Abstract
1. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита, включающая: сенсорное устройство, где сенсорное устройство содержит гидрогель и основную часть сенсора, содержащую множество электродов, где основная часть сенсора находится в жидкостной связи с гидрогелем, и где гидрогель содержит гигроскопическое вещество и фермент. ! 2. Система трансдермального мониторинга аналита по п.1, дополнительно включающая полупроницаемую мембрану, где мембрана находится в жидкостной связи с гидрогелем. ! 3. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.2, в которой гидрогель и полупроницаемая мембрана образуют взаимопроницающую полимерную сетку. ! 4. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой гидрогель содержит полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата (PEGDA), агарозы, полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата/полиэтиленимина (PEGDA-PEI), полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата-N-винил пирролидона (PEGDA-NVP), акрилата-полиэтиленгликоля-N-гидроксисукцинимида (A-PEG-N) и их смесей и сополимеров из них. !5. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой фермент является ферментом глюкозооксидазой. ! 6. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой фермент ковалентно иммобилизован в гидрогель. ! 7. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.6, в которой фермент ковалентно иммобилизован в гидрогель с использованием A-PEG-N. ! 8. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой гигроскопическое вещество является отрицательно заряженным гигроскопическим веществом. ! 9. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.9, в которой отрицательно заряженным гигроскопическим веществом
Claims (22)
1. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита, включающая: сенсорное устройство, где сенсорное устройство содержит гидрогель и основную часть сенсора, содержащую множество электродов, где основная часть сенсора находится в жидкостной связи с гидрогелем, и где гидрогель содержит гигроскопическое вещество и фермент.
2. Система трансдермального мониторинга аналита по п.1, дополнительно включающая полупроницаемую мембрану, где мембрана находится в жидкостной связи с гидрогелем.
3. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.2, в которой гидрогель и полупроницаемая мембрана образуют взаимопроницающую полимерную сетку.
4. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой гидрогель содержит полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата (PEGDA), агарозы, полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата/полиэтиленимина (PEGDA-PEI), полиэтиленгликоль диакрилата-N-винил пирролидона (PEGDA-NVP), акрилата-полиэтиленгликоля-N-гидроксисукцинимида (A-PEG-N) и их смесей и сополимеров из них.
5. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой фермент является ферментом глюкозооксидазой.
6. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой фермент ковалентно иммобилизован в гидрогель.
7. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.6, в которой фермент ковалентно иммобилизован в гидрогель с использованием A-PEG-N.
8. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой гигроскопическое вещество является отрицательно заряженным гигроскопическим веществом.
9. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.9, в которой отрицательно заряженным гигроскопическим веществом является натрий пирролидон карбоновая кислота (NaPCA).
10. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой сенсорное устройство включает, по меньшей мере, один канал или полость для снабжения гидрогеля кислородом.
11. Трансдермальная система мониторинга аналита по п.1, в которой фермент иммобилизован в гидрогель посредством нековалентной иммобилизации.
12. Способ увеличения детекции аналита при помощи трансдермальной системы мониторинга аналита, включающий:
(a) обработку участка кожи пользователя для повышения проницаемости;
(b) наложение трансдермальной системы мониторинга аналита по любому из пп.1-11.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий после стадии (а) и перед стадией (b) протирку обработанного участка кожи субстратом, содержащим, по меньшей мере, один реагент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды, этанола, изопропанола и глицерина.
14. Способ по п.12, в котором участок кожи обрабатывают на стадии (a) способом, выбираемым из группы, состоящей из соскоба кожи при помощи липкой ленты, шлифовки, обработки наждачной бумагой, шлифовки абразивом, лазерной абляции, абляции СВЧ, химического пилинга, сонофореза, ионофореза, электропорации и нанесения агентов, повышающих проницаемость.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором субстрат выбирают из группы, состоящей из тампонов, тканого или нетканого материала, войлока или марли.
16. Способ по п.12, в котором субстрат содержит неорганический или органический растворитель.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором неорганический или органический растворитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из воды, этанола и изопропанола.
18. Способ по п.12, в котором субстрат содержит фосфатный буферный раствор, молочную кислоту, мыло или поверхностно-активное вещество.
19. Способ по п.12, в котором определяемый аналит является глюкозой в крови, лактатом или другими аналитами.
20. Способ увеличения чувствительности, стабильности или точности трансдермального сенсора аналита по любому из пп.1-11, включающий обеспечение увеличенной подачи кислорода к гидрогелю.
21. Способ по п.20, в котором источником кислорода является воздух.
22. Трансдермальный сенсор аналита по любому из пп.1-11 для применения в способе по любому из пп.20-21.
