1360511 六、發明說明: Λ . 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,是關於防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成接著 劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面的方 法。 【先前技術】 φ 近年來,使形成在基材上的接著劑層含有導電性微粒 子所成的異方性導電性薄膜,正被大量地使用在液晶顯示 器等之電路連接上,此種異方性導電性薄膜,是如專利文 獻1等所記載,通常,將接著劑層塗佈形成在寬度寬廣的 薄膜材等之後,再一邊將其切斷成細窄寬度之帶狀,一邊 捲取於捲盤而成爲捲繞體來製造、供給。 專利文獻1:日本特開2003-34468號公報 φ 【發明內容】 〔發明所要解決之問題〕 然而’本發明者們在累積多次精心深入硏究檢討後, 得知在製造異方性導電性薄膜時,對於一邊將塗佈形成有 接著劑層之薄膜材切斷成細窄寬度,一邊將之捲取至捲盤 之製造形態’尙殘留許多還應該要改善的問題。亦即,發 現到在捲取至捲盤時、或是在捲取好之保管時,形成接著 劑層的接著劑一旦附著到捲盤的內側面時,就會造成產品 不良之一原因。 -5- 1360511 本發明,是依據如上述之本發明者們的檢討而硏創者 ,其目的是在提供一種防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成接 著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面的 方法,其在一邊將塗佈形成有接著劑層之薄膜材切斷成細 窄寬度,一邊將之捲取至捲盤而成爲捲繞體,來製造、供 給例如異方性導電性薄膜之接著薄膜(帶)之時,可以防 止形成接著劑層之接著劑附著於捲盤的內側面,以謀求成 品率的提升,以及確保在捲出該接著帶來使用時之作業的 安定性。 〔發明解決問題之技術手段〕 解決上述問題之本發明的防止被捲取物所具有之用以 形成接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內 側面的方法,是將作爲被捲取物之具有接著劑層的接著帶 或是具有黏著劑層的黏著帶捲取於捲盤而成,其中該捲盤 ,是具備:圓柱狀的捲取部;以及以夾隔著上述捲取部並 相向之方式所安裝的一對側板部,且在其中一方、或是兩 方之上述側板部的內側面,設有沿著徑向連續地或是斷續 地延伸之凸部,來作爲其構成。 以如此構成之本發明所揭示的防止被捲取物所具有之 用以形成接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲 盤內側面的方法,例如是將塗佈形成有接著劑層或黏著劑 層之薄膜材一邊切斷成細窄寬度之帶狀並一邊捲取至具備 有預定形狀的捲盤,以如此方式來製造、供給接著帶或黏 -6- 1360511 .著帶時,在該製造時或是捲取好之保管時,可以防止形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層之接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 之情事。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,其被捲取物可以是具有接著劑層的接著帶,再者 ,上述接著帶,可以是將:使形成在基材上之接著劑層含 Φ 有導電性微粒子所成的異方性導電性薄模,切斷成細窄寬 度之帶狀而成。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,其上述凸部,雖是能以朝徑向延伸之方式設置來 作爲其構成。不過於此情形時,上述凸部,則是以設置爲 輻射狀來作爲其構成爲理想》 如此之構成下,可以更確實地防止形成接著劑層或黏 φ 著層之接著劑或黏著劑對捲盤內側面之附著。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,在不會伴隨有不良狀況,而能夠更確實地防止接 著劑或黏著劑對捲盤內側面之附著的考量上,上述凸部的 高度在0.05〜1.00mm,寬度在0.5〜20.0mm爲理想。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,能夠在沿著其中一方、或是兩方之上述側板部之 1360511 周緣部的內側面,設有朝向周圍方向延伸的周緣凸部,來 作爲其構成》 若是如此構成的話,可以在藉由側板部之周緣部來導 引作爲被捲取物之接著帶或黏著帶的側面,不會產生捲繞 不均地將接著帶或黏著帶連續捲取時,縮小與接著帶或黏 著帶的接觸面積,故可以防止接著劑對側板部之周緣部的 附著。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,在考量縮小與作爲被捲取物之接著帶或黏著帶的 接觸面積,以上述側板部之周緣部來導引被捲取物的側面 進行捲取時,至少將上述周緣凸部之與上述被捲取物接觸 的部位作成圓弧狀爲理想。 