Claims (1)

Способ неоадъювантного термохимиолучевого лечения рака прямой кишки, включающий дистанционную лучевую гамма-терапию на фоне введения химиопрепаратов и локальной гипертермии, отличающийся тем, что проводят конвенциональную лучевую терапию с фракционированием дозы в РОД 2 Гр до СОД 50 Гр в течение 5 недель на фоне химиотерапии: оксалиплатин 50 мг/м2 внутривенно капельно в 1, 8, 22, 29 дни и капецитабин в дозе 825 мг/м2 прием внутрь 2 раза в день с 1 по 14 и с 22 по 33 дни лучевой терапии в сочетании с локальной электромагнитной гипертермией, причем локальную гипертермию 4-6 сеансов проводят в 1-й, 3-й, 8-й, 10-й и 12-й дни лечения за 30-40 минут до лучевого воздействия, при температуре в опухоли 41-44°С частоте 13,56 МгГц, время экспозиции 50-70 минут.A method of neoadjuvant thermo-chemoradiation treatment of colorectal cancer, including remote radiation gamma therapy with the introduction of chemotherapy and local hyperthermia, characterized in that they carry out conventional radiation therapy with dose fractionation in the genus 2 Gy to SOD 50 Gy for 5 weeks on the background of chemotherapy: oxaliplatin 50 mg / m 2 intravenously in drops on days 1, 8, 22, 29 and capecitabine at a dose of 825 mg / m 2 by mouth 2 times a day from 1 to 14 and from 22 to 33 days of radiation therapy in combination with local electromagnetic hyperthermia, moreover, the locale hyperthermia of 4-6 sessions is carried out on the 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th and 12th days of treatment 30-40 minutes before radiation exposure, at a temperature in the tumor of 41-44 ° С, frequency 13, 56 MHz, exposure time 50-70 minutes.
