Claims (4)
- Falsochrobactrum sp.로 분류되고, 중국미생물균종보존관리위원회 일반미생물센터에 기탁되어 있으며, 보존 번호는CGMCC No.18061 인 석유 분해 세균TDYN1T.
- 제1항에 따른 석유 분해 세균TDYN1T 를 사용하여 토양 중의 석유를 분해하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 석유 분해 세균TDYN1T 보존 번호 CGMCC No.18061의 대수 성장기 세균액을 초탄분말로 고정하여 세균 밀도가 108개/g인 미생물 정화제를 얻고, 미생물 정화제를 3%의 질량으로 첨가하여 오일 함유 토양 10kg과 혼합하며, 30±1℃ 및 pH 7-7.4조건에서 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 토양 중의 석유를 분해하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석유 분해 세균TDYN1T 의 16S 의 DNA서열은 SEQ ID No.1에 표시한 서열과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 석유 분해 세균.
