Abstract
本發明之目的係提供顯現良好觸感性的片材及其成形品。藉由製成具有基底層及在該基底層之至少一面規則排列的毛狀體,且該基底層與該毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相的熱塑性樹脂片,可獲得顯現良好觸感性的片材及其成形品。
Description
本發明關於具有毛狀體之熱塑性樹脂片及其成形品。
自以往,紙材、高分子材料之片材已使用作為汽車之內裝材或附屬零件之框體、電子設備或家電之框體、壁紙等之建材用、玩具或遊戲機之框體、生活用品之構件用。又,作為在片材表面賦予良好的觸感性之方法,例如專利文獻1提出將熱塑性聚酯系樹脂擠製層合於化妝紙而得之裝飾片材。
專利文獻2提出含有樹脂珠粒之裝飾片材。專利文獻3提出對於聚乳酸樹脂進行胺甲酸酯系樹脂塗佈並對其表面進行熱壓花加工而得之裝飾樹脂片。
再者,專利文獻4中,為了不損傷片材表面之凹凸形狀,提出在經壓花加工之ABS樹脂片之表面形成由耐磨粒子與胺甲酸酯系樹脂構成之保護層而得之裝飾片材。專利文獻5提出具備沿一定方向具有多條條紋並從該多條條紋起毛而形成的起毛裝飾面之容器。 但,仍期望提供展現更良好的觸感的樹脂片。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題] 本發明之目的係提供顯現良好觸感性的片材及其成形品。 [解決課題之手段]
亦即,本案發明人探討了各種的觸感性展現方法,認為為了展現良好觸感性在片材表面賦予毛狀體之形狀即可,並發現藉由在表面形成規則排列的毛狀體,會展現良好觸感性,乃完成本發明。
解決上述課題的本發明係由下列所構成。 (1)一種熱塑性樹脂片,在基底層之至少一面具有規則排列的毛狀體,該基底層與該毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相。 (2)如(1)之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該熱塑性樹脂係從苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂、熱塑性彈性體、氟系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂中使用至少1種以上之熱塑性樹脂。 (3)如(1)或(2)之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該毛狀體之平均高度為100μm以上1200μm以下,該毛狀體之平均直徑為1μm以上50μm以下,該毛狀體之平均間隔為20μm以上200μm以下。 (4)如(1)至(3)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該具有毛狀體的面之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比為1.0~10.0。 (5)如(1)至(4)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,在接觸該具有毛狀體的面時之熱移動速度為0.005~0.500。 (6)如(1)至(5)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該基底層之平均厚度為50μm以上。 (7)如(1)至(6)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該毛狀體為朝離開該基底層之方向延伸成毛狀並於其前端形成有膨起之構成。 (8)如(1)至(7)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該基底層及該毛狀體係由單一片材形成。 (9)如(1)至(8)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,係為多層樹脂片。 (10)如(1)至(9)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,於該基底層之另一面疊層有選自於苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、熱塑性彈性體中之至少1層以上之基材層。 (11)如(1)至(10)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,包含選自撥水撥油劑、抗靜電劑及抗菌劑中之1種或2種以上之添加劑。 (12)一種熱塑性樹脂片之製造方法,係製造如(1)至(11)項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片之方法,其特徵為:將利用擠製成形法從模具熔融擠製而得之片材,利用實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥與接觸輥進行鑄塑(casting)而形成毛狀體。 (13)一種成形品,係如(1)至(11)項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片的成形品。 (14)如(13)之成形品,係文具構件。 (15)如(13)之成形品,係對於已製得之成形品表面進行真空壓空成形而得之汽車內裝構件、電子設備、電子設備外裝材、化妝品容器或容器構件。 [發明之效果]
依本發明,可提供顯現良好觸感性之片材。
以下,說明樹脂片之各種實施形態,然後說明樹脂片之製造方法;針對一實施形態記載的特定說明也適用於其他實施形態時,則在其他實施形態省略其說明。
[第一實施形態] 本發明之第一實施形態之樹脂片係:一種熱塑性樹脂片,在基底層之至少一面具有規則排列的毛狀體,基底層與毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相。
