover; and a via hole being formed between two hollow rollers so that the wire passes through the via hole to protrude out of the wire-winding device.
Description
- The present invention relates to wire-winding devices, and in particular to a wire-winding device with smooth outlets, wherein the wire can be wound or received smoothly by the hollow rollers so that the wear of the wire-winding device is smaller and thus, the wire-winding device has a longer lifetime.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 1 -1, the prior art wire-winding device is illustrated. In this prior art, thewire 11 protrudes out of the wire-winding device 1 from thevia holes 14 at two sides of theupper cover 12 and thelower cover 13. In use, thewire 11 is pulled out of the wire-winding device 1. If the wire-winding device is not used, thewire 11 is received within the wire-winding device 1. - Above mentioned prior art has the following disadvantages. The peripheries of the via holes are sharp so that the wire will wear and the wire cannot be pulled out or received smoothly. Furthermore, the signal transferred through the wire will be deteriorated so that the whole wire-winding device will be abandoned.
- Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a wire-winding device with smooth outlets, wherein the wire can be wound or received smoothly by the hollow rollers so that the wear of the wire-winding device is smaller and the wire-winding device has a longer lifetime.
- To achieve above object, the present invention provides a wire-winding device with smooth outlets which comprises an upper cover; a lower cover; a rotary unit; a wire winding around the rotary unit; two sliding units installed at two ends of the wire-winding device and at the inner sides of the upper cover and lower cover; each sliding unit having two retaining shafts and two hollow rollers; two retaining shafts of one sliding unit being installed at one end of the lower cover; each retaining shaft being installed with a hollow roller; the upper cover having two retaining holes corresponding to the two retaining shafts of the lower cover; and a via hole being formed between two hollow rollers so that the wire passes through the via hole to protrude out of the wire-winding device. When the upper cover is combined to the lower cover, the retaining shafts of the lower cover are engaged to the corresponding retaining holes of the upper cover so that the two hollow rollers are rotatable along the two retaining shafts, respectively. Thus, by the rolling of the two hollow rollers, the wire can be received in or pulled out of the wire-winding device so that the wire can slide smoothly.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a prior art wire-winding device. -
FIG. 1-1 is an exploded view of the prior art wire-winding device. -
FIG. 2A is an exploded view of wire-winding device of the present invention. -
FIG. 2B shows another exploded view of the wire-winding device of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the wire-winding device of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view about the wire-winding device of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing another embodiment of the wire-winding device of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in detail. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. Referring to
FIGS. 2A, 2B , 3 and 4, the wire-winding device of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention includes the following structure. - An
upper cover 21, alower cover 22 and arotary unit 23 are included in the present invention. Awire 24 winds around therotary unit 23. - Two sliding units are installed at two ends of the wire-winding device and are at the inner sides of the
upper cover 21, andlower cover 22. Each sliding unit has tworetaining shafts 25 and twohollow rollers 26. Tworetaining shafts 25 of one sliding unit are installed at one end of thelower cover 22. Eachretaining shaft 25 is installed with ahollow roller 26. Theupper cover 21 has tworetaining holes 27 corresponding to the tworetaining shafts 25 of thelower cover 22. When theupper cover 21 is combined to thelower cover 22, theretaining shafts 25 of thelower cover 22 are engaged to thecorresponding retaining holes 27 of theupper cover 21 so that the twohollow rollers 26 are rotatable along the tworetaining shafts 25, respectively. Avia hole 28 is formed between twohollow rollers 26 so that thewire 24 passes through thevia hole 28 to protrude out of the wire-winding device. Thus, by the rolling of the twohollow rollers 26, thewire 24 can be received in or pulled out of the wire-winding device so that thewire 24 can slide smoothly. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, aconnector 3 is installed at one end of thewire 24 and another end of thewire 24 is installed with anearphone 4. Or two ends of thewire 24 are installed with different electronic devices. - In the present invention, the
wire 24 can be wound or received smoothly by thehollow rollers 26 so that the wear of the wire-winding device is smaller and the wire-winding device has a longer lifetime. - Advantages of the present invention will be described in the following. By the present invention, the wire can be pulled out of or received into the wire-winding device smoothly. The hollow rollers makes that the wire-winding device can be used for a longer time. Thereby the structure of the present invention is simple.
- The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
