Abstract
Description
以下、図1〜図6を用いて、本発明に係る車体構造の第1実施形態について説明する。なお、これらの図において示される矢印FRは車両前後方向前側、矢印OUTは車両幅方向外側、矢印UPは車両上下方向上側をそれぞれ示す。
本実施形態では、図2に示されるように、金属により形成されかつ閉断面構造とされたバンパR/F14の接着面24Aには、繊維強化樹脂により板状又はシート状に形成された補強材16の車両前側面34が接着されている。また、バンパR/F14の接着面24Aの一部には、補強材16の車両前側面34に対して反対側に向かって凹形状とされかつ補強材16との間に接着剤42が設けられた凹部28が形成されている。したがって、凹部28によって接着剤42の厚さを厚くすることができるため、補強材16がバンパR/F14から剥がれるのを抑制することができる。このため、補強材16が有効に作用して補強材16を含めたバンパR/F14の曲げ耐力を向上させることが可能となる。これにより、板状又はシート状の補強材16で補強されるバンパR/F14の補強材16を含めた全体の曲げ耐力を向上させることができる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る車体構造について説明する。なお、前述した第1実施形態と基本的に同一構成部分については、同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (11)
- 繊維強化樹脂により板状又はシート状に形成された補強材と、
金属により形成されかつ閉断面構造とされ、前記補強材が接着されると共に、前記補強材との接着面の一部に断面内側に向かって凹形状とされかつ前記補強材との間に接着剤が設けられた凹部と、を有している車両骨格部材と、
を備えた車体構造。 - 前記凹部内には、接着剤が充填されている、
請求項1に記載の車体構造。 - 前記車両骨格部材は、車両幅方向に延在されたバンパリインフォースメントとされており、
前記凹部は、当該バンパリインフォースメントにおける車両幅方向外側部に形成されている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車体構造。 - 前記車両骨格部材は、略車両上下方向に延在された車両用ピラーとされている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車体構造。 - 前記車両骨格部材は、略車両前後方向に延在されたロッカとされている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車体構造。 - 前記凹部は、前記車両骨格部材の前記接着面における一方の端部に沿って複数形成された第1凹部と、当該第1凹部と対向しかつ前記接着面における一方の端部と反対側の端部に沿って複数形成された第2凹部と、を有しており、
前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部とが互い違いに配置されている、
請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。 - 複数の前記第1凹部は、所定のピッチにて配置されていると共に、複数の前記第2凹部は、前記第1凹部と異なるピッチにて配置されている、
請求項6記載の車体構造。 - 前記接着面は、前記車両骨格部材の車両内側面に設けられていると共に、
前記補強材は、前記接着面に車両内側から車両外側へ向って接着されている、
請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。 - 前記補強材を形成する前記繊維強化樹脂の複数の繊維は、互いに交わる方向に延設されている、
請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。 - 前記接着面に対する前記凹部の深さは、前記車両骨格部材の熱歪みによる前記接着面の面直方向での変形量以上に設定されている、
請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。 - 前記接着面に対する前記凹部の深さは、5mm以下に設定されている、
請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。
