Abstract

The present invention discloses a consecutive lamination method and equipment of an IC card manufacturing process. The present invention sequentially embeds an induction coil and a chip on a bottom base material, and then delivers it to the consecutive lamination equipment. The consecutive lamination equipment has two belt conveyers calendering towards relative directions. Surfaces of the two belt conveyers are heated to an appropriate high temperature, and the inside of each of the two belt conveyers is respectively assembled with a roller set within a range where the base material passes. The roller set is respectively composed of a plurality of high-temperature rollers at the front part and a plurality of low-temperature rollers at the rear part. When the base material and, a protection layer and a printing layer which are ready to be laminated on the upper surface of the base material, simultaneously enter the consecutive lamination equipment, the aforementioned high-temperature rollers in combination with the heated belt conveyers would process heating lamination to the base material, the protection and the printing layer, and then the low-temperature rollers would process lamination. By applying the above technique, the base materials of IC cards could be consecutively laminated.
