Claims (4)
- 분말상 조미료의 혼합물로 구성된 김치믹스 조성물에 있어서, 상기 혼합조미료에 조미료 중량의 1∼35%의 비타민 C와 0.5∼5.0%의 유기산을 첨가하여서 된 김치믹스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비타민 C가 아스코빅산, 칼슘아스코베이트, 소디움아스코베이트 중에서 선택된 것인 김치믹스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기산이 사과산, 후말산, 주석산, 호박산 중에서 선택된 것인 김치믹스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조미료의 혼합물이 분말상 또는 과립상의 소금, 고추, 양파, 마늘, 겨자, 파프리카, 다시마, 생강, 미역, 사과, 생선, 글루타민, 산소다, 참깨 중에서 선택된 혼합물인 김치믹스 조성물.
