Abstract

This invention relates a disposable safety blood collection device, using a driving device to produce a deflecting force, wherein the deflecting force drives a needle seat to produce a deflected movement; a trigger mechanism of the driving device compels the needle seat to leave the original location due to the displacement of the driving device; therein, the axial force stored during displacement of the driving device compels the needle seat to move in an axial direction outwardly, and retracts to the enclosure of the blood collection device. Due to the irreversibility of the deflecting force of the driving device, the needle seat may not return to the original location once the needle seat left its original location, thereby achieving the purpose of disposable use.
