不刖 插座 的射 -11 - Description of the Invention: [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a front release type buckle that operates a front portion to be disengageable. [Prior Art] In the past, various applications such as clothes, purses, shoes, and packaging materials have been used. In order to connect the rope members such as the straps, a buckle that detachably engages the plug and the socket is used. This type of buckle is easy to handle and is required to be unintentional and does not suddenly fall off. As a product that meets this type of demand, there is a front release type buckle that can be disengaged by the operation of the front portion. Among the front release type buckles, it is known that the plug portion and the socket portion are each carded and fixed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a latching projection of a convex engaging portion of a plug portion, and a buckle that protrudes in a thickness direction of a flat-shaped buckle. Patent Document 2 describes a front end of a plug and a socket. The first protruding portion that is engaged with the buckle protrudes in the thickness direction of the flat buckle. [PRIOR ART DOCUMENT] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 3248104 [Patent Document 2] JP-A-2006- 2046 No. 9 Publication No. 201200057 [Disclosure] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Patent Literature In the buckle according to Patent Document 2, since the closure protrudes in the thickness direction of the buckle, the thickness of the buckle changes. Therefore, for example, when such a buckle is used in a rucksack or the like, the thickness of the buckle is large, so that there is a problem that the mounting position is restricted and the overall design of the canvas backpack is adversely affected. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a front release type buckle having a minimum thickness dimension. [Means for Solving the Problem] The front release type buckle according to the present invention includes: a socket into which the plug is inserted and engaged, the plug having a base portion protruding from the base portion; and the aforementioned The socket of the leg portion has a body having an insertion opening, a receiving space into which the leg portion is inserted from the insertion port formed in the foot, and a card inserted in the body to engage the carding portion And an operation portion for disengaging the card from the engaged portion, wherein the plug and the front seat have a flat shape, and the leg portion is flat and has a front portion that is engageable with the engagement portion The engaging portion is engaged in the thickness direction, and the engaging portion protrudes in the width direction of the leg portion and is provided within the thickness range of the leg. In such an invention, since the engaging portion of the plug does not protrude in the thickness direction but protrudes in the width direction, the receiving plug and the latching projection can be made smaller, or the restraining head can be: The thickness of the socket of the direction joint portion -6-201200057 of the flexible portion is inserted into the joint portion. Therefore, the thickness of the buckle does not become large, and the thickness can be reduced. For example, when such a front release type buckle having a small thickness is used in a rucksack or the like, since the thickness of the buckle is small, the mounting position is not limited. Further, since the thickness is small, the buckle is not too conspicuous, and the jamming does not occur, and the overall design of the canvas backpack or the like is not adversely affected. In the state in which the plug and the socket are engaged, the operation portion and the engagement portion are disposed to be in contact with each other, and the operation portion is provided at a position facing the leg portion in the thickness direction. The thickness direction described above is flexible, and it is preferable to have a convex portion inside the socket. In such an invention, the operation portion is bent toward the engagement portion side, and the convex portion can be pressed toward the leg portion. At this time, since the engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be released, the leg portion can be pushed out toward the insertion opening side of the socket. In the present invention, the engaging portion is an inclined portion provided with an inclined surface on the operation portion side, and it is preferable that the operating portion is bent toward the engaging portion side, and the convex portion is pressed against the inclined surface. In such an invention, the operation portion is bent toward the engagement portion side, and the convex portion can be pressed toward the inclined surface. At this time, since the convex portion is bent toward the engaging portion side while sliding on the inclined surface, the engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion is released, and the insertion portion is pushed out toward the insertion opening side of the socket. Therefore, pressing the operation portion, the plug is separated from the socket and pushed out. Therefore, as long as the operating portion is pressed, the plug and the socket can be separated. In the present invention, it is preferable that the angle of the inclined surface is 15°. In such an invention, since the angle of the inclined surface is 15 °, the convex portion 201200057 can smoothly slide on the inclined surface. Therefore, by pressing the operation portion, the plug can be separated from the socket and smoothly pushed out. Therefore, as long as the operation portion is pressed, the plug and the socket can be more reliably separated. In the present invention, it is preferable to have a pair of holding portions for positioning and holding the plug protruding from the base portion and the socket. In such an invention, since the pair of holding portions for positioning the plug and the socket are held, the engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be surely performed. Further, for example, after the torsional stress is applied to the plug and the socket, since the plug and the socket are not displaced, the engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion is not released, and the engagement can be surely maintained. In the present invention, it is preferable that the leg portion is inclined so as to be closer to the operation portion side than the insertion direction toward the leg portion. In such an invention, since the leg portion protrudes from the base portion toward the operation