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,在不會伴隨有不良狀況,而能夠更確實地防止接 著劑或黏著劑對側板部周緣部之附著的考量上,上述周緣 凸部的高度在0.05〜1.00mm,寬度在0.5〜20.0mm爲理想 〇 又,本發明所揭示之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成 接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面 的方法,其被捲取物可以是具備有接著劑層或是黏著劑層 者,亦可以適切地被應用在具備有使用諸如一般被稱爲黏 著劑之材料所塗佈形成的黏著劑層之被捲取物,以防止黏 -8 - 1360511 著劑的附著。 〔發明效果〕 根據如此之本發明,在將塗佈形成有接著劑層或是黏 著劑層之薄膜材一邊切斷成細窄寬度之帶狀並一邊捲取至 捲盤,或是在捲取好之保管時,可以防止形成接著劑層或 是黏著劑層之接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面之情事, 藉此可以抑制產品不良的產生並提升成品率。 【實施方式】 〔用以實施本發明之較佳形態〕 以下,關於本發明之理想實施形態,一邊參照圖面一 邊說明之。 又,第1圖,爲槪略性地顯示本實施形態之防止被捲 取物所具有之用以形成接著劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏 φ 著劑附著於捲盤內側面的方法所適用之捲繞體之槪略的說 明圖,其中第1圖(a)爲正面圖,第1圖(b)爲第1圖(a )之A-A斷面圖。 本實施形態中之防止被捲取物所具有之用以形成接著 劑層或黏著劑層的接著劑或黏著劑附著於捲盤內側面的方 法所適用的捲繞體,如第1圖所示,是將作爲被捲取物的 接著帶5捲取於捲盤1所成者。於第1圖所示之捲盤1,是由 具備有圓柱狀的捲取部3;及以夾隔著該捲取部3並平行或 是大致平行地相向之方式所設置的一對側板部2、2所構成 1360511 。又,在捲盤1之大致中央,貫通設置有呈D孔穴形狀的軸 孔4,於該軸孔4,藉由插通過沒有圖示出之捲取裝置的捲 取軸,將捲盤1裝設在該捲取裝置,並隨著捲取軸的驅動 而能夠回轉。 如此構成之捲盤1,是被使用在一邊將塗佈形成有接 著劑層之薄膜材切斷成細窄寬度的帶狀,並一邊捲取,來 製造、供給各種接著帶5時所採用者,捲取部3的寬度,亦 即,介隔有捲取部3所相隔之側板部2、2之間的距離,是 可以因應作爲被捲取物之接著帶5的切斷寬度做適當設定 。又,側板部2,一般而言,是形成爲圓板狀形,其外徑 可以因應接著帶5的捲取長度做適當設定。 於本實施形態中,捲盤1,爲可以利用射出成型等一 體成形者,或是將一對的側板部2、2以及捲取部3分別個 別形成後,再藉由將此等嵌合、或接著等之適當手段接合 成爲一體化之方式亦可。當側板部2、2與捲取部3爲個別 體時,例如,以捲取部3爲通用,於其上再藉由組合不同 外徑的側板部2,就可以對應各種的捲取長度;或是藉由 在通用的側板部2組合上寬度不同的捲取部3,就可以對應 各種的切斷寬度。 又,在本實施形態中,於側板部2、2的內側面,設有 延伸於如第1圖(b),及第2圖所示之徑向的凸部21。 又,第2圖,是顯示第1圖(b)之B-B斷面的斷面圖。 設於側板部2之內側面的凸部21 ’是在將接著帶5捲取 到捲盤1時,或是進行接著帶5的捲取好之保管時,用以抑 1360511 制露出於接著帶4側面的接著劑層,去接觸到捲盤1的內側 面(側板部2的內側面),藉此,可以防止形成接著劑層 的接著劑,附著於捲盤1之內側面如此之情事。 亦即,由捲取部3所相隔之側板部2、2之間的距離, 雖然是使被捲取於捲取部3的接著帶5,以不會造成接觸到 側板部2之內側面的方式,設定成因應接著帶5的切斷寬度 並具有某種程度的餘裕,不過在捲取接著帶5時,由於捲 盤1旋轉時會產生晃動等,會造成接著帶5的捲取位置偏移 ,或是在捲取好之保管時受到衝擊或是振動等,使得所捲 取的接著帶5產生位置偏移時,就會造成接著帶5接觸到側 板部2的內側面之情形。 在本實施形態中,即使是處於如上述之情形時,藉由 在側板部2之內側面設置凸部21,來縮小露出於接著帶5側 面之接著劑層與側板部2內側面的接觸面積,以防止形成 接著劑層的接著劑去附著於捲盤1的內側面。 於本實施形態中,對於設置如此之凸部21,凸部21的 高度hi,以0.05〜1.00 mm爲佳,較佳爲0.05〜0.30mm,特 別佳是〇.〇5〜0.20mm。 凸部21之高度hi若是未滿0.05mm時,則難以得到接著 帶5對側板部2內側面之接觸的抑制效果。並且,對於射出 成型出捲盤1時更必須注意條件管理上之精度該點而言也 並不理想。相反地,若是凸部21的高度hi超過1.00mm時, 會造成凸部21高過所需以上的高度,而影響到捲盤1的寬 度尺寸。並且,具有由於造成朝向接著帶5側面的壓迫力 -11 -