<基底層> 基底層(1a),如圖1所示,係指表面之毛狀體以外之部分。基底層之厚度係指從毛狀體之基部到基底層之相反側之表面為止的厚度。基底層之平均厚度為50μm~1000μm較佳,更佳為150μm~800μm。藉由為50μm以上,能充分顯現毛狀體之高度。又,藉由為1000μm以下,能夠有效率地形成毛狀體。基底層與毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相。無結構上的交界,意指基底層與毛狀體係一體成形,該等之間無結構上明確的交界部。又,形成連續相,係指基底層與毛狀體之間無接縫,為非不連續(呈連續相)的狀態。就此點,與將毛狀體植設於基底層而成之結構不同。基底層及毛狀體係同組成,基底層與毛狀體之結合也可包含共價鍵。共價鍵係指藉由2個原子共有電子對而形成之化學鍵,在係為單體連接而成之鏈狀分子的熱塑性樹脂中,各個聚合物係利用共價鍵鍵結,係比起在聚合物分子間作用的凡得瓦力、氫鍵更強固地鍵結。 又,基底層及毛狀體也可來自於非分別開而係同一固體的熱塑性樹脂片。來自於同一固體的熱塑性樹脂片,意指例如基於同一樹脂片而直接或間接地得到毛狀體及基底層。 又,基底層及毛狀體也可從同一固體的熱塑性樹脂片形成。從同一固體的熱塑性樹脂片形成,意指藉由加工一樹脂片而直接地形成毛狀體及基底層。 藉由基底層與毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相,會抑制毛狀體因外在刺激而從基底層分離,會成為觸感性良好的片材。又,相較於植設毛狀體之情況,能以較少的步驟製造。
基底層由熱塑性樹脂構成,可使用包含苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂、熱塑性彈性體、氟系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂中之至少1種以上之樹脂作為熱塑性樹脂。
苯乙烯系樹脂可使用:苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、對甲基苯乙烯、二甲基苯乙烯、對第三丁基苯乙烯、氯苯乙烯等苯乙烯系單體之均聚物或共聚物;該等苯乙烯系單體與其他單體之共聚物,例如苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(AS樹脂);或在前述苯乙烯系單體與另外其他的聚合物例如聚丁二烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、聚異戊二烯、聚氯丁二烯等二烯系橡膠質聚合物之存在下進行接枝聚合而得之接枝聚合物,例如耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯(HIPS樹脂)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈接枝聚合物(ABS樹脂)等聚苯乙烯。又,也可使用苯乙烯系之熱塑性彈性體。
聚烯烴系樹脂意指由含有α-烯烴作為單體的聚合物構成的樹脂,包含聚乙烯系樹脂及聚丙烯系樹脂。聚乙烯樹脂可使用高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯、直鏈狀中密度聚乙烯等,而且不只可使用均聚物,也可使用具該等之結構之共聚物、接枝物、混摻物。後者之樹脂,例如可列舉乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-氯乙烯共聚物,再者可列舉將於聚乙烯鏈具極性基的樹脂進行共聚合及混摻而得者,如和與酸酐之三元共聚物等混摻而得者。
又,聚丙烯樹脂可使用均聚聚丙烯、無規聚丙烯、嵌段聚丙烯等。使用均聚聚丙烯時,該均聚聚丙烯之結構可為同排、雜排、對排中之任一者。使用無規聚丙烯時,就與丙烯共聚合之α-烯烴而言,可使用較佳為碳數2~20,更佳為碳數4~12者,例如乙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯、1-壬烯、1-癸烯。使用嵌段聚丙烯時,可使用嵌段共聚物(嵌段聚丙烯)、含橡膠成分的嵌段共聚物或接枝共聚物等。除單獨使用該等烯烴樹脂以外,也可併用其他烯烴系樹脂。
聚氯乙烯樹脂可使用氯乙烯均聚物或氯乙烯與其他共聚合單體之共聚物。聚氯乙烯為共聚物時,可為無規共聚物也可為接枝共聚物。接枝共聚物之一例,例如可列舉以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、熱塑性胺甲酸酯聚合物作為主幹聚合物並對其接枝聚合氯乙烯而得者。本實施形態之聚氯乙烯,表示能擠製成形的軟質聚氯乙烯,為含有高分子塑化劑等添加物的組成物。高分子塑化劑可使用公知的高分子塑化劑,例如可列舉乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-一氧化碳共聚物、乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯-一氧化碳共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯含量多的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等乙烯共聚物高分子塑化劑作為較佳例。
熱塑性彈性體,包括具有將軟質高分子物質與硬質高分子物質組合而得之結構者。具體而言,可列舉苯乙烯系彈性體、烯烴系彈性體、氯乙烯系彈性體、聚酯系彈性體、聚醯胺系彈性體、聚胺甲酸酯系彈性體等。就聚胺甲酸酯系彈性體而言,可選擇聚醚系、聚酯系之其中一者。該等彈性體可從一般的市售品之中選擇使用。
氟系樹脂,可使用偏二氟乙烯之均聚物、及以偏二氟乙烯作為主成分的偏二氟乙烯共聚物。聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)樹脂係展現α型、β型、γ型、αp型等各種結晶結構的結晶性樹脂,偏二氟乙烯共聚物例如可列舉偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、偏二氟乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、偏二氟乙烯-氯三氟乙烯共聚物、偏二氟乙烯-三氟乙烯共聚物、偏二氟乙烯-四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯三元共聚物、偏二氟乙烯-氯三氟乙烯-六氟丙烯三元共聚物、及它們中的2種以上之混合物。
聚酯系樹脂可使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸亞甲酯、及將作為共聚合成分之例如二乙二醇、新戊二醇、聚伸烷二醇等二醇成分、己二酸、癸二酸、鄰苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸等二羧酸成分等進行共聚合而得之聚酯樹脂等。
