Abstract

A candle holder for preventing a candle from tipping over comprises a three-dimensional main body, the main body comprising at least a bottom plate and a top plate opposite to each other, the bottom plate and the top plate being spaced apart by a distance and a holding hole being formed in the top plate, the hole diameter of the holding hole being matched with the outer diameter of a candle, so that the bottom section of the candle can be inserted into the holding hole and pressed against the bottom plate, so that the candle can be stably held by the holder to prevent the candle from tipping over.

Candle holder to prevent tipping over

This new model relates to a retainer for preventing candles from tipping over.

At present, the candles commonly used in religions are placed on the table. In order to increase the lighting time, most of them are of equal diameter, thin and long shape, and are wrapped in a container. When the candle is placed on the table, only the bottom of the candle with a small diameter is placed on the table. Because of this type of candle, the higher the height, the farther the center of gravity is from the table. The higher the surface, the lower the candle is. Therefore, when an external force pushes the outer edge of the candle, the candle will use its bottom edge as a fulcrum, which can easily cause the burning candle to fall over. In addition to easily igniting the combustibles on the altar, some types of candles mainly burn candle oil. When the candle falls over, it is easy to cause the high-temperature candle oil to splash everywhere, causing burn accidents.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention disclosed an anti-tipping candle set, as shown in the patent No. M630282. The "anti-tipping candle set" disclosed in the patent includes: a candle body, which is in a longitudinal shape and can stand upright on a table, and a candle wick is provided in the center of the candle body, and the candle wick is arranged from a candle or candle oil leaks upward; and a plate whose outer diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the candle body and is provided with a set of holes to be placed on the outer edge of the bottom of the candle body. When the candle body is pushed by external force, the plate can be used to lean against the tabletop, effectively preventing the candle body from tipping over and avoiding accidents such as fire caused by the candle tipping over.

However, the above-mentioned No. M630282 is supported on the table by a thin plate and connected with the wax cone. Because the plate is extremely thin, it can only be placed on a candle container with a cone at the bottom. The cone at the bottom of the container fixes the extremely thin plate so that the plate will not fall off the candle container, and the plate can prevent the candle from tipping over. However, when the plate disclosed in the above-mentioned new No. M630282 is placed on the bottom of a candle container of equal diameter, the hole of the plate cannot tightly fit the container, so the candle container can easily fall off the plate and tip over, which obviously needs to be improved.

In view of this, the creator of this new product conducted research and innovation, and finally revealed a retainer that prevents candles from tipping over.

The purpose of this new model is to provide a candle holder that prevents candles from tipping over, which contains a main body that can be in a three-dimensional shape. The main body contains at least a bottom plate and a top plate that are opposite to each other, so that the bottom plate and the top plate are separated by a distance and a holding hole is drilled on the top plate, so that the hole diameter of the holding hole is consistent with the outer diameter of a candle, so that the bottom section of the candle can be inserted from the holding hole and pressed on the bottom plate, so that the new model can stably hold the candle to prevent the candle from tipping over.

The present invention discloses a candle-preventing retainer, wherein the main body after unfolding comprises: a bottom plate, a first buckle piece is connected to the first side of the bottom plate in a three-dimensional shape; a top plate, a first side of the top plate is connected to the second end of the bottom plate, and a second buckle piece is connected to the second side of the top plate, so that the first and second buckle pieces can be buckled with each other.

The new invention discloses a candle-preventing retainer, wherein a side plate is further connected between the bottom plate and the top plate.

The holder for preventing candles from tipping over disclosed in the present invention has a side plate whose height is less than the height of the first and second buckle plates after being buckled together.

The new candle-tip-preventing retainer disclosed in the present invention has at least one insertion hole on the first buckle plate, and at least one insert plate on the second buckle plate, so that each insert plate is inserted into the insertion hole correspondingly.

The new candle holder disclosed in the present invention has at least one insertion hole on the first buckle plate, and the second buckle plate has at least two slits cut from the outer edge, and an insertion piece is defined between the two slits to be inserted into the insertion hole accordingly, and the slit and the outer edge of the second buckle plate define a fixed tongue piece to be clamped on both sides of the first buckle plate together with the insertion piece.

The new candle holder disclosed in the present invention has a top plate periphery with side walls protruding downward, and a bottom plate periphery with side walls protruding upward, so that the side walls at the top plate periphery can be sheathed inside the side walls at the bottom plate periphery.

