Abstract

The prefab external-wall structure is provided to increase the resisting strength of the external-wall against the external destruction force under the condition that the original wall strength is not damaged. The external-wall structure mainly comprises a main frame, a honeycomb structural board and an outer decorative wall-portion, wherein the main frame has on the two ends thereof a first receiving recess and a second receiving recess for embedding respectively therein the honeycomb structural board and the outer decorative wall-portion, and they are firmly stuck with silicone adhesive material. The main frame between the first and the second receiving recesses is formed therearound cut grooves for the purpose of fixing the external-wall structure of the present invention onto the wall of a building using fixing members.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention is related to a prefab external-wall structure, and especially to such a prefab external-wall structure which can be fixed to a wall of a building; it cannot only avoid destruction of the original wall, but also can increase the resisting strength of the wall structure against the external destruction force. [0002]
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • Generally, an external wall, of a big building is a prefab external-wall, an external-wall structure used presently has the material (such as stones) of the external wall milled to form a plurality of engaging grooves to allow a plurality of hooking plates to engage with the engaging grooves, the other end of each hooking plate is fixedly provided on the building, so that the material of the external wall is tightly attached and assembled onto the building to form the external wall of the building. However, the material of the external wall of the prefab external-wall structure shall be milled to form a plurality of engaging grooves in the first place; this not only makes complicated process of fabricating, but also renders the stress of the material of the external wall concentrated during milling the engaging grooves, and cracking and shatter cracking may thereby be induced to largely reduce the strength of the external wall.   • In view of this, manufacturers intend to get rid of the defects resided in the material of the external wall, and an external-wall unit has been developed (referring to FIG. 1). The external-wall unit mainly includes an inner-wall portion A, the outer side wall of the inner-wall portion A is stuck onto an outer decorative wall-[0005] portion 30 with adhesive material 40 such as silicone, so that the peripheries of the inner-wall portion A and the outer decorative wall-portion 30 are separated a distance away to form engaging grooves B which each is provided with a “U” shaped panel C therein, then fixing members are used to fix the external-wall unit onto the wall of the building, for the purposed of buffering an external force.
  • The above mentioned external-wall unit is formed by sticking the inner-wall portion onto the outer decorative wall-[0006] portion 30 with the adhesive material 40, hence when the outer decorative wall-portion 30 is destroyed by an external force to make cracking and damage, the entire external-wall structure shall be dismantled and changed with another integrated external-wall unit; and the material of the inner-wall portion A of the external-wall unit is cement, the adhesion effect of the cement board with the silicone adhesive material 40 is not good, it is often that such an outer decorative wall-portion 30 is stripped off; this may seriously affect the effect of construction of the external-wall unit.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the above stated insufficiency of the structure of the outer decorative wall-portion and the external-wall unit as well as the inferiority of the effect of construction that exist long and are imperatively to be solved, the inventor of the present invention developed at last the prefab external-wall structure of the present invention based on his professional experience of years in studying, designing and manufacturing same kind of products and after hard study, developing, as well as repeated experiments and tests to get rid of the defects resided in the conventional outer decorative wall-portion and the external-wall unit.   • Thereby the prefab external-wall structure of the present invention mainly comprises a main frame, a honeycomb structural board and an outer decorative wall-portion, wherein the main frame has on the two ends thereof a first receiving recess and a second receiving recess for embedding respectively therein the honeycomb structural board and the outer decorative wall-portion, and they are firmly stuck with silicone adhesive material. The main frame between the first and the second receiving recesses is formed therearound cut grooves for the purpose of fixing the external-wall structure of the present invention on the wall of the building using fixing members.   • The primary object of the present invention is to fix the honeycomb structural board and the outer decorative wall-portion on the two ends of the main frame with adhesive material; so that not only the strength of the outer decorative wall-portion can be increased, but also the construction of the members can be convenient, and the outer decorative wall-portion can be dismantled individually when it is destroyed by an external force without the necessity of changing the entire external-wall structure, hence convenience of changing can be obtained.   • The secondary object of the present invention is: the honeycomb structural board is composed of two plates and a honeycomb core plate; the honeycomb core plate can buffer the external undue stress and thereby can increase the resisting strength of the external-wall structure. [0010]
  • Another object of the present invention is: the main frame and the honeycomb structural board are made of aluminum, they are high temperature durable, light by weight, good in heat sinking, and capable of increasing the convenience of working. [0011]
  • The present invention will be apparent in its content and the effect to be attained after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.[0012]

