before receiving a payment request sent by a collection terminal, receiving user registration information, wherein the registration information comprises a user ID, a payment account bound with the user ID, a user terminal number bound with the user ID and N groups of face picture information of a user, and N is more than or equal to 1;
the storage unit is specifically configured to store the registration information of the user.
Based on the same technical concept, fig. 6 illustrates a payment apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which may perform a payment process.
As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus specifically includes:
a first receiving unit 601, configured to receive a verification code request sent by a user terminal of a user to be paid, and send a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid according to the verification code request;
a second receiving unit 602, configured to receive face picture information of a user to be paid, which is automatically acquired by a cash receiving terminal;
a determining unit 603, configured to determine whether the face picture information of the user to be paid matches with face picture information in a face picture library;
an obtaining unit 604, configured to obtain a payment account of the user to be paid and a payment amount to be paid if the face picture information of the user to be paid matches with the face picture information in the face picture library;
a third receiving unit 605, configured to receive a second verification code input by the user to be paid and sent by the receiving terminal;
a determining unit 606, configured to determine whether the second verification code is consistent with the first verification code;
the payment unit 607 is configured to send a payment notification to an account manager corresponding to the payment account of the user to be paid to complete payment, where the payment notification includes the payment amount to be paid and the payment account of the user to be paid.

Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (8)

1. A payment method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a payment server receives a payment request sent by a payment terminal, wherein the payment request comprises payment amount to be paid;
the collection server receives face picture information of a user to be paid, which is automatically collected by the collection terminal;
the collection server determines whether the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library;
if the user terminal number is matched with the payment account number, the payment server acquires the payment account number and the user terminal number of the user to be paid, and sends a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid according to the user terminal number;
the collection server receives a second verification code input by the user to be paid and sent by the collection terminal;
the collection server judges whether the second verification code is consistent with the first verification code;
if the payment amount is consistent with the payment amount of the user to be paid, the payment server sends a payment notification to an account manager corresponding to the payment account of the user to be paid so as to complete payment, and the payment notification comprises the payment amount to be paid and the payment account of the user to be paid.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving server sending a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid comprises:
the collection server sends a payment confirmation short message to a user terminal of the user to be paid, wherein the payment confirmation short message comprises the first verification code; or
And the collection server pushes the first verification code to an application program in the user terminal of the user to be paid.
3. The method of claim 1, before the receiving server receives the payment request sent by the receiving terminal, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a collection server receives user registration information, wherein the registration information comprises a user ID, a payment account bound with the user ID, a user terminal number bound with the user ID and N groups of face picture information of a user, and N is more than or equal to 1;
and the collection server stores the registration information of the user.
4. A payment method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a collection server receives a verification code request sent by a user terminal of a user to be paid, and sends a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid according to the verification code request;
the method comprises the steps that a collection server receives face picture information of a user to be paid, which is automatically collected by a collection terminal;
the collection server determines whether the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library;
if the matching is successful, the collection server acquires the payment account of the user to be paid and the payment amount to be paid;
the collection server receives a second verification code input by the user to be paid and sent by the collection terminal;
the collection server judges whether the second verification code is consistent with the first verification code;
if the payment amount is consistent with the payment amount of the user to be paid, the payment server sends a payment notification to an account manager corresponding to the payment account of the user to be paid so as to complete payment, and the payment notification comprises the payment amount to be paid and the payment account of the user to be paid.
5. A payment device, comprising:
the payment processing device comprises a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a payment request sent by a cash receiving terminal, and the payment request comprises payment amount to be paid;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the face picture information of the user to be paid, which is automatically acquired by the collection terminal;
the determining unit is used for determining whether the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library;
the sending unit is used for acquiring a payment account and a user terminal number of the user to be paid if the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library, and sending a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid according to the user terminal number;
the third receiving unit is used for receiving a second verification code input by the user to be paid and sent by the collection terminal;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the second verification code is consistent with the first verification code;
and the payment unit is used for sending a payment notice to an account manager corresponding to the payment account of the user to be paid so as to complete payment, wherein the payment notice comprises the payment amount to be paid and the payment account of the user to be paid.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein said sending unit is specifically configured to:
sending a payment confirmation short message to a user terminal of the user to be paid, wherein the payment confirmation short message comprises the first verification code; or
And pushing the first verification code to an application program in the user terminal of the user to be paid.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising: a fourth receiving unit and a storage unit;
before receiving a payment request sent by a collection terminal, receiving user registration information, wherein the registration information comprises a user ID, a payment account bound with the user ID, a user terminal number bound with the user ID and N groups of face picture information of a user, and N is more than or equal to 1;
the storage unit is specifically configured to store the registration information of the user.
8. A payment device, comprising:
the payment system comprises a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a verification code request sent by a user terminal of a user to be paid and sending a first verification code to the user terminal of the user to be paid according to the verification code request;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the face picture information of the user to be paid, which is automatically acquired by the collection terminal;
the determining unit is used for determining whether the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the payment account of the user to be paid and the payment amount to be paid if the face picture information of the user to be paid is matched with the face picture information in the face picture library;
the third receiving unit is used for receiving a second verification code input by the user to be paid and sent by the collection terminal;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the second verification code is consistent with the first verification code;
and the payment unit is used for sending a payment notice to an account manager corresponding to the payment account of the user to be paid so as to complete payment, wherein the payment notice comprises the payment amount to be paid and the payment account of the user to be paid.