As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the present invention is a candle-preventing retainer, which comprises a three-dimensional main body (10), wherein the main body (10) comprises at least a bottom plate (11) and a top plate (12) opposite to each other, wherein the bottom plate (11) and the top plate (12) are separated by a distance (D), and a retaining hole is formed on the top plate (12). As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the candle-tip-preventing retainer disclosed in the present invention has a side plate (13) whose height is less than the height of the first and second buckle plates (111, 122) after being buckled together, so that after the main body (10) is folded into a three-dimensional shape along the first to fourth fold lines (L1-L4), the top plate (12) can be tilted.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the candle-tip-preventing retainer disclosed in the present invention has at least one insertion hole (111a) on the first buckle plate (111), and at least one inserting piece (122a) on the second buckle plate (122), so that each inserting piece (122a) is correspondingly inserted into the insertion hole (111a).

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the candle-tip-preventing retainer disclosed in the present invention has at least one insertion hole (111a) on the first buckle (111), and the second buckle (122) has at least two slits (S1, S2) cut from the outer edge, and an insertion piece (122a) is defined between the two slits (S1, S2) to be inserted into the insertion hole (111a) accordingly, and the slits (S1, S2) and the outer edges of the two ends of the second buckle (122) respectively define a fixed tongue piece (122b) to be clamped on both sides of the first buckle (111) together with the insertion piece (122a).

The candle-tip-preventing retainer disclosed in the present invention is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , wherein the top plate (12) of the main body (10) is provided with a side wall (123) protruding downwardly, and the bottom plate (11) is provided with a side wall portion (112) protruding upwardly, so that the side wall (123) of the top plate (12) can be sleeved inside the side wall portion (112) of the bottom plate (11) to form a three-dimensional retainer.

The candle-tip-proof retainer disclosed in the present invention has a bottom plate (11) and a top plate (12) separated by a distance, so that the candle (W) can be stably placed in the retaining hole (121) and will not be tipped over by wind or vibration. The body (10) of the present invention can be made of paper or other materials, and the present invention is not limited to this. The present invention can be packaged or transported in an unfolded state at ordinary times, and can be folded into a three-dimensional state when the user wants to use it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use, and can also improve the safety of candle use, thereby demonstrating the novelty and advancement of the present invention.

The structure and shape disclosed in this new model can be modified and applied without violating the spirit and scope of this new model. This new model is not limited to the above-mentioned implementation method.

Claims (7)

A candle holder for preventing a candle from tipping over comprises a three-dimensional main body, the main body comprising at least a bottom plate and a top plate opposite to each other, the bottom plate and the top plate being spaced apart by a distance, and a retaining hole being formed in the top plate, the hole diameter of the retaining hole being consistent with the outer diameter of a candle to be installed, so that the bottom section of the candle can be inserted through the retaining hole and pressed onto the bottom plate. A candle-preventing retainer as described in claim 1, wherein the main body, when unfolded, comprises: a bottom plate, a first side of which is connected to a first buckle plate to form a first fold line; and a top plate, a first side of which is connected to the second end of the bottom plate, a second buckle plate is connected to the second side of the top plate to form a second fold line, so that the first and second buckle plates can be buckled together. A candle-preventing retainer as described in claim 2, wherein a side plate is further connected between the bottom plate and the top plate to form a third fold line and a fourth fold line. The candle-preventing retainer as described in claim 3, wherein the height of the side panel is less than the height of the first and second buckle plates after being buckled together. The candle-preventing retainer as described in claim 2, wherein the first buckle plate is provided with at least one insertion hole, and the second buckle plate is provided with at least one insertion piece, so that each insertion piece is inserted into the insertion hole correspondingly. A candle-preventing retainer as described in claim 2, wherein the first buckle plate is provided with at least one insertion hole, and the second buckle plate is provided with at least two slits from the outer end edge, defining an insertion piece between the two slits to be inserted into the insertion hole accordingly, and the slit and the outer edge of the second buckle plate define a fixing tongue piece to be clamped together with the insertion piece on both sides of the first buckle plate. As described in claim 1, the retainer for preventing candles from tipping over has side walls protruding downwards around the top plate of the main body, and side walls protruding upwards around the bottom plate, so that the side walls around the top plate can be internally mounted on the side walls around the bottom plate.