尼龍系樹脂可使用:己內醯胺、月桂內醯胺等之內醯胺聚合物;6-胺基己酸、11-胺基十一烷酸、12-胺基十二烷酸等胺基羧酸之聚合物;己二胺、十亞甲基二胺、十二亞甲基二胺、2,2,4-或2,4,4-三甲基己二胺等脂肪族二胺、1,3-或1,4-雙(胺基甲基)環己烷、雙(對胺基環己基甲烷)等脂環族二胺、間或對亞二甲苯二胺等芳香族二胺等二胺單元與己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸等脂肪族二羧酸、環己烷二羧酸等脂環族二羧酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸等芳香族二羧酸等二羧酸單元之縮聚物;及它們的共聚物等。例如有尼龍6、尼龍9、尼龍11、尼龍12、尼龍66、尼龍610、尼龍611、尼龍612、尼龍6T、尼龍6I、尼龍MXD6、尼龍6/66、尼龍6/610、尼龍6/6T、尼龍6I/6T等,其中尼龍6、尼龍MXD6較佳。
熱塑性樹脂在190℃至300℃的熔體質量流動速率為4g/10分鐘以上較佳。藉由為4g/10分鐘以上,可增進毛狀體之形狀之轉印性。另外,熔體質量流動速率係依據JIS K 7210,在試驗溫度190℃至300℃之溫度範圍,在荷重(2.16Kg至10.0Kg)之條件下測得之値。
熱塑性樹脂,在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍內,也可與上述各熱塑性樹脂以任意比例合金化(alloy)。再者,也可含有其他的添加物。就其他的添加物而言,在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍內,可添加如撥水・撥油劑、顏料、染料等著色劑、矽油、烷基酯系等脫模劑、玻璃纖維等纖維狀強化劑、滑石、黏土、二氧化矽等粒狀潤滑劑、磺酸與鹼金屬等的鹽化合物、抗靜電劑、紫外線吸收劑、阻燃劑、抗菌劑之添加劑。又,也可混用樹脂片製造步驟中產生的廢料樹脂。
撥水・撥油劑可列舉聚矽氧系撥水劑、棕櫚蠟(carnauba wax)、氟系撥水撥油劑。聚矽氧可列舉有機聚矽氧烷、二甲基聚矽氧烷、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷、甲基氫聚矽氧烷等,其中,宜使用二甲基聚矽氧烷。市售品例如可列舉將聚矽氧合金化於樹脂而得之「Clinbell CB50-PP」、「Clinbell CB-30PE」、「Clinbell CB-1」、「Clinbell CB-50AB」(富士藥品公司製)等。棕櫚蠟可列舉作為市售品之「Carnauba 1號」(Nikko Rica公司製)等,氟系撥水撥油劑可列舉具全氟烷基的界面活性劑,可列舉作為市售品之「surflon KT-PA」(AGC seimichemical公司製)。撥水・撥油劑之添加量宜為1質量%至25質量%。
抗靜電劑可列舉聚醚酯醯胺系高分子型抗靜電劑、離子聚合物系高分子型抗靜電劑等。聚醚酯醯胺系高分子型抗靜電劑,可列舉作為市售品之「PELESTAT230」、「PELESTAT6500」、「PELECTRON AS」、「PELECTRON HS」(三洋化成公司製)等。離子聚合物系高分子型抗靜電劑可列舉作為市售品之「ENTIRA SD100」、「ENTIRA MK400」(Mitsui Du Pont Polychemical公司製)等。抗靜電劑之添加量宜為5質量%至30質量%。
就抗菌劑而言,可添加無機系、有機系之其中一者。若考慮分散性,則無機系較佳。具體而言,可列舉金屬離子(Ag、Zn、Cu)之無機系抗菌劑、貝殼煅燒鈣系抗菌劑等。就金屬離子之無機系抗菌劑之市售品而言,可列舉「Bactekiller BM102VT」(富士藥品公司製)、「NOVARON VZF200」、「NOVARON (AG300)」(東亞合成公司製)、「KM-10D-G」、「IM-10D-L」(Sinanen Zeomic公司製)等。貝殼煅燒鈣系抗菌劑可列舉「Scallow」(FID公司製)等。抗菌劑之添加量宜為0.5質量%~5質量%。
<毛狀體> 毛狀體(1b),係指由熱塑性樹脂構成,如圖1所示從基底層(1a)之表面延伸成毛狀之部分。毛狀體在基底層之表面規則地排列。在此所稱規則地排列,意指毛狀體並非無規的排列狀態,亦即在單方向或二方向整齊排列之狀態。以毛狀體之基部之排列狀態判斷毛狀體之排列是否為規則。於一實施形態中,毛狀體以預定之間隔位於基底層上,毛狀體之底面之位置在基底層之長邊方向及短邊方向整齊地排列。又,毛狀體之配置形態不特別限定,可選擇縱橫配置而得之棋盤格配置、交錯配置等。藉由毛狀體在基底層之表面規則地排列,易於展現均勻的良好觸感性。毛狀體,可因例如以手指滑移等施加荷重而引起毛彎折,並形成看得出光澤、色調和周圍之部分不同的指痕。又,藉由毛狀體,可形成如仿麂皮之起毛片材般的觸感。
毛狀體之平均高度(h)為100μm~1200μm較佳,為200μm~900μm更佳。藉由使平均高度為100μm以上,可確保充分的良好觸感性,藉由使平均高度為1200μm以下,可得到濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。 當毛狀體相對於基底層大致直立時,則毛狀體之長度即代表毛狀體之高度。另一方面,如圖2所示,當毛狀體相對於基底層傾斜時,或如圖3所示當毛狀體具捲繞之部分時,以毛狀體最遠離基底層表面之處距基底層表面之距離作為毛狀體之高度。 毛狀體之平均高度,可在樹脂片之任意數處測定毛狀體之高度,並採用其測定値之算術平均値。
毛狀體之平均直徑(d)為1μm~50μm較佳,為5μm~30μm較佳。藉由使毛狀體之平均直徑為1μm以上,可確保良好觸感性;藉由使毛狀體之平均直徑為50μm以下,可得到濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。毛狀體之平均直徑定義為從樹脂片之數處測定毛狀體之中間高度(h/2)之直徑並採用其測定値之算術平均値而得之値。 又,當毛狀體相對於基底層大致直立時,毛狀體之縱橫比可表示為(毛狀體之平均高度/毛狀體之平均直徑)。當毛狀體相對於基底層傾斜時,或毛狀體具有捲繞的部分時,毛狀體之縱橫比可表示為(毛狀體之平均長度/毛狀體之平均直徑)。毛狀體之平均長度,可在樹脂片之數處測定毛狀體之長度,並使用該測定値之算術平均値。無論為上述何種情況,毛狀體之縱橫比宜為2~1200,較佳為10~600,更佳為40~200。藉由使縱橫比為2以上,可確保良好觸感性,藉由使縱橫比為1200以下,可獲得濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。 另一方面,縱橫比也可以毛狀體之平均底面徑作為基準。毛狀體之平均底面徑為10μm~150μm較佳。毛狀體之平均底面徑,定義為在樹脂片之數處測定相鄰的毛狀體之間隔並採用該測定値之算術平均値而得之値。以毛狀體之底面徑為基準時的縱橫比為0.6~120較佳,藉由使縱橫比為0.6以上,可確保良好觸感性,藉由使縱橫比為120以下,可獲得濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。
