Claims (8)
- 기판 상에 위치하는 제1전극;상기 제1전극 상에 위치하는 유기버퍼층;상기 유기버퍼층 상에 위치하고, 상기 유기버퍼층에 접하며, 반사 전극인 제2전극;상기 제2전극 상에 위치하는 유기 발광층; 및상기 유기 발광층 상에 위치하며, 투과 전극인 제3전극을 포함하고,상기 제1 전극은,ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), ITZO(Indium Tin Zinc Oxide) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며,상기 유기 발광층은,발광층, 및 상기 제2 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 위치하는 전자주입층을 포함하고,상기 제2 전극은 캐소드 전극이고, 상기 제3 전극은 애노드 전극인 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기버퍼층의 두께는,상기 제1전극의 두께보다 얇은 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기버퍼층의 두께는,상기 제2전극의 두께보다 얇은 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기버퍼층은,상기 유기 발광층에 포함된 유기재료 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기버퍼층은,상기 유기 발광층에 포함된 전자수송층의 재료와 동일한 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판과 상기 제1전극 사이에 위치하는 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 트랜지스터는,상기 기판 상에 위치하는 게이트와, 상기 게이트 상에 위치하는 제1절연막과, 상기 제1절연막 상에 위치하는 액티브층과, 상기 액티브층과 각각 접촉하는 소오스 및 드레인과, 상기 소오스 및 상기 드레인 상에 위치하는 제2절연막과, 상기 제2절연막 상에 위치하는 제3절연막을 포함하며,상기 제1전극은 상기 제3절연막 상에 위치하며 상기 소오스 또는 상기 드레인에 연결된 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 버퍼층은,PBD(2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-5-(4-biphenylyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole), TAZ(3-(biphenyl-4-yl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole), spiro-PBD, BAlq 및 SAlq로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 인버티드형 유기전계발광표시장치.
