Claims (15)
1. Способ получения диблоксополимера, включающий стадии
(a) взаимодействия по меньшей мере одного ароматического сложного полиэфира с температурой плавления в диапазоне от 160 до 350°С и по меньшей мере одного полимердиола с температурой плавления меньше 100°С, при температуре выше 200°С, с получением смеси (G-a);
(b) взаимодействия смеси (G-a) с по меньшей мере одним диизоцианатом,
причем диизоцианат используют в молярном количестве, составляющем по меньшей мере 0,9, в пересчете на спиртовые группы полимердиола,
причем ароматический сложный полиэфир выбираеют из группы, состоящей из полибутилентерефталата (ПБТ), полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ) и полиэтиленнафталата (ПЭН).
2. Способ по п. 1, где взаимодействие согласно стадии (а) осуществляют в непрерывном режиме.
3. Способ по п. 1, где взаимодействие согласно стадии (а) осуществляют в экструдере.
4. Способ по п. 1, где взаимодействие согласно стадии (b) осуществляют при температуре в диапазоне от 170 до 260°С.
5. Способ по п. 1, где диизоцианат выбирают из группы, состоящей из 2,2'-, 2,4'- и/или 4,4'-дифенилметандиизоцианата (МДИ), 2,4- и/или 2,6-толуилендиизоцианата (ТДИ), 4,4'-, 2,4'- и/или 2,2'-метилендициклогексилдиизоцианата (Н12МДИ), гексаметилендиизоцианата (ГДИ) и 1-изоцианато-3,3,5-триметил-5-изоцианатометилциклогексана (ИПДИ).
6. Способ по п. 1, где полимердиол представляет собой простой полиэфирдиол.
7. Способ по п. 1, где полимердиол представляет собой политетрагидрофуран.
8. Способ по п. 1, где при взаимодействии согласно стадии (а) не используют короткоцепочечных диолов.
9. Способ по одному из пп 1-8, где при взаимодействии согласно стадии (а) не используют дикарбоновых кислот.
10. Диблоксополимер, полученный или получаемый способом по одному из пп. 1-9.
11. Применение диблоксополимера по п. 10 или диблоксополимера, полученного или получаемого способом по одному из пп. 1-9, для изготовления экструзионных, отлитых под давлением и прессованных изделий, а также пеноматериалов, оболочек для кабелей, шлангов, профилированных изделий, приводных ремней, волокон, нетканых материалов, пленок, формованных деталей, штекеров, корпусов, демпфирующих элементов для электротехнической промышленности, автомобильной промышленности, машиностроения, 3D-печати, медицины и потребительских товаров.