毛狀體之平均間隔(t)為20μm~200μm較佳,更佳為40μm~150μm。毛狀體之間隔,係指毛狀體之基部之中心與相鄰的毛狀體之基部之中心的距離。藉由使平均間隔為20μm以上,可確保良好觸感性,藉由為200μm以下,可獲得濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。毛狀體之平均間隔定義為在樹脂片之數處測定相鄰的毛狀體之間隔並採用該測定値之算術平均値而得之値。
毛狀體之形狀不特別限定,可成為朝離開基底層之方向延伸成毛狀並隨著接近前端而逐漸變細之形狀、於其前端形成有膨起之構成。亦即,可為隨著離開基底層而剖面積逐漸減小然後一度增大後成為終端之形狀。又,毛狀體之前端部之形狀可為花苞狀或蘑菇形狀。又,毛狀體也可具有:朝離開基底層之方向延伸出的位於基端的部分,及從該位於基端之部分延伸出去並以一定的曲率或逐漸改變曲率之方式彎曲的部分,甚至捲繞成螺旋狀或漩渦狀之部分。此時,也可為毛狀體之前端部朝內側折疊而成之形狀。藉由為如此的形狀可顯現良好的觸感。又,藉由花苞狀或蘑菇形狀之部分為中空,可顯現更良好的觸感。於毛狀前端形成花苞狀、或蘑菇形狀時,花苞狀、或蘑菇形狀之寬幅之平均直徑相對於毛狀體之平均直徑之比為1.1倍以上較佳。花苞狀、或蘑菇形狀之高度為7μm以上較佳。毛狀體之平均直徑、花苞狀、或蘑菇形狀之寬幅之平均直徑、高度定義為從電子掃描型顯微鏡照片進行測定並採用算術平均値而得之値。毛狀體由熱塑性樹脂構成。熱塑性樹脂,可使用與可用於上述基底層之樹脂同樣之樹脂。
<樹脂片> 本實施形態中,樹脂片之厚度係指將毛狀體之平均高度與基底層之平均厚度加總而得之片材厚度。片材厚度較佳為150μm~1500μm,更佳為300~1000μm。藉由使厚度為150μm以上,可確保充分的良好觸感性,藉由使厚度為1500μm以下,可壓低製造成本。
本實施形態中,「觸感性」意指樹脂片之表面之質感、觸感。判斷在觸摸樹脂片表面時是否感覺舒適,有感覺時將濕潤、柔軟、蓬鬆等具體的觸感良好者評為良好觸感。又,良好觸感性,除了觸感等官能試驗以外,還可利用前述的縱橫比、樹脂片之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比、接觸冷溫感之値、樹脂之硬度予以規定。
樹脂片之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比為1.0~10.0較佳,更佳為1.8~5.0。藉由使樹脂片之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比為1.0以上,可確保良好觸感性。又,藉由使樹脂片之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比為10.0以下,可顯現濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等觸感性。 又,靜摩擦係數為0.2~2.0較佳,動摩擦係數為0.2~2.0較佳。
樹脂片之接觸冷溫感,可測定接觸時的熱移動速度q-max(J/cm2
・sec),q-max之値越大表示越冷,越小表示越暖。因此,q-max為0.005~0.500較佳,更佳為0.100~0.350。藉由使接觸樹脂片時的熱移動速度為0.100以上,可確保濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。又,藉由使接觸樹脂片時的熱移動速度為0.350以下,可顯現濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等觸感性。
樹脂之硬度可以硬度計硬度進行測定。一般而言,樹脂硬度區分成:彈性體等軟質樹脂為蕭氏硬度A型,PP等硬質樹脂為蕭氏硬度D型。樹脂硬度(硬度),以蕭氏硬度A計,宜為硬度45~95。藉由使用上述硬度範圍之樹脂,可顯現濕潤感、柔軟感、蓬鬆感等良好觸感性。
[第二實施形態] 本發明之第二實施形態之樹脂片之例,如圖5所示,係於基底層(1)與基材層(3)之間形成密封劑樹脂層(2)而成的樹脂片。亦即,第二實施形態之樹脂片之層構成,由上到下為毛狀體及基底層(1)、密封劑樹脂層(2)、基材層(3)。在此,毛狀體與已在第一實施形態說明者相同,故省略說明。惟,以毛狀體之平均高度及基底層之平均厚度之合計表示的毛狀體及基底層之厚度為150~900μm較佳。藉由為150μm以上,可確保良好觸感性,藉由為900μm以下,可壓低生產成本。
<基材層> 基材層宜為苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、熱塑性彈性體等熱塑性樹脂較佳。又,進行疊層時,有利用共擠製成形所為之疊層、利用使用無延伸膜、雙軸延伸膜的擠製層合成形、乾層合成形所為之疊層。
聚酯系樹脂可使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸亞甲酯、及將作為共聚合成分的例如二乙二醇、新戊二醇、聚伸烷二醇等二醇成分、己二酸、癸二酸、鄰苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸等二羧酸成分等予以共聚合而得之聚酯樹脂等。
尼龍系樹脂可使用:己內醯胺、月桂內醯胺等內醯胺聚合物;6-胺基己酸、11-胺基十一烷酸、12-胺基十二烷酸等胺基羧酸之聚合物;己二胺、十亞甲基二胺、十二亞甲基二胺、2,2,4-或2,4,4-三甲基己二胺等脂肪族二胺、1,3-或1,4-雙(胺基甲基)環己烷、雙(對胺基環己基甲烷)等脂環族二胺、間或對亞二甲苯二胺等芳香族二胺等二胺單元與己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸等脂肪族二羧酸、環己烷二羧酸等脂環族二羧酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸等芳香族二羧酸等二羧酸單元之縮聚物;及它們的共聚物等。例如有尼龍6、尼龍9、尼龍11、尼龍12、尼龍66、尼龍610、尼龍611、尼龍612、尼龍6T、尼龍6I、尼龍MXD6、尼龍6/66、尼龍6/610、尼龍6/6T、尼龍6I/6T等,其中尼龍6、尼龍MXD6較佳。
