Description
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket was invented because of a need for a product that would ensure privacy and a fashionable alternative for a nursing mother during a feeding with her new baby.
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is a piece of nursing clothing that is placed over one shoulder and draped across the chest of a nursing mother and breastfeeding baby. The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket has a tank top like sleeve that is able to be worn reversed to ensure coverage and privacy on both sides of the mother's chest during lactation. The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket covers both the front of a nursing mother's chest, baby and along the mother's side, immediately under her armpit and continuing to her waist.
- The product is made from two triangle like pieces of cloth and sewn together in such a way to produce a sleeve. This sleeve is the security so the Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket does not shift during a feeding or falloff.
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is a fashionable alternative for nursing mothers who need to nurse their baby in privacy. The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is put onto the shoulder of the side which the mother is feeding from and draped across herself and the baby. When the mother needs to switch her feeding side, she simply reverses the way she is wearing the garment. The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket provides front and side coverage for complete privacy.
- Please see FIG. 1A.
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is uniquely designed for women who prefer to breastfeed in public in a discreet manner. Our blanket will allow women to easily hold and have an ample view of their baby without the fear of being exposed. The reversible armhole is specially designed to eliminate the blanket from shifting or falling during a feeding. Fabric choices are carefully chosen to give women the feeling of wearing a fashionable and sophisticated piece of clothing instead of a childish receiving blanket over their shoulder. We strongly believe our product will not only boost the moral of women breastfeeding.
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is made from cotton fabric. The fabric is then stamped out in the pattern that makes the garment which is called cutting. The cuts are then given to a sewing contractor to sew the fabric together. The garment is then placed in plastic packaging with the proper label and shipped to the inventors.
- The Undercover Breastfeeding Blanket is worn when nursing a new baby. This product is distinguished between similar products because it is the only blanket that is reversible and has a sleeve to ensure that the blanket will not shift or falloff during a feeding. The Undercover is also distinguished because it is the only nursing garment that is made to coordinate and match the mother's wardrobe and is not worn over the mother's head.
