Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove heavy metals from wastewater by a method in which, after a protein being mixed into wastewater in a reaction vessel and after adequate agitation/reaction being done, the adjustment of pH to a specified range is done, the sedimentation/precipitation of the protein in which the heavy metals are wrapped up is done, the pH of precipitated sludge is adjusted in a specified range with an acid to separate the sludge into the heavy metals and the protein. SOLUTION: Wastewater in a waste disposal site is subjected to pretreatment by a filtration device 1 of a filter such as diatomaceous earth to separate solids to be subjected to reclamation disposal. Besides, wastewater passes through a flow rate adjustment tank 2, is mixed with a protein in a reaction vessel 3, and is agitated enough by an agitator 4. A reaction in which heavy metals are wrapped up by the protein takes place. PH1〜4に調整し重金属と蛋白質に分離し、PH酸性
物を除去するフィルターにより重金属は除去し蛋白質は
取り出し再利用することを特徴とする重金属含有廃水の
蛋白質による処理方法

PH1〜4に調整し分離槽7で蛋白質と重金属を分離す
る、分離後酸性物を除去するフィルター8にて重金属と
蛋白質を分別し重金属は除去し蛋白質は再利用する。

は流量調整を経て反応槽内で蛋白質と混入し充分撹拌反
応を行い蛋白質の働きにより蛋白質が重金属を包み込む
反応完了後、アルカリ剤でPH9〜12に調整すること
で重金属を包み込んだ蛋白質を沈降沈殿し、沈殿した汚
泥を酸でPH1〜4に調整することで重金属と蛋白質に
分離し、PH酸性物を除去するフィルターにより重金属
は除去し蛋白質は取り出し再利用することを特徴とする
重金属含有廃水の蛋白質による処理方法