只要為基於甲基丙烯酸酯單體的乙烯基聚合物,即可作為丙烯酸系樹脂使用,其結構等不特別限定。甲基丙烯酸酯單體,例如可列舉甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸戊酯及甲基丙烯酸己酯等。又,甲基丙烯酸酯單體中的丙基、丁基、戊基及己基等烷基可為直鏈也可為分支。甲基丙烯酸酯樹脂可為甲基丙烯酸酯單體之均聚物、多數種甲基丙烯酸酯單體之共聚物,也可含有源自於甲基丙烯酸酯以外之公知的乙烯基化合物之乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、丙烯腈及丙烯酸等之單體單元。
視需要在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍內,可於基材層中以任意比例和上述各熱塑性樹脂合金化。再者,也可含有其他添加物。就其他添加物而言,在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍內,可添加如撥水・撥油劑、顏料、染料等著色劑、矽油、烷基酯系等脫模劑、玻璃纖維等纖維狀強化劑、滑石、黏土、二氧化矽等粒狀潤滑劑、磺酸與鹼金屬等的鹽化合物、抗靜電劑、紫外線吸收劑、阻燃劑、抗菌劑之添加劑。又,也可混用樹脂片製造步驟中產生的廢料樹脂。
<密封劑樹脂層> 密封劑樹脂層係用以使基底層與基材層之黏著性顯現者,可使用改性烯烴系樹脂、氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體等作為樹脂成分。
改性烯烴系樹脂可使用將乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯等碳數約2~8之烯烴、該等烯烴與乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯等碳數約2~20之其他烯烴之共聚物、或與乙酸乙烯酯、氯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯等乙烯基化合物之共聚物等烯烴系樹脂、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物、乙烯-1-丁烯共聚物、丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物等烯烴系橡膠,以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸、異巴豆酸、馬來酸、富馬酸、衣康酸、檸康酸、四氫鄰苯二甲酸等不飽和羧酸、或其醯鹵化物、醯胺、醯亞胺、酐、酯等衍生物,具體而言,以馬來醯氯、馬來醯亞胺、馬來酸酐、檸康酸酐、馬來酸單甲酯、馬來酸二甲酯、馬來酸環氧丙酯等在接枝反應條件下進行改性而得者。
其中,以不飽和二羧酸或其酐,尤其以馬來酸或其酐進行改性而得之「乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物」或乙烯-丙烯或1-丁烯共聚物橡膠較佳。
氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體可使用苯乙烯系單體與丁二烯、異戊二烯之共聚物之氫化物、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物之氫化物(苯乙烯-乙烯・丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物之氫化物(苯乙烯-乙烯・丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)等,尤其苯乙烯-乙烯・丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物較佳。
密封劑樹脂層之平均厚度較佳為20~90μm,更佳為40~80μm。藉由為20μm以上,可抑制於基底層與基材層間發生層間剝離,藉由為90μm以下,可壓低生產成本。
[第三實施形態] 本發明之第三實施形態之樹脂片,如圖6所示,係不使用第二實施形態所示之密封劑樹脂層(2),而直接將毛狀體及基底層(1)與基材層(3)疊層而得者。亦即,第三實施形態之樹脂片之層構成,由上到下為毛狀體及基底層(1)/基材層(3),具有從第二實施形態之熱塑性樹脂片去除密封劑樹脂層而得之層構成。在此,毛狀體及基底層係與第一實施形態及第二實施形態中的層相同,故省略說明。另一方面,本實施形態中的基材層(3)宜做成具備充分的與基底層的黏著性者。
又,在第三實施形態之樹脂片中,基材層宜使用與基底層之黏著性優異的熱塑性樹脂。例如,基底層為氟系樹脂時,可使用丙烯酸系樹脂,基底層為烯烴系樹脂時,也可使用添加有氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體的苯乙烯系樹脂組成物。併用耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯樹脂與氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體時,相對於耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯樹脂90~95質量份,宜添加5~10質量份之氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體。此時,藉由氫化苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體之添加量為5質量份以上,與基底層之黏著性變得充分,可抑制層間剝離發生,藉由為10質量份以下,可壓低生產成本。
<樹脂片之製造> 本發明之樹脂片之製造方法並不限定,可利用任何方法,典型包含以下步驟:將原料樹脂予以熔融擠製,於得到的擠製樹脂片之至少一面賦予規則排列的毛狀體。
