This invention relates to devices for holding and protecting liquid containers, more particularly nursing bottles, and has for one of its objects to simplify and improve the construction and increase the efiiciency and utility of devices of this character.

The improved device may be adapted without material structural change to containers of various forms, for instance to a bottle having a reduced neck, as shown in Fig. 4, and constructed without the depending flange 13, as. shown in the same figure.

The preferred embodiment of the invention is disclosed in the drawings and set forth in the specification, but it will be understood that any modifications within the scope of the claims may be made in the construction without departing from the principle of the invention or sacrificing any of its advantages.
