1. A tissue cartridge comprising:
a nosecone including a proximal end region and a distal end region;
a tissue cartridge comprising: a distal shaft extending from the distal end region of the nosecone, the distal shaft defining a lumen from a proximal end region to a distal end region of the distal shaft, at least the distal end region of the distal shaft being sized and shaped for insertion into an anterior chamber of an eye;
a delivery device comprising a proximal handle having a distal end region dimensioned to engage and reversibly couple with the proximal end region of the nosecone.
