Abstract
This invention relates to an energy-saving, automatic machine shut-off method for a cloth dryer or an electric dryer, including: a CPU of the cloth dryer (or electric dyer) put in connection with a temperature sensor (or relative humidity sensor) provided at a location in front of a venting hole of the cloth dryer (or electric dyer); a temperature control unit (or relative humidity control unit) starting to operate when the sensor detects a temperature configured to start the operation (or a relative humidity configured to start the operation), and repeatedly detecting the temperature (or relative humidity) once for a fixed time frame until two temperature differences derived from at least three consecutive temperature points are lowered than a predetermined value (or until two relative humidity differences derived from at least three consecutive relative humidity points are lowered than a predetermined value), which indicates that the clothes (or articles to be dried) have reached a sufficient degree of dryness such that the CPU automatically shuts off the machines in order to conserve energy consumption and eliminate time for unnecessary drying, and to prevent from over-drying the cloths, and to achieve the objects of protecting the articles to be dried, conserving energy consumption and reducing time.