在製作單層片或多層樹脂片時,可使用任意之樹脂片成形方法。例如可列舉單層之情況使用1台單軸擠製機,多層之情況使用多台單軸擠製機,將各原料樹脂予以熔融擠製,並利用T形模獲得樹脂片之方法。多層之情況,可使用進料模組(feed block)、多歧管模具(multi-manifold die)。又,本發明之樹脂片之各實施形態之層構成基本上同前述,此外,只要不會觀察到物性等之劣化,例如也可將本發明之樹脂片之製造步驟中、成形容器之製造步驟中產生的廢料原料添加至基材層,也可做成附加的層而予以疊層。
賦予毛狀體之方法無特別限制,可使用本領域技術人員所知的任意方法。例如利用擠製成形方式進行製造的方法、利用卷對卷(Roll-to-Roll)方式進行製造的方法、利用光微影方式進行製造的方法、利用熱壓製方式進行製造的方法、利用圖案輥與UV硬化樹脂進行製造的方法、利用3D列印機進行製造的方法、將毛狀體埋入於樹脂層後利用聚合反應予以共價鍵結的方法等。
例如利用擠製成形方式時,可利用T形模法擠製樹脂片,並以在該樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式,利用實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥、與接觸輥進行鑄塑,從而製造本發明之樹脂片。 實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥可使用以雷射彫刻法、電鑄法、蝕刻法、研磨彫刻法等在輥之表面規則地施以微細的凹凸而得者。在此所稱規則,意指凹凸並非無規的排列狀態,亦即於單方向或二方向整齊地排列之狀態。作為一實施形態中的凹凸之配置,可選擇縱橫配置而成的棋盤格配置、交錯配置等。就凹凸部之形狀而言,例如凹部之形狀可列舉錐形(圓錐、四角錐、三角錐、六角錐等)、半圓形、矩形(四角柱)等。就其尺寸而言,凹部之開口徑、凹部深度、凹部形狀之間隔等為數μm至數百μm。可藉由調節轉印輥之凹部之間隔以調節毛狀體之間隔,可藉由調節轉印輥之凹部深度以調節毛狀體高度,藉此也可調節觸感。 又,宜於轉印輥表面進行高縱橫比之凹凸加工。例如,於轉印輥表面加工凹部形狀時的縱橫比(凹部深度/凹部開口徑)為0.5~6.0較佳。雷射彫刻法或電鑄法,由於相較於蝕刻法、噴砂法、研磨彫刻法等更適合在深度方向進行精密加工的情況,故特別適合用在對於轉印輥表面進行高縱橫比的凹凸加工。 轉印輥之材質例如可使用金屬、陶瓷等。另一方面,接觸輥可使用各種材質者,例如可使用矽系橡膠、NBR系橡膠、EPT系橡膠、丁基橡膠、氯丁二烯橡膠、氟橡膠製的輥。在一實施形態中,可使用橡膠硬度(JIS K 6253)40~100之接觸輥。又,也可在接觸輥之表面形成有特氟龍層。 可藉由使用上述轉印輥及接觸輥之輥套組以製造本實施形態之樹脂片。 在一實施形態中,可將轉印輥之溫度調節為熱塑性樹脂之結晶熔解溫度、玻璃轉移點或熔點附近之溫度(例如使用無規聚丙烯時為100~150℃),使轉印輥與接觸輥之夾送壓為30~120Kg/cm2
而進行鑄塑,從而製造本實施形態之樹脂片。進行鑄塑而得之樹脂片,利用夾送輥等以0.5~30m/分鐘之線速度予以牽引。 又,具體例示上述實施形態,但不限於該等。
<成形品> 本發明之成形品係將本發明之樹脂片予以成形而成。以往的技術無法應付3維成形,而本發明之毛狀體片材因由熱塑性樹脂構成,故能適應一般的成形。成形方法可列舉一般的真空成形、壓空成形,該等之應用可列舉藉由使樹脂片於真空狀態下加熱軟化並於大氣壓下開放而對於既存的成形品表面進行疊置(成形)之方法等,但不限於該等。又,成形前使片材加熱軟化之方法可使用係非接觸加熱的利用紅外線加熱器等所為之輻射加熱等公知的片材加熱方法。在一實施形態之真空壓空成形中,例如樹脂片於60℃~140℃加熱20秒~480秒後成形於既存的成形品表面,視表面之形狀可延伸成1.05~1.50倍。
<物品> 本發明之於表面賦予有毛狀體的樹脂片,可應用於需要前述所示之良好觸感性之用途。例如,本發明之樹脂片可應用於汽車內裝材、電子設備外裝材、化妝品容器構件、文具構件等。
汽車內裝材,就汽車車內手接觸的部分而言,可列舉方向盤、儀表板、操縱桿、開關等。例如可列舉於公知的儀表盤(instrument panel)、柱(pillar)(例如日本特開2009-184421號公報)貼合上述的樹脂片而成的內裝材。可藉由貼合樹脂片而做成賦予有良好觸感性的內裝材。就貼合的樹脂片之材質而言,考慮耐候性、耐藥品性,烯烴系樹脂、氯乙烯系樹脂、胺甲酸酯系彈性體較佳。將樹脂片與內裝材貼合的方法不特別限定。
電子設備外裝材可列舉無鑰匙進入系統(keyless entry system)之發送機框體、智慧手機框體、智慧手機外殼、音樂播放裝置外殼、遊戲機框體、數位相機框體、電子記事本框體、計算器框體、平板框體、攜帶式電腦框體、鍵盤、滑鼠等。例如可列舉於公知的無鑰匙進入系統的攜帶用發送機框體(例如日本特開2005-228911號公報)貼合有本發明樹脂片的攜帶用發送機。可藉由貼合樹脂片而做成賦予有良好觸感性的攜帶用發送機。就貼合的樹脂片之材質而言,烯烴系樹脂、胺甲酸酯系彈性體較佳。貼合樹脂片與框體之方法不特別限定。
化妝品容器構件可列舉面霜、面膜霜、粉底、眼影膏之容器,例如可列舉於公知的粉底用容器(日本特開2017-29608號公報)的蓋構件貼合有本發明樹脂片的化妝品容器。可藉由貼合樹脂片而做成賦予有良好觸感性的化妝品容器。就貼合的樹脂片之材質而言,烯烴系樹脂、胺甲酸酯系彈性體較佳。與樹脂片貼合的方法不特別限定。
文具構件可列舉書本封面、記事本封面、筆盒蓋等,例如可使用本發明片材製作公知的書本封面(例如日本特開2007-246122號公報),做成賦予有良好觸感性、防水性的書本封面。又,書本封面形態不特別限定。就片材之材質而言,烯烴系樹脂、胺甲酸酯系彈性體較佳。使用樹脂片進行製作的方法不特別限定。
再者,可製作於毛狀體之表面以一般的印刷方法(膠版印刷法、凹版印刷法、柔版印刷法、網版印刷法、燙箔等)印刷有文字、花樣的毛狀體片材,並應用於上述用途。進行印刷的樹脂片之材質不特別限定,但宜考慮與用於印刷的油墨劑之印刷性。
又,可製作本發明樹脂片與印刷有文字、花樣等的印刷物(紙、金屬薄膜等)、不織布等進行層合成形(乾層合成形、擠製層合成形)而得之疊層體,例如於名片的印刷面進行層合成形而製作有觸感性的名片。進行層合的樹脂片之材質不特別限定。 [實施例]

針對實施例及比較例中製成的樹脂片與將該樹脂片進行真空壓空成形而得之成形品的各種特性之評價方法如以下。
