Аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий компонент, выбранный из группы, содержащей устройство для обсыпки мукой или сахарной пудрой, калибровочные вальцы, резальный механизм, охлаждающее устройство, автоклав, устройство для глазирования, упаковочное устройство и их комбинации. ! 3. Аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий второе устройство печати, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати адаптировано для печати на первой поверхности плитки, и второе устройство печати адаптировано для печати на второй поверхности плитки. ! 4. Аппарат по п.1, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати является устройством струйной печати. ! 5. Аппарат по п.1, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати является распылительным устройством. ! 6. Аппарат по п.5, в котором распылительное устройство содержит одно или более сопел. ! 7. Claims (23)
1. Аппарат для получения съедобного изделия, содержащий
(a) экструдер для экструзии плитки кондитерского материала; и
(b) устройство бесконтактной печати, предназначенное для печати съедобной печатной краски на плитке.
2. Аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий компонент, выбранный из группы, содержащей устройство для обсыпки мукой или сахарной пудрой, калибровочные вальцы, резальный механизм, охлаждающее устройство, автоклав, устройство для глазирования, упаковочное устройство и их комбинации.
3. Аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий второе устройство печати, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати адаптировано для печати на первой поверхности плитки, и второе устройство печати адаптировано для печати на второй поверхности плитки.
4. Аппарат по п.1, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати является устройством струйной печати.
5. Аппарат по п.1, в котором устройство бесконтактной печати является распылительным устройством.
6. Аппарат по п.5, в котором распылительное устройство содержит одно или более сопел.
7. Аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий калибровочное устройство для калибровки плитки и резальный механизм для резки плитки, и в котором устройство бесконтактной печати содержит одно или более дозирующих сопел.
8. Способ получения съедобного изделия, предусматривающий
(a) экструзию кондитерского материала; и
(b) печать съедобной композиции на первую поверхность кондитерского материала при использовании устройства печати без контактного взаимодействия кондитерского материала с устройством печати.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором съедобная композиция содержит одну или более из композиции съедобной печатной краски и композиции расплавленной гуммиосновы.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором кондитерский материал содержит жевательную резинку.
11. Способ по п.10, предусматривающий этапы нанесения состава обваливания, по меньшей мере, на часть кондитерского материала и удаления, по меньшей мере, части состава обваливания перед этапом печати съедобной композиции.
12. Способ по п.8, в котором съедобная композиция содержит органолептический компонент.
13. Способ по п.8, предусматривающий этап печати съедобной композиции на вторую поверхность плитки при использовании устройства печати без контактного взаимодействия плитки с устройством печати.
14. Способ по п.8, в котором этап печати съедобной композиции предусматривает сопло для распыления печатной краски, распыляющее съедобную композицию.
15. Способ по п.8, в котором этап печати съедобной композиции предусматривает сопло, распыляющее съедобную композицию.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором на этапе печати съедобной композиции съедобную композицию печатают на менее чем 100% первой поверхности.
17. Кондитерское изделие, содержащее
(a) съедобный субстрат; и
(b) первую композицию расплавленной гуммиосновы, сцепленную с первой поверхностью съедобного субстрата.
18. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, в котором первая композиция гуммиосновы сцепляется с менее чем 100% первой поверхности.
19. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, в котором съедобный субстрат содержит жевательную резинку.
20. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, в котором первая композиция расплавленной гуммиосновы содержит органолептический компонент.
21. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, содержащее вторую композицию расплавленной гуммиосновы, сцепленную, по меньшей мере, с частью одного или более съедобного субстрата или первой композиции расплавленной гуммиосновы.
22. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, в котором первая композиция гуммиосновы образует печатные красочные знаки.
23. Кондитерское изделие по п.17, в котором гуммиоснова распылена на первую поверхность съедобного субстрата.