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring firstly to FIGS. 2 and 3, the external-wall structure of the entire prefab external-wall structure of the present invention is comprised of: a [0018] main frame 10, a honeycomb structural board 20 (in the present invention, the main frame and the honeycomb structural board are made of aluminum) and an outer decorative wall-portion 30. Wherein:
  • the [0019] main frame 10 has on the two ends thereof a first receiving recess 11 and a second receiving recess 12; the second receiving recess 12 is formed therein a deeper recess 13 for receiving therein adhesive material 40; while the main frame 10 between the first and the second receiving recesses 11, 12 is formed therearound cut grooves 14;
  • the honeycomb [0020] structural board 20 is composed of two plates 21 and a honeycomb core plate 22 (in the present invention, the honeycomb structural board is clamped between the two plates), the honeycomb structural board 20 is received in the first receiving recess 11, and is stuck firm with the adhesive material 40;
  • the outer decorative wall-portion [0021] 30 (in the present invention, the outer decorative wall-portion is a nontransparent plate) is received in the second receiving recess 12 of the main frame 10, the adhesive material 40 in the recess 13 of the second receiving recess 12 is used to stick the outer decorative wall-portion 30 to the second receiving recess 12;
  • the abovementioned [0022] main frame 10, honeycomb structural board 20 and outer decorative wall-portion 30 together form the external-wall structure.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, the external-wall structure of the present invention has the outer decorative wall-[0023] portion 30 stuck onto the second receiving recess 12 of the main frame 10 with the adhesive material 40. The adhesive material 40 (in the present invention, the adhesive material is silicone) is sufficiently sticky, and is characterized by vibration absorptiveness, elastic buffering and tensile strength etc.; thereby it can effectively absorb vibration and buffer an external force. And the first receiving recess 11 of the main frame 10 is embedded therein with the honeycomb structural board 20 which has a good vibration absorption effect and thereby forms together with the adhesive material 40 a double buffering effect; this can thereby increase the vibration absorption effect of the external-wall structure.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, in operation, the external-wall structure of present invention has a [0024] fixing device 50 fixed on a wall 60 of a building, the fixing device 50 is formed thereon a hook member 51 which cooperates with the cut grooves 14, so that the hook member 51 can be placed into the cut grooves 14 to fix the external-wall structure on the wall 60 of the building.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, [0025] 4 and 5, by virtue that when in fabrication of the present invention, the honeycomb structural board 20 and the outer decorative wall-portion 30 are directly fixed on the main frame 10 with the adhesive material 40; this not only renders the construction of the present invention convenient, but also the resisting strength of the external-wall structure can be largely increased by that the adhesive material 40 is sufficiently sticky, and is characterized by vibration absorptiveness and elastic buffering etc., plus the good vibration absorption effect of the honeycomb structural board 20 rendering the entire external-wall structure to get a double vibration absorption effect. The main frame 10 and the honeycomb structural board 20 are made of aluminum; they are light and high temperature durable, good in heat sinking, and capable of increasing the convenience of working. One thing worth mentioning, the outer decorative wall-portion 30 of the present invention is directly stuck to the main frame 10 with the adhesive material 40; thereby if the outer decorative wall-portion 30 is destroyed by an undue external force, it can be directly dismantled from the main frame 10, and changing of the outer decorative wall-portion 30 can be easily completed, there is no need to dismantle the entire external-wall structure. Thereby, convenience of changing can be increased.
  • The names of the members composing the present invention are only for illustrating a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not for giving any limitation to the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in this art that various modifications or changes can be made to the elements of the present invention without departing from the spirit of this invention, and all such modifications and changes shall fall within the scope of the appended claims. Claims (4)

1. A prefab external-wall structure comprising at least a main frame, a honeycomb structural board and an outer decorative wall-portion, wherein
said main frame has on the two ends thereof a first receiving recess and a second receiving recess which is formed therein a deeper recess, said main frame is formed therearound cut grooves between said first and said second receiving recesses;
said honeycomb structural board is received in said first receiving recess;
said outer decorative wall-portion is received in said second receiving recess;
said honeycomb structural board and said outer decorative wall-portion are firmly stuck to said main frame with adhesive material to form said external-wall structure.
2. The prefab external-wall structure as in claim 1, wherein, said honeycomb structural board is composed of two plates and a honeycomb core plate.
3. The prefab external-wall structure as in claim 1, wherein, said main frame and said honeycomb structural board are made of aluminum.
4. The prefab external-wall structure as in claim 1, wherein, said outer decorative wall-portion is made from a nontransparent plate.