(1)毛狀體之平均高度、毛狀體之平均直徑、毛狀體之平均間隔、基底層之平均厚度 使用雷射顯微鏡VK-X100(Keyence公司製)測定樹脂片之毛狀體之高度(h)、毛狀體之直徑(d)、毛狀體之間隔(t)、基底層之厚度。另外,測定的試樣係利用切片機(microtome)從樹脂片的任意3處切出剖面切片而使用。毛狀體之平均高度係針對各試樣測定10個毛狀體的高度,採用該30個測定値的算術平均値。就毛狀體之平均直徑,針對各試樣測定10個毛狀體於中間高度(h/2)的直徑,採用該30個測定値的算術平均値。就毛狀體之平均間隔,針對各試樣測定10處毛狀體之基部之中心與相鄰毛狀體之基部之中心之距離,採用該30個測定値的算術平均値。就基底層之平均厚度,針對各試樣測定10處從毛狀體之基部到另一側之層界面為止的厚度,採用該30個測定値的算術平均値。
(2)良好觸感性官能評價 良好觸感性係實施請男性15人、女性15人之合計30人觸摸樹脂片的官能評價。將觸摸樹脂片表面時是否感覺舒適以「○」、「×」進行判斷,判斷為「○」時,以濕潤、柔軟、蓬鬆等具體的觸感進行評價。其中,8成以上評價相同觸感時,則評為該觸感。又,針對使用樹脂片並進行真空壓空成形而得之成形品之表面是否也維持相同觸感進行評價。
(3)靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比 使用靜・摩擦測定機「TL201Ts (Trinity lab公司製)」,將樹脂片以賦予有毛狀體形狀等的面為上之方式貼附於其平台上。接觸子使用胺甲酸酯製(硬度計硬度:32±2),在施加100g之荷重的狀態下,以10mm/秒之速度移動平台,測定靜摩擦係數及動摩擦係數。
(4)接觸冷溫感(熱移動速度:q-max)測定 使用Finger Robot Thermo Labo(Kato Tech公司製),將樹脂片樣品置於設定於20℃的試樣台5分鐘,調整樹脂片之溫度後,使30℃之接觸溫度感測器(1mm×1.5mm)接觸,測定在0.2秒期間的熱移動速度(q-max)。
(5)樹脂之硬度 樹脂之硬度係依據JISK7215,利用熱壓製法製作厚度6mm、寬度25mm、長度50mm之試樣,使用Type A硬度計測定硬度。
(6)接觸角 接觸角係針對樹脂片使用自動接觸角計DM-501(協和界面科學公司製)進行測定。又,試驗液係使用精製水,滴加量為6μL。接觸角若為120°以上,則判定為撥液性高,可防止液體之附著。
(7)表面電阻率 依據JISK6911,於環境溫度23℃、環境濕度50%R.H.、施加電壓1000V下測定樹脂片表面之表面電阻値。
(8)抗菌性評價 依據JISK2801,利用薄膜密合法實施。於5cm×5cm的厚度1mm以內的薄膜表面滴加各菌液,以聚乙烯薄膜被覆並於35℃保存後,測定生菌數。
(9)真空壓空成形 利用兩面真空成形機(NGF-0709-S型:布施真空公司製)將樹脂片於真空環境下加熱,然後於大氣壓環境下真空壓空成形於已備妥的智慧手機外殼之表面,從而製得成形品。於80℃加熱120秒,在延伸最多之處延伸為1.5倍。
[實施例1、2、7、10~12] 使用1台65mm單軸擠製機,利用T形模法擠製樹脂片,以在該樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式,使用調節成100℃~150℃的利用雷射彫刻法實施凹凸加工而得之金屬製轉印輥、與調節成10℃~90℃的橡膠硬度70之矽系橡膠製之接觸輥進行鑄塑,並使用夾送輥以線速度2m/分鐘~15m/分鐘進行牽引,從而獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀的表1所示之組成及厚度之樹脂片。
[實施例3] 使用3台40mm單軸擠製機及進料模組,利用T形模法擠製3層樹脂片,以在該樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式,使用以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥、與接觸輥進行鑄塑,從而獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
[實施例4、13~16] 使用凹凸形狀之尺寸不同的轉印輥,以與實施例3同樣之方式,獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
[實施例5、17、18] 製作以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之100mm平方之模具,並使用電熱壓製機,以在樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式將預先製作好的樹脂片進行熱壓製,從而獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀的表1所示之組成及厚度之樹脂片。
[實施例6] 使用2台40mm單軸擠製機及進料模組,利用T形模法擠製2層樹脂片,以在該樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式,使用以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥、與接觸輥進行鑄塑,從而獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的2層樹脂片。
[實施例8] 利用層合成形法得到3層樹脂片,以在該樹脂片之表面賦予毛狀體形狀之方式,使用以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥、與接觸輥進行鑄塑,從而獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
[實施例9] 使用凹凸形狀之尺寸不同的轉印輥並根據實施例8獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
[比較例1] 以在樹脂片之表面賦予壓印形狀之方式,使用以噴砂法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥並根據實施例6獲得一面具有Rz(十點平均粗糙度)為55μm之壓印形狀的表1所示之組成及厚度的樹脂片。
[比較例2] 以在樹脂片之表面賦予吊鐘狀的凸形狀之方式,使用以蝕刻法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥並根據實施例3獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