portion side from the holding portion, the engagement portion can be pressed by a slight bending after the operation portion is pressed. Therefore, even if the thickness of the front release type buckle is reduced, the separation and ejection of the plug and the socket by the operation portion can be performed. Therefore, the thickness of the front release type buckle can be further reduced by the stomach. [Embodiment] [Embodiment for Carrying Out the Invention] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in each of FIGS. 1 to 3, the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment includes a plug 10, and a socket 20 into which the plug 10 is inserted and engaged, as shown in the drawings. The front release type buckle 1 is a connecting/separating rope-like member, for example, an end portion for connecting/separating a belt, and the like, and includes a plug 10 integrally molded of synthetic resin; and a synthetic resin integrally molded with the same Socket 2 0. Further, the material of the plug 10 and the socket 20 is not limited to a synthetic resin, and may be other materials such as metal, and is not limited to injection molding, and may be formed by other molding methods such as light shaping or squeezing. The configuration of the plug will be described with reference to Figs. 4 and 5 . Fig. 4 is a plan view showing the plug of the above embodiment. Fig. 5 is a side view showing the plug of the above embodiment. According to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the plug 1〇 is integrally formed by injection molding of synthetic resin and has a base portion 11 having a pair of leg portions 12: respectively formed on the engaging portion 14 of the leg portion 12; And a strap mounting portion 19 in which a strap or the like is inserted. The leg portion 12 is formed in parallel with the width direction of the base portion 11 (the direction in which the insertion direction of the plug 10 of the socket and the thickness direction of the socket 20 are -9-20 201200057, respectively, in the left-right direction of FIG. 1). The long direction (the insertion direction of the plug 10 of the socket 20, the up-and-down direction of FIG. 1) extends and is parallel to each other, and each of the intermediate or front end sides can be mutually opposite to the thickness direction (the width direction and the insertion direction are orthogonal to the foregoing). Direction) elastic deformation. Further, the pair of leg portions 1 2 are inclined so as to be closer to the side of the insertion portion 27A toward the insertion direction, whereby the entire portion of the leg portion 12 can be elastically deformed in the thickness direction. The engaging portions 14 are formed by protrusions extending from the front ends of the leg portions 12 in the width direction, and the front ends of the leg portions 12 are formed in a T-shape when viewed from the plane. Further, the engaging portion 14 is formed at the front end portion of the leg portion 12, and the dimension (height) in the thickness direction of the engaging portion 14 is formed so as not to be larger than the height of the leg portion 12. Further, the engaging portion 14 is provided with an inclined portion 14B formed at the front end portion of each leg portion 12 and a connecting inclined portion 14D connecting the inclined portion 14B in the wide direction. The pair of leg portions 1 2 restrict the deformation in the width direction due to the external force by the connecting inclined portion 1 4D. Further, when the pair of leg portions 1 2 are elastically deformed in the thickness direction, the amount of deformation of each of the leg portions 12 is similarly obtained by connecting the inclined portions 14D. Construction. Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 to Fig. 8 show the configuration of the socket. Fig. 6 is a plan view showing the socket of the above embodiment. Fig. 7 shows a side view of the socket of the embodiment. Fig. 8 is a front view of the above embodiment. In Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 to Fig. 8, the socket 20 is formed by a larger convex portion of the base of the synthetic resin, and the middle end portion of the position is inserted, and the cross bar is inserted and wound. The socket 11 - 201200057 is formed by molding, and is integrally molded, and has an empty tubular body 21 having an insertion opening 22; and is formed in the body 21 to accommodate a plug inserted from the socket 22. a receiving space 23 of the one leg portion 12; an engaged portion 24 that is formed on the main body 21 and engageable with the engaging portion 14, and an operation opening 27 formed in the center of the plane of the body 21; when engaged with the plug An opening portion 28 formed at a position corresponding to the engaging portion; and a strap mounting portion 29 through which a belt (not shown) can be inserted. The engaged portion 24 is a shape member having an inclined surface on the side of the insertion opening 22 which is formed in two places which are formed in parallel with the width direction of the side of the accommodating space 23. Each of the engaged portions 24 is formed inside the surface of the body 21 and protrudes in the accommodating space 23. The thickness of the engaged portion 24 is smaller than the size of the accommodating space 23 in the thickness direction, and corresponds to the engaging portion 14 formed on the pair of legs 12. An induction surface 25 for guiding and engaging the engaging portion 14 to the engaged portion 24 is formed inside the accommodating space 23. The induction surface 25 is formed with a plurality of pair of groove portions 26 from the end portion of the insertion port 22 toward the insertion side. When the leg portion 1 2 and the holding portion 16 are inserted from the insertion port, the convex portion corresponding to the back side of the leg 12 (not shown) corresponds to the groove portion 26, and the front portion of the leg portion 12 is provided. The engaging portion 14 is induced to function as a guide by the engaging portion 24. The configuration of the operation portion of the socket will be described with reference to Fig. 9'. