Claims (20)
- 수지 시스템으로서,
수지 성분 및 수지 성분 중에 분산된 표면 개질된 나노입자
를 포함하고,
표면 개질된 나노입자는
평균 입자 크기가 D1인 제1 모드, 및
평균 입자 크기가 D2인 제2 모드
를 포함하는 다중모드 입자 크기 분포를 갖고,
D1은 50나노미터 내지 250나노미터이고, 제1 모드 내의 나노입자의 수는 N1이고, D2는 D1보다 작고, 제2 모드 내의 나노입자의 수는 N2이고,
D1/D2의 비는 1.5 내지 20이고, N2/N1의 비는 0.5 내지 100이고,
모드 내의 나노입자의 평균 입자 크기 및 수는 투과 전자 현미경검사 절차(Transmission Electron Microscopy Procedure)에 따라 측정되는 수지 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, D2는 15 나노미터 미만이고, N2/N1의 비는 1.5 초과인 수지 시스템.
