Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-1 and 1-2, in a conveyor material separation apparatus, the conveyor 20 may be at least one of a belt line, a roller line, or a double speed chain. The conveyor belt material separating device further comprises a blocking unit 23 and a control unit (not shown in the figure), wherein the blocking unit 23 is controlled by the control unit to block or release materials.
The blocking unit 23 can also be a baffle plate arranged on one side of the conveyor belt and extending relative to the other side; or a baffle disposed above the plane of the conveyor belt 20. Or, as in fig. 1-1, baffles extending opposite each other on either side of the conveyor belt 20. As shown in fig. 1-2, the blocking unit 23 can be a baffle plate that extends from the bottom of the conveyor belt 20 up through the gap of the conveyor belt 20 when the conveyor belt 20 is a roller line. The utility model discloses can guarantee the work rhythm of material conveying according to interval between actual demand control material, promote work efficiency.
In some embodiments, the control unit may determine whether material has passed the detent unit 23 by calculating the travel time of the material on the conveyor belt 20, thereby activating the detent unit 23 to block subsequent material. However, since many factors such as the material and weight of the material and service life of the conveyor belt 20 may affect the friction between the material and the conveyor belt 20, the method for determining the material passing through by calculating the material running time is not practical.
In order to more accurately control the work of the clamping unit 23, the conveyor belt material separating device further comprises a material detecting unit 24, and the clamping unit 23 is started by the control unit after the material detecting unit 24 judges that the material passes through. Referring to fig. 1-1 and 1-2, the material detecting unit 24 is disposed at the end of the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 20, and determines that the material passes through when the passing area of the material reaches a predetermined area. In order to improve the detection accuracy, two material detection units 24 are preferably arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt 20. In some embodiments, the material detection unit 24 is a photosensor.

the conveyor belt material separating device comprises a first conveyor belt 21 and a second conveyor belt 22 which are opposite in conveying direction. The first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22 may be a belt line, a roller line, or a double-speed chain. The conveyor belt material separating device further comprises a blocking unit 23 and a control unit (not shown in the figure), wherein the blocking unit 23 is controlled by the control unit to block or release the materials. It will be appreciated that the entire material sorting and loading system may share a single control unit.
A first elevator 10 for transferring bins to the first conveyor 21 or receiving bins from the second conveyor 22. A second elevator 30 for conveying bins to the material sorting station 40 or the second conveyor 22 or receiving bins from the first conveyor 21 or the sorting station 40. In order to ensure the uniform transfer speed of the bin, the first and second hoists 10 and 30 preferably include the same first and second hoist transmission mechanisms 11 and 31 as the first and second conveyors 21 and 22.
The material sorting workstation 40, including visual identification equipment, grabbing robot, sorting conveyer belt 43, is used for discerning and sorting the material in the workbin. The sorting conveyor 43 preferably has the same drive mechanism as the first conveyor 21 and the second conveyor 22 for receiving bins from the second elevator 31 or returning bins to only the second elevator 31.
And the control device is used for controlling the first hoisting machine 10, the conveyor belt material separating device, the second hoisting machine 30 and the material sorting work station 40 to work according to a preset time sequence. The method specifically comprises the following steps: for controlling the first elevator 10 to transfer bins to the first conveyor 21 or to receive bins from the second conveyor 22; the second elevator 30 is used for controlling the first conveyor belt 21 to work, conveying the bin to the second elevator, and suspending the first conveyor belt 21 from working; the material sorting system is used for controlling the material sorting work station 40 to work, and after the work of the material sorting work station 40 is finished, the material box is conveyed to the second lifting machine 30; for controlling the second elevator 30 to transfer bins to the second conveyor 22 or to receive bins from the first conveyor 21; for controlling the second conveyor 22 to transfer the bin to the first elevator 10 and to pause the second conveyor 22.
In order to better explain the working principle of the material sorting and feeding system of the embodiment, the following description is made with reference to fig. 3-1 to fig. 3-5.
Assume the initial state of the material sorting and feeding system as shown in fig. 3-1: the first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22 are in a full-load state and each carries 8 bins, and the first hoister 10, the second hoister 30 and the material sorting work station 40 are not provided with bins. All the bins are filled with material.
S101, as shown in fig. 3-2, the control unit controls the first conveyor belt 21 to work, the second conveyor belt 22 is stationary, the No. 1 bin on the first conveyor belt 21 is conveyed to the second elevator 30, and the first conveyor belt 21 is suspended.
S102, as shown in fig. 3-3, controlling the second elevator 30 to transfer the bin No. 1 to the material sorting workstation 40.
S103, referring to fig. 3-2, after sorting is completed, the material sorting workstation 40 is controlled to transfer the bin (which may be empty) to the second elevator 30.
S104, referring to fig. 3-4, the second conveyor 22 is started, the bin No. 1' is conveyed to the first elevator 10, the second elevator 30 sends the bin No. 1 to the second conveyor 22, and then the second conveyor 22 is suspended.
S105, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the first hoist 10 is controlled to transfer the bin No. 1' to the first conveyor belt 21, and then steps S101 to S104 are repeatedly performed.
Since there may be a difference in friction between the first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22 and the bins during movement, the distance that the bins are conveyed is different, and there is a case that the bin No. 8 occupies the bin No. 1' due to the short conveying distance as shown in fig. 4, which disturbs the circular feeding process.
As shown in fig. 2, the conveyor belt material separating device of this embodiment solves the above problem by providing a blocking unit 23 at a predetermined position of the first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22 (for example, at the tail of the first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22 in the conveying direction), and receiving the control of the control unit to block or release the material. For example, in step S104, the control unit starts the second conveyor 22 to convey bin No. 1 'to the first elevator 10, and simultaneously starts the first conveyor 21 and the blocking unit 23 thereof, so that when the second elevator 30 conveys bin No. 1 to the second conveyor 22, the bin on the first conveyor 21 starts to move, and a sufficient position is made available for the upcoming bin No. 1'.
The blocking units 23 may be baffles extending oppositely on both sides of the first conveyor belt 21 and the second conveyor belt 22, respectively, as shown in fig. 2. It may be a baffle extending only on one side of the first conveyor 21 or the second conveyor 22, as opposed to the other. Alternatively, the baffle plate may be a baffle plate extending from the bottom to a gap between the first conveyor 21 and the second conveyor 22.
In order to more accurately control the work of the clamping unit 23, the conveyor belt material separating device further comprises a material detecting unit 24, and the clamping unit 23 is started by the control unit after the material detecting unit 24 judges that the material passes through. Referring to fig. 2, the material detecting unit 24 is disposed at the end of the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 20, and determines that the material passes through when the passing area of the material reaches a predetermined area. In order to improve the detection accuracy, two material detection units 24 are preferably arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt 20. In some embodiments, the material detection unit 24 is a photosensor.
The material sorting and feeding system using the conveyor belt material separation device can simultaneously complete functions of material caching, automatic material supply, empty box backflow caching and the like, is suitable for various fields of medicine sorting, medicine replenishing of a medicine dispensing machine, machine tool feeding, food, articles for daily use, retail stores and the like, and is wide in application range.
