Claims (9)
- 혈량저하층(hypovolemia)을 평가하기 위한 장치로서,
적어도 하나의 제1 전극 및 적어도 하나의 제2 전극을 포함하고, 환자의 피부에 대해 배치되도록 구성되는 센서,
상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극에 전자적으로 커플링되고 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이의 전기적 특성을 측정하도록 그리고 상기 전기적 특성에 관한 정보를 제공하도록 구성되는 회로,
상기 회로에 전자적으로 커플링되고 상기 정보를 수신하도록 구성되는 프로세서, 및
상기 프로세서에 전자적으로 커플링되고 저장되어 있는 명령들을 포함하는 비일시적 컴퓨터 판독가능 매체를 포함하되, 상기 명령들은 상기 프로세서 상에서 실행될 때,
상기 정보를 제1 표피하 수분(sub-epidermal moisture, SEM) 값으로 변환하는 단계;로서
상기 제1 SEM 값은 상기 환자의 세포외액(extracellular fluid; ECF)의 양에 대한 측정값이고, 및
상기 제1 SEM 값과 기준값 사이의 차이를 결정하는 단계;를 수행하며,
상기 차이의 크기가 상기 기준값보다 작은 것은 혈량저하증을 나타내며,
상기 제1 SEM 값은 다수의 전기적 특성 측정으로부터 도출된 평균 SEM 값이고,
상기 전기적 특성은 생체 커패시턴스인(biocapacitance)인, 혈량저하증을 평가하기 위한 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기준값은 미리 결정되어 있는, 혈량저하증을 평가하기 위한 장치. - 삭제
