Claims (9)
- 복수의 화소 영역들을 포함하는 표시 기판;
상기 복수의 화소 영역들마다 상기 표시 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 표시 기판에 대해 경사각을 갖는 경사층;
상기 경사층에 형성된 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 형성된 유기 발광층;
상기 유기 발광층 위에 형성된 제2 전극;
상기 제2 전극 상에 상기 표시 기판과 평행하게 배치된 봉지 기판; 및
상기 봉지 기판 상에 형성되며 복수의 프리즘들을 갖는 프리즘 시트
를 포함하고,
상기 경사층의 경사각이 증가하면 일정한 상관관계를 가지고 상기 프리즘 시트의 프리즘의 경사각도 증가하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 경사층의 경사각은 상기 표시 기판에 대해 40도 내지 80도 범위 내의 경사각을 갖는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제2항에서,
상기 경사층의 경사각이 45도, 55도, 65도, 및 75도일 때, 각각 대응되는 상기 프리즘 시트의 프리즘의 경사각은 15도, 19도, 23도, 및 29도인 상관관계를 가지며, 상기 경사층의 경사각 및 상기 프리즘의 경사각의 허용오차범위는 2도인 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 표시 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 화소 영역마다 상기 제1 전극의 일부나 전부를 드러내는 개구부를 갖는 화소 정의막을 더 포함하며,
상기 경사층은 상기 화소 정의막의 개구부 내에 배치된 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서,
상기 제2 전극과 상기 프리즘 시트 사이에 배치된 편광 부재를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 편광 부재는 1/4 파장판과 편광판을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 편광 부재는 상기 봉지 기판 상에 형성되며,
상기 편광 부재와 상기 프리즘 시트 사이에 배치된 확산 시트를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 유기 발광층에서 방출된 빛 중 상기 경사층의 경사면에 수직한 방향에 상대적으로 가깝게 방출된 빛은 상기 프리즘 시트의 프리즘을 통과해 외부로 출광되고,
상기 유기 발광층에서 방출된 빛 중 상기 봉지 기판에 수직한 방향에 상대적으로 가깝게 방출된 빛은 상기 프리즘 시트의 프리즘에서 반사되고 다시 내부 반사를 거쳐 상기 편광 부재에서 소멸되는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
