本实用新型公开了一种木粉风送除杂分离器，该分离器包括进出料口、沉降室、上进风口、下进风口、后进风口、出料口，沉降室的横截面形似一个“V”字，进料口上部向下收缩后伸入沉降室的一侧中部，进料口的下沿和上进风口的上壁在同一水平面上，沉降室下部收缩成锥斗，下进风口位于沉降室锥斗底部，沉降室和出料口之间设置了隔板，在隔板和出料口中间设有后进风口。本实用新型的木粉风送除杂分离器利用木粉与杂质在空气中的沉降速度不同的原理加以分离，其结构简单，无需配置动力，既能分离粗大木质杂物也能分离非木质细小杂物，从而提高了木粉的品质，可以适应不同的木粉和杂物分离。

本实用新型涉及一种木粉除杂装置，具体是一种木粉风送除杂分离器。
背景技术
木粉在用管道风力输送前，为防止杂物堵塞管道及设备，目前通常采用振动筛去除木粉中的杂物，此类装置结构较复杂，需额外消耗动力，并且对非木质细小杂物不能分离，影响木粉的品质。
发明内容
为了克服现有的木粉风送除杂振动筛分设备的不足, 本实用新型提供一种木粉风送除杂分离器，利用木粉与杂质在空气中的沉降速度不同的原理加以分离。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种木粉风送除杂分离器，该分离器包括进出料口、沉降室、上进风口、下进风口、后进风口、出料口，沉降室的横截面形似一个“V”字，进料口上部向下收缩后伸入沉降室的一侧中部，进料口的下沿和上进风口的上壁在同一水平面上，沉降室下部收缩成锥斗，下进风口位于沉降室锥斗底部，沉降室和出料口之间设置了隔板，在隔板和出料口中间设有后进风口。
进一步地，所述上进风口、下进风口、后进风口的横截面积相等。
进一步地，上进风口处设置有上进风调节门，后进风口处设置有后进风调节门。
本实用新型的木粉风送除杂分离器利用木粉与杂质在空气中的沉降速度不同的原理加以分离，其结构简单，无需配置动力，既能分离粗大木质杂物也能分离非木质细小杂物，从而提高了木粉的品质，可以适应不同的木粉和杂物分离。

如图1所示，本实用新型的木粉风送除杂分离器，包括进出料口1、沉降室9、上进风口3、下进风口4、后进风口6、出料口7，沉降室的横截面形似一个“V”字，进料口1上部向下收缩后伸入沉降室9的一侧中部，进料口1的下沿和上进风口3的上壁在同一水平面上，沉降室9下部收缩成锥斗，下进风口4位于沉降室9锥斗底部，沉降室9和出料口7之间设置了隔板8，在隔板8和出料口7中间设有后进风口6。所述上进风口3、下进风口4、后进风口6的横截面积相等。上进风口3处设置有上进风调节门2，后进风口6处设置有后进风调节门5。
木粉风送除杂分离器的进料口1和上游密闭木粉连续输送设备连接，出料口7和下游风机或风机管道连接。从而组成一套结构简单、高效、低耗的木粉风力输送系统。
木粉由上游密闭的连续给料设备喂入木粉风送除杂分离器的进料口1，下落至进料口1下方后，被上进风口3吹入的气流吹散随同气流进入沉降室9，使木粉均匀分散在气流中，利用杂物沉降速度大于木粉，杂物受沉降室9锥斗壁板和隔板8的阻碍撞击下沉至沉降室9底部，杂物下落至下进风口4处，被从此处吹入的气流吹起呈沸腾状，促使粘附在杂物周围的木粉得以彻底分离；杂物沿下进风口4壁下落，木粉被气流吸入出料口7；同时，随着从后进风口6吹入气流的加入，加大了木粉在风管中前进的动能，从而防止木粉在风送管道中堵塞；通过调整上进风调节门2和后进风调节门5可以调整进入三个进风口的风量，可以适应不同的木粉和杂物分离。

1.一种木粉风送除杂分离器，其特征在于：该分离器包括进出料口（1）、沉降室（9）、上进风口（3）、下进风口（4）、后进风口（6）、出料口（7），沉降室的横截面形似一个“V”字，进料口（1）上部向下收缩后伸入沉降室（9）的一侧中部，进料口（1）的下沿和上进风口（3）的上壁在同一水平面上，沉降室（9）下部收缩成锥斗，下进风口（4）位于沉降室（9）锥斗底部，沉降室（9）和出料口（7）之间设置了隔板（8），在隔板（8）和出料口（7）中间设有后进风口（6）。