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the operation portion of the socket of the above embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, in order to release the portion of the engagement portion 14 and the wedge portion of the intermediate portion of the engaged portion 24, the 22-end end card 12-201200057 is engaged, and an operation is formed in the center of the plane of the body 21. Use the opening 27. The opening 27 is communicated with the internal accommodating space 23. The operation opening 27 is formed at a position where the connection inclined portion 1 4 D that is connected from the leg portion 1 2 of the insertion port 22 is exposed. The operation opening 27 is provided with an operation portion 27A for pressing a flexible member having a thickness. The position of the operation portion 27A which is opposed to the leg portion 12 is abutted against the connection 14D due to elastic deformation. Further, the operation portion 27A is provided with a convex portion 27B that protrudes inward in the thickness direction at a position where the connection is obliquely contacted, and a thick meat portion located outside the thickness direction at a position corresponding to the portion 2 7 B is according to FIG. 9 to Fig. 12 is a view showing a state in which the plug and the socket are connected and connected, and the plug and the socket are disconnected. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the plug and the socket of the above embodiment. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state of the plug and the socket of the above embodiment. Fig. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a state in which the engaging portion is pushed out by bending of the above-described embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 11, 'at the front end of the insertion 12 from the insertion opening 22, when the engaging portion 14 is induced to the induction surface 25 and comes to the portion 24, the pair of leg portions 1 are elastically deformed, and a pair of The engaging portion] is engaged with the engaged portion 24. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 12, the convex portion 27B slides on the inclined surface of the connecting inclined surface 14C by elastically deforming the leg portion 1 2 in the thickness direction by the inclined portion 14D. Thereby, the engaging portion is released from the inclined portion 1 4D and the projection 27C. In the case of the scorpion in the state of the scorpion, the leg portion of the splicing operation is engaged with the splicing portion 4, and 14 and -13-201200057 are engaged by the engaging portion 24, and the plug 1 is pushed out toward the insertion port 22 side. In the present embodiment as described above, the following effects can be obtained. In the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment, the engaging portion 14 of the plug 10 does not protrude in the thickness direction but protrudes in the width direction, so that the thickness of the buckle does not become large, and Reduce the thickness size. Therefore, when such a front release type buckle 1 having a small thickness is used for a rucksack or the like, since the thickness of the buckle is small, the mounting position is not limited. Moreover, since the thickness is small, the buckle is not too conspicuous and does not adversely affect the overall design of the rucksack or the like. In the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment, the operation portion 27 is bent toward the engagement portion 14 side, and the convex portion 27 is pressed against the inclined surface 14C. At this time, since the convex portion 27 is slipped away from the connecting inclined surface 14C and is bent toward the engaging portion 14 side, the engagement between the engaging portion 14 and the engaged portion 24 is released, and the socket 2 is removed. The insertion port 2 side of 0 is pushed out. Therefore, as long as the operation portion 27 is pressed, the plug 10 is separated from the socket 20 and pushed out. Thereby, the plug 1A and the socket 20 can be surely separated by pressing the operation portion 27A. In the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment, since the angle of the connecting inclined surface 1 4 C is 15°, the convex portion 2 7 Β can smoothly slide away from the connecting inclined surface 1 4 C. Therefore, pressing the operation portion 2 7 Α ' can separate the plug 10 from the socket 20 and smoothly push it out. By this, the plug 10 and the socket 20 can be separated more reliably as long as the operation portion 27 is pressed. In the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment, the pair of holding portions 16 that are held by the positioning plug 14-201200057 ίο and the socket 20 are provided, so that the engaging portion 14 and the engaged portion 24 can be surely performed. Engage. Further, for example, when the torsional stress is applied to the plug 10 and the socket 20, since the plug 10 and the socket 20 are not displaced, the engagement between the engaging portion 14 and the engaged portion 24 is not released. I can safely play the role of a buckle. In the front release type buckle 1 of the present embodiment, since the leg portion 1 2 protrudes from the base portion 1 1 toward the operation portion 2 7 A side than the holding portion 16 , when the operation portion 27A is pressed, a slight bending can be pressed. Engagement portion 1 4. Therefore, even if the thickness of the front release type buckle 1 is small, the separation and ejection of the plug 1 and the socket 20 can be performed by the operation portion 27A. Thereby, the thickness of the front release type buckle 1 can be made smaller. [Modification] Further, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and includes the following modifications. In the above embodiment, the pair of leg portions 1 2 are not limited to the structure in which the connecting inclined portion 14D is coupled, and as shown in Fig. 13, an independent structure that is not connected may be used. Further, in such a case, it is preferable to press the inclined surface 14A by increasing the width of the convex portion 27B. Further, the engaging portion 14 is not limited to a structure formed by protrusions extending outward from the distal end of the leg portion 12 in the width direction, and as shown in Fig. 14, a projection extending inward in the width direction may be formed, and the inclined portion 14B may be formed. It may not be provided on the front end side in the insertion direction but on the opposite side. Further, the engaging portion 14 does not need to be formed in an L shape, and may be formed as one engaging portion 14 as shown in Fig. 15 -15 - 201200057. Further, the leg portions 12 do not have to be formed as a pair, and may be composed of three leg portions 12 as shown in Fig. 16 . [Industrial Applicability] The present invention is a buckle that connects the belts to each other, and can be used as a front release type buckle having a pair of stopper arms.
