Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention refers, in a general manner, of a drawer to be inserted in rails for drawers-case. More specifically, the present invention refers to a drawer for fitting in drawers-case rails, whose lateral walls and the subsequent wall is formed from an only piece, in that way facilitating your assembly.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Are known in the state of art, drawers that possess metallic lateral walls that, usually, it's conformed to be inserted directly in drawers-case rails. Those drawers differs of the other common drawers because it is not directly necessary the employment of rails in drawers, but only in the drawers-case.
  • This type of drawer of the state of art possesses it's lateral walls separated one of the other, generally conformed in metallic material, such as the carbon steel carbon, for be inserted directly in the rails of the drawers-case. In that way, the other walls of the drawer, such as the subsequent wall, the previous wall and the bottom are separate from the lateral walls and, usually, it's manufactured of another material, like as wood, compensated woods etc.
  • Those drawers represent a profit in relation to the common drawers, because being the lateral walls conformed to be inserted directly to the mounted rails in the drawers-case, a pair of rails is eliminated that would be mounted in the lateral walls of the drawer. This represents a significant profit of time for the assembly of the drawers, as well as also an economical profit, because it is not necessary the use of an equal one the more of rails.
  • However, it is necessary to set up and to fasten the walls of the drawer that are separate some of the other ones. That assembly operation and fixation of the lateral walls to the walls frontal, subsequent and to the bottom it is quite onerous, because it is necessary the employment of devices to centralize the lateral walls of the drawer in relation to the other walls that will fixed to the said lateral walls. Moreover, it is also indispensable the employment of fixation means, such as screws, pins, pegs, nuts, glues etc and the fixation of those means in the walls of the drawer.
  • Therefore, it's desirous to reduce this time of operation of assembly of the drawer when it's used lateral walls that are inserted directly in rails for drawers-case.
  • This way, constitutes a first objective of the present invention to provide a drawer who's the lateral walls and the subsequent wall are formed jointly from an only piece, being eliminated the assembly need of at least a wall of a drawer.
  • Constitutes another objective of the present invention to provide a drawer whose bottom is set up through fitting, being eliminated the need of the employment of fixation means and centralization, facilitating and decreasing, consequently, the time of assembly of a drawer.
  • SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The objectives above mentioned, among others, are reached with to present invention, that constitutes a drawer whose lateral and subsequent walls are formed starting from an only laminated piece, particularly a laminated piece starting from a metallic foil, that understands at least two areas weakened that define enlarging areas for the formation of the said lateral walls and subsequent of the said drawer.
  • The weak areas for enlarging are spaced to each other and it's defines the width of the subsequent wall of the drawer, only that the ductibility of those weak areas be larger than the medium ductibility of the walls of the drawer. In other words, the tension of drainage of the said weak areas should be smaller than the medium drainage tension of the walls of the drawer, so that they can bend easily in that more area that in other areas of the walls of the drawer. However, the shear tension should be such that there is not the shear of the weak areas when bent. The weak areas should support the enlarging operation without shearing. Some materials can be used for the production of the drawer of the present invention with appropriate thickness for not happening the shear of the weak areas as, for instance, the carbon steel ASTM 1020 with thickness of 1 mm. Other metallic alloys can be used, as well as also polymeric materials, since the areas weak non-shear when bent.
  • Those weak areas can be formed by any mean known of the man of the art. For instance, it can diminish the amount of material that composes the plan of the wall conforming a series of openings spaced to each other, as wrinkled area. Optionaly, the weak areas can be formed by the decrease of the thickness of the by electro-erosion. The weak areas can still be formed, optionaly, for corrosive chemical attack or electro-erosion, or any other appropriate method.
  • The drawer of the present invention can comprise, still, a canaleta in form of “U” in the portion more inferior of the said lateral walls and subsequent, so that it is in it inserted the bottom of the drawer.
  • In an accomplishment of the present invention, the walls of the drawer can understand in your superior portion a rail profile for fitting in a rail corresponding of a drawers-case, as well as openings foreseen to receive sheaves, necessary to the sliding of the drawer on the said rail.
  • In agreement with an accomplishment, the lateral walls and subsequent of the drawer of the present invention they can be grooved, to increase the resistance to the torsion of the said lateral walls and subsequent.
  • The drawer according to the present invention can understand openings still foreseen for the employment of fixation means of a front wall, as well as openings for the employment of fixation means for the bottom of the drawer, in case necessary.
