- 복수의 화소회로 및 상기 복수의 화소회로 각각에 연결된 복수의 디스플레이소자를 구비하여 화상을 구현하는 디스플레이영역 및 상기 디스플레이영역 외측의 주변영역을 포함하는 기판;
상기 디스플레이영역에 배치되고, 서로 인접한 제1화소회로와 제2화소회로 사이 영역에 개구 또는 그루브(groove)로 형성된 하부 벨리(valley)를 갖는 무기절연층;
상기 하부 벨리를 채우면서 상기 제1화소회로와 제2화소회로에 전면(全面)적으로 배치되는 제1유기평탄화층;
상기 제1유기평탄화층 상에 배치되며, 상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로를 연결하며, 제1방향으로 연장된 가로 연결배선; 및
상기 가로 연결배선을 덮는 층간절연층;

상기 층간절연층은, 상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로 사이 영역에 개구 또는 그루브로 형성된 상부 벨리를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 복수의 화소회로 및 상기 복수의 화소회로 각각에 연결된 복수의 디스플레이소자를 구비하여 화상을 구현하는 디스플레이영역 및 상기 디스플레이영역 외측의 주변영역을 포함하는 기판;
상기 디스플레이영역에 배치되고, 서로 인접한 제1화소회로와 제2화소회로 사이 영역에 개구 또는 그루브(groove)로 형성된 하부 벨리(valley)를 갖는 무기절연층;
상기 하부 벨리를 채우면서 상기 제1화소회로와 제2화소회로에 전면(全面)적으로 배치되는 제1유기평탄화층; 및
상기 제1유기평탄화층 상에 배치되며, 상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로를 연결하는 연결배선;
상기 연결배선 상에 배치되며, 상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로 사이 영역에 개구 또는 그루브로 형성된 상부 벨리를 갖는 층간절연층; 및
상기 상부 벨리를 채우며, 상기 제1화소회로 및 상기 제2화소회로에 전면적으로 배치되는 제2유기평탄화층;을 포함하며,
상기 연결배선은 상기 제1유기평탄화층을 관통하는 제1콘택홀을 통해서 상기 제1화소회로에 배치된 제1도전층과 연결되며, 상기 제1유기평탄화층을 관통하는 제2콘택홀을 통해서 상기 제2화소회로에 배치된 제2도전층과 연결되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소회로는 상기 제2화소회로와 인접한 제3화소회로를 포함하고,
상기 가로 연결배선과 동일층에 배치되며, 상기 제2화소회로와 상기 제3화소회로를 연결하는 추가 연결배선; 및
상기 추가 연결배선 상에 배치되며, 상기 제2화소회로와 상기 제3화소회로 사이의 영역에 상부 벨리를 갖는 층간절연층;을 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 추가 연결배선은 상기 가로 연결배선과 일체(一體)로 형성된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소회로 각각은,
구동 박막트랜지스터 및 스토리지 커패시터를 구비하며,
상기 구동 박막트랜지스터와 스토리지 커패시터는 중첩되어 배치된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주변영역에서, 벤딩축을 중심으로 벤딩된 벤딩영역에 배치된 벤딩 유기물층; 및
상기 벤딩 유기물층 상부를 상기 벤딩축과 교차하는 방향으로 지나는 팬아웃배선을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 화상을 구현하는 디스플레이영역에 제1방향으로 순차 배치된 제1화소회로, 제2화소회로, 및 제3화소회로를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,
상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로 사이의 제1영역에 개구 또는 그루브(groove)로 형성된 제1하부 벨리(valley)를 갖는 무기절연층;
상기 제1하부 벨리를 채우면서 상기 제1화소회로, 제2화소회로 및 제3화소회로에 전면(全面)적으로 배치되는 제1유기평탄화층;
상기 제1유기평탄화층 상에 배치되며, 상기 제1영역과 중첩배치되어 상기 제1화소회로와 상기 제2화소회로를 연결하는 제1연결배선;
상기 제1유기평탄화층 상에 배치되며, 상기 제2화소회로와 상기 제3화소회로를 연결하는 제2연결배선;
상기 제1연결배선 및 상기 제2연결배선 상에 배치되며, 상기 제2화소회로와 상기 제3화소회로 사이의 제2영역에 개구 또는 그루브로 형성된 제2상부 벨리를 갖는 층간절연층; 및
상기 제2상부 벨리를 채우면서 상기 제1화소회로, 제2화소회로 및 제3화소회로에 전면(全面)적으로 배치되는 제2유기평탄화층;을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 층간절연층은 상기 제1영역에 대응되도록 개구 또는 그루브로 형성된 제1상부 벨리를 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 무기절연층은 상기 제2영역에 대응되도록 개구 또는 그루브로 형성된 제2하부 벨리를 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 층간절연층 상에 배치되며 상기 제1방향과 교차되는 제2방향으로 연장된 세로 연결배선;을 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 세로 연결배선은 구동전압선 및 데이터선을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 무기절연층은 제1게이트절연층 및 상기 제1게이트절연층 상에 배치된 제2게이트절연층을 포함하고,
상기 제1화소회로에서 상기 제1게이트절연층 상에 배치된 제1도전층; 및
상기 제2화소회로에서 상기 제1게이트절연층 상에 배치된 제2도전층;을 더 포함하며,
상기 제1도전층 및 상기 제2도전층은 상기 제1하부 벨리를 사이에 두고 이격되어 배치되며,
상기 제1연결배선은 상기 제1유기평탄화층 및 상기 제2게이트절연층을 관통하는 제1콘택홀 및 제2콘택홀을 통해서 상기 제1도전층과 상기 제2도전층에 각각 연결되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1하부 벨리 및 상기 제2상부 벨리 중 적어도 하나는 상기 복수의 화소회로 중 적어도 일부를 둘러싸며 배치하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1화소회로 및 상기 제2화소회로는 각각 구동 박막트랜지스터 및 스토리지 커패시터를 포함하고, 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터와 스토리지 커패시터는 서로 중첩되며,
상기 제1화소회로의 스토리지 커패시터의 상부 전극과 상기 제2화소회로의 스토리지 커패시터의 상부 전극은 상기 제1연결배선의 하나인 메쉬 연결선에 의해서 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1화소회로, 제2화소회로, 및 제3화소회로 각각은,
화소전극, 상기 화소전극과 대향하는 대향전극, 및 상기 화소전극과 상기 대향전극 사이에 개재되는 유기발광층을 포함하는 중간층을 포함하는 유기발광소자; 및
상기 유기발광소자를 덮는 봉지층;을 더 구비하며,
상기 봉지층은 제1무기봉지층과, 제2무기봉지층과, 상기 제1무기봉지층과 상기 제2무기봉지층 사이에 개재된 유기봉지층을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 장치는 디스플레이 영역이 접히거나 감기는, 디스플레이 장치.