[比較例3] 以在樹脂片之表面賦予四角錐狀的凹形狀之方式,使用以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥並根據實施例1獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀的表1所示之組成及厚度之樹脂片。
[比較例4] 使用未經凹凸加工的輥以替代轉印輥並根據實施例1獲得具平滑狀之兩表面的表1所示之組成、厚度之樹脂片。
[比較例5] 以在樹脂片之表面賦予六角錐狀的凸形狀之方式,使用以電鑄法實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥並根據實施例8獲得一面具有表2所示之表面形狀且各層為表1所示之組成及厚度的3層樹脂片。
使用各實施例、比較例中獲得的樹脂片、及將其進行真空壓空成形而得之成形品,針對各種特性實施評價試驗,將結果顯示於表2。

由表2所示之結果可知以下結論。 實施例1~18之全部樹脂片,皆得到滿足關於良好觸感性的評價基準的結果。此外,在靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數、接觸角也獲得令人滿意的結果。又,獲得實施例11展現抗靜電性,實施例12展現抗菌性之結果。相對於此,比較例1~5之樹脂片並未獲得滿足關於良好觸感性的評價基準的結果。
又,針對實施例(1~18)中獲得之樹脂片之形狀,使用電場發射型掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM,日本電子(股)公司JSM-7001F型)依以下之條件進行觀察。 從掃描電子顯微鏡影像觀察到毛狀體彼此不纏結而朝一定方向延伸。又,毛狀體成為朝離開基底層之方向延伸成毛狀並於其前端形成有膨起之構成。也就是,毛狀體之形狀為隨著離開基底層而剖面積逐漸減小,然後一度增大後成為終端之形狀。又,觀察到毛狀體之前端部之形狀為花苞狀或蘑菇形狀,花苞狀或蘑菇形狀之部分有一部分呈中空。推測因具有如此的形狀而顯現更良好的觸感。
以上,利用各種實施形態對本發明進行了說明,但本發明之技術範圍自不待言並不限定於上述實施形態所記載之範圍。對於該領域技術人員而言,顯見可於上述實施形態加入各種的變更或改良。又,由專利申請範圍之記載可知,如此之加入有變更或改良之形態亦包括於本發明之技術範圍內。

Claims (15)
- 一種熱塑性樹脂片,在基底層之至少一面具有規則排列的毛狀體,該基底層與該毛狀體之間無結構上的交界而形成連續相。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該熱塑性樹脂係從苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂、熱塑性彈性體、氟系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂中使用至少1種以上之熱塑性樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該毛狀體之平均高度為100μm以上1200μm以下,該毛狀體之平均直徑為1μm以上50μm以下,該毛狀體之平均間隔為20μm以上200μm以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該具有毛狀體的面之靜摩擦係數相對於動摩擦係數之比為1.0~10.0。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,在接觸該具有毛狀體的面時之熱移動速度為0.005~0.500。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該基底層之平均厚度為50μm以上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該毛狀體為朝離開該基底層之方向延伸成毛狀並於其前端形成有膨起之構成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至7項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,該基底層及該毛狀體係由單一片材形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至8項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,係為多層樹脂片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至9項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,其中,於該基底層之另一面疊層有選自於苯乙烯系樹脂、烯烴系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、尼龍系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、熱塑性彈性體中之至少1層以上之基材層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至10項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片,包含選自撥水撥油劑、抗靜電劑及抗菌劑中之1種或2種以上之添加劑。
- 一種熱塑性樹脂片之製造方法,係製造如申請專利範圍第1至11項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片之方法,其特徵為:將利用擠製成形法從模具熔融擠製而得之片材,利用實施凹凸加工而得之轉印輥與接觸輥進行鑄塑(casting)而形成毛狀體。
- 一種成形品,係如申請專利範圍第1至11項中任一項之熱塑性樹脂片的成形品。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項之成形品,係文具構件。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項之成形品,係對於已製得之成形品表面進行真空壓空成形而得之汽車內裝構件、電子設備、電子設備外裝材、化妝品容器或容器構件。
