Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
The following describes in detail the implementation of a portable disinfecting and sterilizing device according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1, a portable sterilizing and disinfecting sterilizer 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, a pipette head 200, and a cover 300.
The housing 100 has a first liquid storage chamber 101 with an open end, and the first liquid storage chamber 101 is used for containing disinfectant or antibacterial liquid.
The liquid suction head 200 is arranged in the first liquid storage cavity 101, one end of the liquid suction head 200 absorbs the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid in the first liquid storage cavity 101, and the other end of the liquid suction head extends out of the end opening of the first liquid storage cavity 101 to release the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid when the part to be disinfected is wiped.
The lid 300 movably connects casing 100 in order to expose or shelter from the pipette head 200, and lid 300 has the open second stock solution chamber 301 of one end, and second stock solution chamber 301 is used for installing antiseptic solution or antibiotic liquid, and the tip opening in second stock solution chamber 301 is equipped with blotter layer 302, and antiseptic solution or antibiotic liquid in the second stock solution chamber 301 are absorbed to blotter layer 302 one end, and the other end butt pipette head 200 when lid 300 shelters from the pipette head 200.
That is, the liquid suction head 200 can absorb the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid, and can directly wipe the part to be disinfected for disinfection, so as to prevent the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid in the first liquid storage cavity 101 from leaking out; and liquid absorption layer 302 can disinfect the suction head, can shelter from suction head 200, prevents that antiseptic solution or antibiotic liquid from volatilizing.
Therefore, according to the portable disinfection sterilizer 1 of the present invention, when in use, the cover 300 is opened, and the liquid suction head 200 extending out of the end opening of the first liquid storage chamber 101 is used to wipe the part to be disinfected, so that the hand or body of the user does not contact the object with pollution or bacteria, and the isolation and protection effects can be provided for the user; after use, the cover 300 is placed on the housing 100, and the portion of the pipette tip 200 that comes into contact with dirt abuts against the pipette layer 302 that is stained with the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid, thereby sterilizing the pipette tip 200 for the next use. The novel multifunctional sterilization device is convenient to carry integrally, simple and quick to operate, safe, reliable, low in cost, high in recycling rate, and capable of protecting all the time and keeping away from germs.
Referring to fig. 2, the portable disinfecting antibacterial device 1 further comprises a first grid 400 and a second grid 500, wherein the first grid 400 is arranged between the first liquid storage chamber 101 and the liquid suction head 200 in a blocking manner, and the second grid 500 is arranged between the second liquid storage chamber 301 and the liquid suction layer 302 in a blocking manner. It can be understood that the first liquid storage cavity 101 is provided with a first grid 400 and a liquid suction head 200 in sequence towards the end of the end opening of the first liquid storage cavity, and the first grid 400 can support the liquid suction head 200 and make the disinfectant or antibacterial liquid in the first liquid storage cavity 101 slowly release to the liquid suction head 200; the second grid 500 and the liquid absorbent layer 302 are sequentially disposed on the end of the second liquid storage chamber 301 facing the end opening thereof, and the second grid 500 can support the liquid absorbent layer 302 and make the disinfectant or antibacterial liquid of the second liquid storage chamber 301 slowly release to the liquid absorbent layer 302. In addition, the liquid suction head 200 may be embedded in the first liquid storage chamber 101, and one end of the liquid suction head for sucking liquid may be immersed in the disinfectant or the antibacterial liquid. Similarly, the liquid absorbing layer 302 can also be embedded in the second liquid storage chamber 301, and one end of the liquid absorbing layer for absorbing liquid is immersed in the disinfectant or antibacterial liquid.
Optionally, in order to enable the disinfecting liquid or the antibacterial liquid in the first reservoir 101 to be smoothly absorbed by the pipette head 200, the housing 100 may be provided with a first pressing portion 102 for manually pressing the first pressing portion 102 to enable the disinfecting liquid or the antibacterial liquid in the first reservoir 101 to be pressed to the pipette head 200. Of course, instead of providing the first pressing portion 102, the housing 100 may be integrally formed of an elastic plastic, so that the first reservoir 101 may be pressed. Similarly, in order to enable the disinfectant or antibacterial liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 301 to be smoothly absorbed by the liquid absorbing layer 302, the cover 300 may be provided with a second squeezing portion 303 for manually squeezing the second squeezing portion 303 to enable the disinfectant or antibacterial liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 301 to be squeezed to the liquid absorbing layer 302.
In some examples, the absorbent head 200 and the absorbent layer 302 can be a sponge or composite fiber. Wherein, the liquid suction head 200 has certain hardness, and the imbibition layer 302 has elasticity for the position that treats the disinfection can be wiped well to the liquid suction head 200, and the imbibition layer 302 can better butt cladding 200, thereby disinfects to the liquid suction head 200.
In some examples, in combination with 3, the cover 300 is threadably connected with the housing 100. Specifically, a male screw may be provided on the case 100, a female screw may be provided on an inner wall of the end opening of the lid 300, and the lid 300 and the case 100 may be screwed together by the female screw being screwed to the male screw. In this way, when sterilization is required, the cover 300 may be unscrewed from the case 100.
In some examples, in conjunction with fig. 1, the housing 100 is embedded in the cover 300. Specifically, an accommodation space may be provided between the liquid absorbent layer 302 and the end opening of the cover 300 so that the end opening of the housing 100 and the liquid absorbent head 200 can be inserted into the accommodation space and fitted to the cover 300. In this way, the case 100 may be pulled out from the cover 300 in use. Of course, in other examples, the housing 100 and the cover 300 may be snap-fit connected.
Alternatively, the case 100 and the cover 300 may be a structure of a pen body and a pen cap, or a structure of lipstick, and a hanging rope or a hanging chain may be added as a fashion accessory.
Optionally, the first reservoir 101 and the second reservoir 301 may be filled with a disinfectant, or an alcohol.
In some examples, in conjunction with fig. 4, a lamp 600 may be provided on the housing 100 or the cover 300. Specifically, the lamp 600 may be mounted on an end of the cover 300 away from the end opening thereof, and a battery and a switch may be provided on the cover 300 to control the lamp 600 to be turned on and off. Wherein the lamp 600 may be a lighting lamp so that the portable sterilizer 1 may be used as a torch in a dark place. The lamp 600 may also be an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp so that the portable sterilizer 1 can sterilize directly by the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp in a non-contact manner.
