Abstract
A sweat draining cloth with fabric-like surfaces comprises a layer of middle thin elastic layer having a plurality of ventilation holes; an upper hydrophilic fiber layer; a lower hydrophilic fiber layer. In each ventilation hole area, the upper hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped to form with an upper snapper section; and the lower hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped so form a lower snapper section. The upper snapped section is connected to the lower hydrophilic fiber layer through the hole and the lower snapped section is connected to the upper hydrophilic fiber layer through the hole.
Description
- The present invention relates to sweat draining cloth, and particularly to sweat draining cloth comprising: a middle thin elastic layer having a plurality of ventilation holes; a upper hydrophilic fiber layer; a lower hydrophilic fiber layer. A surface of the elastic layer is formed with a plurality of regular arranged ventilation holes.
- With reference to FIG. 1, a cloth with preferred flexibility of the prior art is shown in FIG. 1. In this prior art, a layer of
cloth 21 is adhered to an elastic layer 2 by using glue P. A layer of elastic layer 2 is formed with a plurality ofventilation hole 2A (or slit or even no hole or slit being formed thereon) or two layers of elastic layer 2 are formed on the two surfaces of the elastic layer 2. The material of the elastic layer 2 is selected from rubber, plastic, or mixing foaming material. However, in this prior art, since glue will cause that the capillary holes of the elastic layer 2 are sealed and thus sweat can not be drained out. Thereby, the sweat is retained on the skin so as to descend temperature of the body. - Therefore, from above description, it is apparent that the prior art sweat draining cloth cannot achieve the effect of draining sweat.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a sweat draining cloth with fabric-like surfaces comprises a layer of middle thin elastic layer having a plurality of ventilation holes; an upper hydrophilic fiber layer; and a lower hydrophilic fiber layer. In each ventilation hole area, the upper hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped to form with an upper snapper section; and the lower hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped to form a lower snapper section. The upper snapped section is connected to the lower hydrophilic fiber layer through the holes and the lower snapped section is connected to the upper hydrophilic fiber layer.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming sweat draining cloth, the method comprising the steps of arranging a plurality of hooks upon the upper hydrophilic fiber layer; each hook being aligned to a respective ventilation holes; inserting each hook into a corresponding ventilation hole so as to snap the fibers in the upper hydrophilic fiber layer into two parts; inserting each hook into the ventilation hole further so that a snapped part of the snapped fiber of the fiber layer will carried by the hook head of the hook; inserting each hook to pierce the lower hydrophilic fiber layer so that the snapped part exposes from the lower side and the fibers in the lower hydrophilic fiber layer snap into two parts; pulling each hook upwards so that a snapped part of the lower hydrophilic fiber layer is pulled upwards until the hook leaves the upper hydrophilic fiber layer; as a result, the snapped part of the upper hydrophilic fiber layer are combined to the lower fiber layer, and the snapped part of the lower hydrophilic fiber layer are combined to the upper hydrophilic fiber layer. Thereby, the upper hydrophilic fiber layer and lower hydrophilic fiber layer are intersected as a series X shape structure.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
- FIG. 1 shows the structure of a prior art sweat draining cloth.
- FIG. 2 shows the structure of the sweat draining cloth of the present invention.
- FIGS. 2A to2C are partial enlarged view of the sweat draining cloth of the present invention.
- FIGS. 3A-3D show the step forming the sweat draining cloth of the present invention.
- In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- With reference to FIG. 2, the present invention includes a layer of middle thin
elastic layer 3. An upper and lower sides of theelastic layer 3 are enclosed by an upperhydrophilic fiber layer 4A and a lowerhydrophilic fiber layer 4B (referring to FIG. 2A). The feature of the present invention will be described herein. - The
elastic layer 3 can be selected from rubber, plastic, or other mixing foaming material. A surface of theelastic layer 3 is formed with a plurality of regular arrangedventilation holes 31. The present invention includes the following steps of: - Arranging a plurality of
hooks 5 upon the upper hydrophilic fiber layer; eachhook 5 being aligned to a respective ventilation holes (referring to FIG. 3A); - Inserting each
hook 5 into acorresponding ventilation hole 31 so as to snap the fibers in the upperhydrophilic fiber layer 4A into two parts (referring to FIG. 3B) - Inserting each
hook 5 into theventilation hole 31 further so that a snapped part 4AA of the snapped fiber of thefiber layer 4A Will carried by thehook head 5A of the hook 5 (referring to FIG. 3C). - Inserting each
hook 5 to pierce the lowerhydrophilic fiber layer 4A so that the snapped part 4AA exposes from the lower side (referring to FIG. 3C) and the fibers in the lower hydrophilic fiber layer snap. - Pulling each
hook 5 upwards so that a snapped part 4BB of the lowerhydrophilic fiber layer 4B is pulled upwards (referring to FIG. 3D) until thehook 5 leaves the upperhydrophilic fiber layer 4A. As a result, the snapped part of the upper hydrophilic fiber layer are combined to the lower fiber layer, and the snapped part of the lower hydrophilic fiber layer is combined to the upper the upper hydrophilic fiber layer (referring to FIG. 3D). Thereby, the upperhydrophilic fiber layer 4A and lowerhydrophilic fiber layer 4B are intersected as a seriesX shape structure 4X. - Thereby, the present invention does not use gluing effect. By the
ventilation holes 31 of theelastic layer 3 and thefiber layers hydrophilic fiber layer 4B near the skin F (referring to FIG. 3D) so that sweat can be guide to the upper layer by siphon effect and then evaporates. This cannot be achieved by the conventional elastic cloth. - With reference to FIGS. 2 and 2A, in the present invention, the middle thin
elastic layer 3 may be realized by a plurality ofsub-layers - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (4)
1. A sweat draining cloth with fabric-like surfaces comprising:
a middle thin elastic layer having a plurality of ventilation holes;
a upper hydrophilic fiber layer;
a lower hydrophilic fiber layer;
wherein in each ventilation hole area, the upper hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped to form with an upper snapper section; and the lower hydrophilic fiber layer is snapped so form a lower snapper section; the upper snapped section is connected to the lower hydrophilic fiber layer through the holes and the lower snapped section is connected to the upper hydrophilic fiber layer through the holes.
2. The sweat draining cloth as claimed in claim 1 , wherein material of the elastic layer is selected from rubber, plastic, or other mixing foaming material.
3. The sweat draining cloth as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the middle thin elastic layer comprises a plurality of sub-layers with different hardness, elasticity thickness and foaming ability so as to have different effect in use.
