Abstract
A thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing comprises a case body having at least one open end; at least one thrown object being installed in the case body; a winding rod at a bottom of the case body for winding a protecting net; if the protecting net is not used, the protecting net can wind around the winding rod for limiting the movement space of a ball; a seat formed by a U shape rod; an upper transversal side of the U shape rod being firmly secured to the protecting net; a bottom of the U shape rod being connected to a transversal rod; a lower end of each of the two lateral sides of the U shape rod being pivotally and approximately vertically installed with a telescopic rod, which extends toward the case body.
Description
- The present invention relates to thrown frames, and particularly to a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing, which can be effectively used in various conditions and can be stored within a case body.
- In the present invention, a thrown frame is a frame which can accept object by throwing the object to the frame, such as back board used in basketball.
- Currently, simple structured and foldable thrown frames are used in various places, such as in home, to replace many outdoor frames, such as basketballs, baseballs, etc. These newly thrown frames can be stored within a smaller volume.
- Firstly, the simple structural and foldable thrown frames are made of a plurality of telescopic rods and plurality of supporting joints. In this structure, since there are many supporting points and thus the frame is stable. Thereby it is adjustable according to the requirement of the users.
- However the above said prior art has the defect of a larger volume and being difficult in carry.
- To improve above mentioned defect, a case-like thrown frame is developed. That is, all the components can be stored within the thrown frame as it is not used. Furthermore, a space below a base cloth of the thrown frame is not used and thus this space can be used for other objects. Thereby the space efficiency is improved. Thus, this improvement structure has improved the defect in the previous one.
- This improvement structure has single one supporting point so that the space from a case body of the frame to the supporting point can be used effectively. Further, the frame can be stored in the case body. The main body of this thrown frame is foldable and telescopic. Since there is only one supporting point which has the advantage of space saving, the structure become unstable. Moreover, the supporting rod used in this prior art is a U shape rod which only has vertical support points and thus it can not suffer the forces laterally applied to the frame. However since ball exercises are dramatic exercises. The actions of the sportsmen will push the frame so that the frame falls down.
- Thereby there is an eager demand for a novel one which can improve the prior art defects.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a thrown frame capable of being assembled into-a casing, wherein an L shape seat is disclosed, which has a stable structure and can suffer vertical forces and lateral forces.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing, wherein the telescopic rods of the present invention can be extended to a wall so as not to displace due to the careless pushing from the users.
- A further object of the present invention is to provide a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing, wherein by using the winding rod and telescopic rods, a protecting net can be partially wound to the winding rod so as to adjust the length of the protecting net.
- A yet object of the present invention is to provide a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing, wherein a space below the case body can be used effectively.
- A still object of the present invention is to provide a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing, wherein the L shape seat can be adjusted by adjusting the telescopic rods so as to be stored within the case body.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing. The thrown frame comprises a case body having at least one open end; at least one thrown object being installed in the case body; a winding rod at a bottom of the case body for winding a protecting net; if the protecting net is not used, the protecting net can wind around the winding rod for limiting the moving space of a ball; a seat formed by a U shape rod; an upper transversal side of the U shape rod being firmly secured to the protecting net; a bottom of the U shape rod being connected to a transversal rod; a lower end of each of the two lateral sides of the U shape rod being pivotally and approximately vertically installed with a telescopic rod, which are first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod; the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod extending toward the case body; each of the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod being positioned to the lower end of the U shape rod by a V shape foldable rod. The thrown frame is not used, the telescopic rods are compressed; then the telescopic rods are folded to be adhered to the U shape rod; then the seat is placed in the case body and the protecting net is wound around the winding rod; thus, the whole structure is stored in the case body.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

FIGS. 7 and 8 are schematic view showing the folding operation of the seat of the present invention. -
FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 are schematic view showing the storage of the present invention. -
FIG. 12 shows one application of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- With reference to
FIG. 1 , the present invention is illustrated. The present invention is mainly formed by the following elements. - A
case body 10 has at least one open end. At least one thrown object is installed in thecase body 10. In this embodiment, basketballs are used as an example and thus the thrown object is a backboard 11. The backboard 11 is at the open end of thecase body 10. - A protecting net 20 has a winding
