SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSION QUE COMPRENDE UN COMPUESTO ANTIMICOTICO SELECCIONADO DE POR LO MENOS SIRINGOMICINA, PSEUDOMICINA Y SUS COMBINACIONES; Y UN COMPONENTE PORTADOR QUE CONTENGA UN RAMNOLIPIDO SELECCIONADO DE UN MONORRAMNOLIPIDO, DIRRAMNOLIPIDO Y SUS COMBINACIONES. DONDE DICHO RAMNOLIPIDO ES SURFACTANTE QUE ADEMAS DE TENER ACTIVIDAD ANTIMICOTICA, ESTA PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA REDUCIR LA CONCENTRACION EFICAZ DE DICHO COMPUESTO ANTIMICOTICO A MENOS DE 50% APROXIMADAMENTE; ADEMAS EL PORTADOR CONTIENE UN LIQUIDO SELECCIONADO DE AGUA, ALCOHOL, ACEITE, GAS O COMBINACIONES.
