Abstract
본 발명은, 리튬 이온 커패시터에 비하여 저렴한 가격으로 에너지 밀도가 높아진 슈퍼커패시터를 구성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 종래의 리튬 이온 커패시터에 비하여 재료적 안정성이 높기 때문에, 전극 구조에 대한 제한이 없으며, 제조비용이 낮고 에너지 밀도와 출력밀도를 높일 수 있는 구조를 채택할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 실시예의 알루미늄 이온 커패시터에 대하여 전위창에 따른 용량을 측정한 결과이다.

상기 양극과 상기 음극에 접하는 전해질을 포함하여 구성되어, 전극의 표면에 형성된 전기 이중층에 의해서 전기 에너지를 저장하는 슈퍼커패시터로서,
상기 음극이 알루미늄을 포함하는 재질이고, 상기 전해질이 알루미늄 이온을 포함하여,
상기 양극의 표면에서는 상기 전해질에 포함된 전하에 의한 전기 이중층의 형성과 해제가 수행되고, 상기 음극에서는 상기 전해질에 포함된 알루미늄 이온의 삽입과 탈리가 수행되어 전기 에너지를 저장 및 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극이 알루미늄 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극이 알루미늄 폼, 알루미늄 분말 및 알루미늄 코팅층을 구비한 쉘입자 중에 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극이 다공성 탄소를 활물질로서 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 다공성 탄소가 활성탄, 탄소나노튜브 및 그래핀 중에 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극이 산화물, 황화물, 질화물 및 전도성고분자 중에 하나를 활물질로서 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극에 집전체가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극에 집전체가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 분리막;
상기 분리막을 사이에 두고 배치된 양극과 음극; 및
상기 양극과 상기 음극에 접하는 전해질을 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 전해질이 알루미늄 이온을 포함하고,
상기 음극이 알루미늄 이온의 삽입과 탈리가 가능한 재질이며,
상기 양극에서는 전기 이중층을 형성하고, 상기 음극에서는 알루미늄 이온의 삽입과 탈리가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온 커패시터.
- 외부에서 공급된 전기에너지를 저장하는 에너지 저장원과 상기 에너지 저장원의 충전 및 방전을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 에너지 저장 시스템(Energy Storage System)으로서,
상기 에너지 저장원으로서 청구항 1의 알루미늄 이온 커패시터 단위셀을 하나 이상 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장 시스템.
- 청구항 1의 알루미늄 이온 커패시터 단위셀을 하나 이상 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 초소형 보조 배터리.
