Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dozownik do podawania pojedynczej kropli płynu o zastosowaniu farmaceutycznym zarejestrowanym jako lek lub wyrób medyczny, zwłaszcza okulistycznym, który umożliwia podawanie preparatu bez środków konserwujących, zawierający unieruchomiony w opakowaniu korpus ściśliwego pojemnika na płyn oraz wylot kropli, który charakteryzujący się tym, że pomiędzy ściśliwym pojemnikiem na płyn a wylotem kropli znajduje się podzespół dozujący (2a) do dozowania pojedynczej kropli płynu, a pod korpusem (2) pojemnika na płyn (5) znajduje się sprężyna naciskowa, przy czym z pojemnika na płyn (5) odchodzi ku górze wężyk (4a) transportujący płyn, który prowadzi do podzespołu dozującego (2a) do dozowania pojedynczej kropli płynu, która po uruchomieniu spustu (9) wychodzi poprzez dyszę wylotową (7), zaś nad dyszą wylotową (7) w dozowniku znajduje się ramię stabilizujące do stabilizacji wkraplania pojedynczej kropli płynu. Zgłoszenie ujawnia, ponadto, zestaw dozujący pojedynczą kroplę płynu zawierający ten dozownik i ramię do odchylania dolnej powieki, które jest połączone z dozownikiem trwale lub rozłącznie. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowanie tego dozownika lub zestawu, do podawania preparatu farmaceutycznego zarejestrowanego jako lek lub wyrób medyczny, zwłaszcza płynu okulistycznego.The subject of the application is a dispenser for administering a single drop of liquid for pharmaceutical use registered as a drug or medical device, especially ophthalmic, which allows the administration of the preparation without preservatives, containing the body of a collapsible fluid container immobilized in the package, and a drop outlet, characterized in that between the compressible fluid container and the droplet outlet is a dispensing assembly (2a) for dispensing a single drop of fluid, and under the body (2) of the fluid container (5) there is a compression spring, with a tube extending from the fluid container (5) upwards (4a) transporting fluid that leads to the dispensing subassembly (2a) for dispensing a single drop of fluid that exits through the outlet nozzle (7) when the trigger (9) is actuated, and a stabilizing arm is located above the outlet nozzle (7) in the dispenser for stabilization instillation of a single drop of liquid. The application further discloses a single drop of liquid dispensing kit comprising the dispenser and a lower eyelid lifter arm that is permanently or releasably connected to the dispenser. The application also relates to the use of this dispenser or kit for the administration of a pharmaceutical preparation registered as a medicament or medical device, especially an ophthalmic fluid.
