トCにおける大腿骨側下端部A及び脛骨側上端部Bをあ
わせた量の厚みlにあわせてあり、コンポーネントCの
サイズに合わせて1〜数ヶ所設けられていてもよいし
又、スリットの間隔が可変式であってもよく、このスリ
ット内にボーンソーSを通すことによって骨切りを行
う。
