Claims (25)
1. Мембрана, содержащая полиуретан (PU1), где полиуретан (PU1) имеет в основе следующие компоненты:
- от 80 до 100% массовых смеси по меньшей мере одного диола (D1) и по меньшей мере одного полиизоцианата (I1), и
- от 0 до 20% массовых по меньшей мере одного соединения (С1), имеющего по меньшей мере две функциональные группы, которые являются реакционноспособными по отношению к изоцианатным группам,
где эта мембрана имеет поры со средним диаметром пор в диапазоне от 0,001 мкм до 0,8 мкм, определенном с использованием ртутной порометрии согласно стандарту DIN 66133,
где распределение размеров пор имеет градиентное изменение по диаметрам в мембране.
2. Мембрана по п. 1, где эта мембрана содержит дополнительный полиуретан (PU2), который имеет в основе по меньшей мере один полиол (Р2), по меньшей мере один диол (D2) и по меньшей мере один полиизоцианат (12).
3. Мембрана по п. 1, где соединение (С1) представляет собой полиол.
4. Мембрана по п. 1, где соединение (С1) выбирается из группы дивалентных остатков олиго- или полисилоксанов формулы
где Ak представляет собой алкилен с 2-4 атомами углерода, R представляет собой алкил с 1-4 атомами углерода, и каждый из р, q и q' независимо представляет собой число, выбранное из диапазона 0-50.
5. Мембрана по п. 1, где эта мембрана имеет толщину в диапазоне от 5 до 100 мкм.
6. Мембрана по п. 1, где эта мембрана имеет давление проникновения жидкости в диапазоне от 1 до 5 бар.
7. Мембрана по п. 1, где диол (D1) выбирают из группы, состоящей из этандиола, бутандиола и гександиола.
8. Мембрана по любому одному из пп. 1-7, где полиизоцианат выбирают из группы, состоящей из дифенилметандиизоцианата (MDI), толуолдиизоцианата (TDI) и гексаметилендиазоцианата (HDI).
9. Способ получения мембраны, включающий стадии
(i) предоставление раствора (L1), по меньшей мере содержащего полиуретан (PU1),
(ii) получения мембраны из раствора (L1) с использованием инверсии фазы,
где мембрана имеет поры со средним диаметром пор в диапазоне от 0,001 мкм до 0,8 мкм, определенном с использованием ртутной порометрии согласно стандарту DIN 66133, и
где распределение размеров пор имеет градиентное изменение по диаметрам в мембране.
10. Способ по п. 9, где раствор (L1) содержит по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из моно-, ди- или триаканолов, не имеющих никаких других функциональных групп, таких как изопропанол, этиленгликоль, пропиленгликоль или пропилентриол (глицерин).
11. Способ по любому из пп. 9 или 10, где стадия (ii) включает стадии (ii-a) и (ii-b):
(ii-a) образование пленки из раствора (L1);
(ii-b) приведение этой пленки в контакт со смесью (L2).
12. Способ по п. 11, где смесь (L2) содержит воду.
13. Применение мембраны по любому одному из пп. 1-8 или мембраны, полученной или получаемой в соответствии со способом по любому одному из пп. 9-12, для нанесения покрытия на тканое изделие.