rod 12 at a bottom of thecase body 10. If the protectingnet 20 is not used, the protecting net 20 can wind around the windingrod 12. - The object of the protecting net 20 is to limit the moving space of a ball. The protecting net 20 includes a
bottom net 21. Each of two sides of thebottom net 21 is extended with alateral net 22 so as to have a U shape confining space. - A
seat 30 is mainly formed by aU shape rod 31. An upper transversal side of theU shape rod 31 is firmly secured to the protecting net 20. A bottom of theU shape rod 31 is connected to atransversal rod 32. A lower end of each of the two lateral sides of theU shape rod 31 is pivotally and approximately vertically installed with a telescopic rod, which are firsttelescopic rod 33 and secondtelescopic rod 34. The firsttelescopic rod 33 and secondtelescopic rod 34 extend toward thecase body 10. Each of the firsttelescopic rod 33 and secondtelescopic rod 34 is positioned to a respective lower end of theU shape rod 31 by a positioning unit (in this embodiment, it is a V shape foldable rod 25). Referring toFIG. 2 , the V shapefoldable rod 25 has asheet 251. Thesheet 251 is screwedly installed with abutton 252. Thebutton 252 is capable of being installed at a lateral side of the V shapefoldable rod 25. - Referring to
FIGS. 3 and 5 , in this embodiment, each of the firsttelescopic rod 33 and secondtelescopic rod 34 is formed by at least two sections. Every two adjacent sections are connected by aV shape elastomer 35. One end of theV shape elastomer 35 is fixed to the telescopic rod and another end thereof is a free end. A retaining pin is fixed to the free end. The free end can penetrate through a wall of the telescopic rod so as to fix to positioning hole of another section of the telescopic rod, as shown inFIG. 4 . - In use of the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1, 5 and 6, by the telescopic rods, the present invention can be fixed to have an L shape. When no object is placed below thebottom net 21. It can resist against an wall. Thereby the collisions of users or balls will not affect the stability of the structure. Thereby as desired, the length of the telescopic rods is adjustable and part of the protectingnet 20 can be wound by the windingrod 12. Thereby the present invention can match the requirements of different users. - Moreover, as shown in
FIG. 5 , it is illustrated that the length of the telescopic rods are reduced. When some object is placed below thecase body 10, the present invention can be placed aside the object. - Moreover, in the present invention, by the L shape design, the present invention can suffer from the lateral forces and thus it has the advantages of the prior arts.
- With reference to
FIGS. 7 , and 8, when it is desired to store the present invention, the firsttelescopic rod 33 and secondtelescopic rod 34 are reduced to have a smaller length, as shown inFIG. 2 and are pivotally installed to theU shape rod 31. Then, thebuttons 252 are released and the telescopic rods are compressed to has a reduced length, seeFIG. 3 . - Referring to
FIGS. 9, 10 and 11, theseat 30 can be placed in thecase body 10. Thus, the storage of the present invention is completed. - In the present invention, a front section of each telescopic rod can be installed with a retaining
screw rod 253 for adjusting the length of telescopic rod. - Referring to
FIG. 12 , it is illustrated that the present invention is realized to other objects, where the baseboard is replaced by a plurality of flat panels. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (4)
1. A thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing comprising:
a case body having at least one open end; at least one thrown object being installed in the case body;
a winding rod at a bottom of the case body for winding a protecting net; if the protecting net is not used, the protecting net can wind around the winding rod for limiting a movement space of a ball;
a seat formed by a U shape rod; an upper transversal side of the U shape rod being firmly secured to the protecting net; a bottom of the U shape rod being connected to a transversal rod; a lower end of each of the two lateral sides of the U shape rod being pivotally and approximately vertically installed with a telescopic rod, which are a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod; the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod extending toward the case body; each of the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod being positioned to the lower end of the U shape rod by a V shape foldable rod;
wherein when the thrown frame is not used, the first and second telescopic rods are compressed; then the telescopic rods are folded to be adhered to the U shape rod; then the seat is placed in the case body and the protecting net is wound around the winding rod; thus, the whole structure is stored in the case body.
2. The thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the V shape foldable rod has a sheet; the sheet is screwedly installed with a button; the button is capable of being installed at a lateral side of the V shape foldable rod so as to fixed the V shape foldable rod.
3. The thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod is formed by at least two sections; every two adjacent sections are connected by a V shape elastomer; one end of the V shape elastomer is fixed to the telescopic rod and another end thereof is a free end; a retaining pin is fixed to the free end; the free end can penetrate through a wall of the telescopic rod so as to fix to positioning hole of another section of the telescopic rod.
4. The thrown frame capable of being assembled into a casing as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a front section of each telescopic rod is installed with a retaining screw rod for adjusting the length of telescopic rod.
