Description
도 1은 용접된 링을 도시한다.
도 2는 용접 전의 링의 맞댐부의 확대도이다.
도 3은 용접 후의 링의 맞댐부의 확대도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 맞댐부의 대안적인 형상을 갖는 도 2 및 도 3과 유사한 도면이다.
도 6 및 도 7은 또 다른 형상의 맞댐부를 갖는 유사한 도면이다.
Claims (1)
- 용접된 링을 제조하는 방법으로서, 링의 원주에 대응하는 길이의 밴드가 링을 형성하도록 굴곡되고 그 단부(10, 11)에서 용접되고, 함께 용접될 밴드 단부(10, 11)는 링의 원주 방향의 V-형상 오프셋부(12)를 갖고, V-형상 오프셋부(12)는 밴드의 평면 내에 놓이며,
용접은 링의 양 측방향 에지(13, 14)로부터 외측에서 내향으로 그리고 V-형상 오프셋부(12)를 커버하도록 직선으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
